I have 2 HTC Tin100, one works perfectly with all sims but the 2nd one works only with new sims, it cant read old Sim i think 32k, i flashed it with all availble ROMs but the problem not fixed is there any Advise

i have this problem and from the UAE and we have two operators when i use one of them with my htc (6.1 or 6.5) the signal keeps on going down and up and the phone is unusable if i remove this sim and put the other one (the other operator) it works super not even a single time any problem happens
what do u think
I think this thread will soon be closed. This has nothing to do with ROM development.
Ask for a different SIM to your operator. Or set the radio to GSM\HSDPA only...
Hi, i buyed htc mteor few days ago, and i have problem with sim card. sometimes phone cant connect to network/ or dissconnecting himself. And i can see the Searching all the time instead operator logo. Win Mobile 6.1 is installed . Maybe this is becouse original windows for phone is wm5 ? PS sorry for my english
i think its software problem, couse if it had hardware proble, sim will will be not working all the time.
Problem Solved.
It appeared to be a hardware problem afterall. The problem was in the solders of the sim-card-holder.
I have the following problem with my Kaiser.
It happened for a second time.
First time was about an year ago...
Suddenly the phone stops to recognize my SIM Card. It says "Sim Card Missing".
When I put my SIM in another phone it works just fine.
When I put another SIM card in MY phone - it works too.
The only thing that does NOT work is MY Sim Card in MY phone .
Last time I tryed to change it for free by my operator, but there was the same situation - MY Sim Card worked in every phone in the operators shop, except mine and they said that I must pay for the new card. So I did and the new card works just fine since now.
First time my Kaiser was with the Stock Rom 6.0.
Now it is flashed with Stylez Black 6.1 Rom.
That`s why I don`t think the problem is ROM related...
Anybody have had the same problem ?!?!
Is there any way to fix it without paying for a new SIM card ?

It can be a flex problem, try to search "no sin card message" . There are many threads situación this issue.

I bought a Htc one dual sim few months ago and havent noticed any problem since lately. For some reason the 2nd sim card does not always get signal even though it shows it got signal.
When it works to call, the other person who is receiving the call sometimes has problem to hear what I say and sometimes i have hard time hearing the receiver.
Anyone know what it could be? Hardware issue or Software issue?
The version i got installed is the Maximus HD.
I have updated/installed Stock firmware and the problem persists. Anyone had the same issue?
i have had this problem with 802w ever since i got it about 2 years ago. Looked around initially, found no solution. It shows no or minimal signals for the second sim. I know it's not a network issue because if you switch the SIM to the first slot, it shows full signals. FYI, also really hard to find custom ROMs for this model..
I am using the a71 with two sims one for work and one personal .. I use my three sim personal one in slot one and my work vodaphone one in slot two
I only started to use dual sim yesterday and twoce overnight my dual sim stopped working and sim one failed
I had to reboot the phone on one occasion and it fixed the issue and the second time I had to physically remove the sim tray to get it working again
Anyone else had this issue ? Have I a faulty handset , it came direct from samsung UK so I have emailed them for a replacement but in the mean time wonder if it's a known issue or I am doing something wrong or it's a faulty handset
Love the handset so hope it's just faulty
