Hello Fellows, I am new to this. I've been reading this forum for 8 hours now.i 've just received a HtC 8925 locked and want to unlocked it, but it came w/ WM6.1 and i need to downgrade it to WM 6.0 and i need find the ATT WM 6.0. Please help!

i like to know whether i could upgrade my k-jam currently wm 5.0 to the upcoming wm 6.0 (crossbow).
my friend has wm 2003 and he too like's to upgrade to wm 5.0 or 6.0.
we are just afraid if we do it might turn into brick.
pls do help us.
Yesterday I've upgraded my dutch T-Mobile MDA Vario to WM 6.0, it's working really great!
Only issue I had was first CID-unlocking the device...

You're all over the place there - what do you want, to downgrade to WM 6.0, to unlock it or both? Since you're new here have you read the announcement post at the top of the forum directing people to read before posting? That has links about ROM upgrading as well as restoring original ROMs for Warranty purposes. If you have an officially supplied WM 6.1 ROM on the device I believe if you are having problems with it caused by bugs in the ROM, you should be elligable to get it reverted for free under warranty if that will solve more problems than it causes.

Since it's a Tilt, what have AT&T said about the issue? As long as it's under warranty and all official they should take care of any reversion required just as the HTC Repair Centre here did for me. If you want it unlocked (eg because you're planning on going overseas), I believe they can even give you a code and instructions to do this after a certain period - see what they say and let us know.

i have tried a number of devices to get rid of the error on cid so i can but a rom on dated RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_3.28.405.0_radio_sign_25.83.40.02_1.65.17.56_Ship now i have read through stickies and tried to get bootloader version up but failed i want to put new rom on my device also i have bought the phone from three mobile and it belongs to me but i seen some where if bootloader is 1.09 there not much i can do please any help would be brilliant as there are issues still with my htc freezing and gps playing up any help would be ace i hoped the pda would have been more better and with the update rom may fix a few problems thank you all.

Hi all just one question.
I have a att tilt 8925 I have gotton the htc stock wm 6.0 rom working in all its glory. I tried to find a serial number that would let me down the official wm 6.1 upgrade.
my question is does anyone have it?
or is it really worth is to upgrade?

im not sure if it is worth upgrading since mine has 6.1 stock, but you can get the rom at htc support. goto htc.com then click supportand chose tilt not tilt 2. under down loads there should be a wm6.1 upgrade rom. cheers

Search in the wiki, you can find official 6.1 roms
I most be really slow today...I remember a table with all the Shipped ROMs for the Tilt, Kaiser, etc.
Now I look around the Wiki and I can't find them. I had many of this files and I've lost them all. Now I'm trying to download them again, but I can't find them. Same thing with the Kaiser Radios, that table is gone And I don't know what form if any it has now (I know about the The Ultimate Radio Thread, that's not it.)
