Thanks for this post Maggy , now i goto try eng 6.1 efsane that i never knew about after i figure out how to dump my current rom i have been working on and make a nk.nbf from it
I just upgrade to a ''another vietnamese rom'' Heh. Now LISTEN . I never had such a stable and fast OS. Simply the SonBlacks' wm6.1 build 19202 rom is the best rom yet. trust me, I used to have a problem with starting device after softreset but it never happen to me with this rom. U should try to look at the PDAVIET hxxp://www.pdaviet.net/showthread.php?t=23970

Help Me PLZ!!
Everytime when I try to upgrade my MDA II It always shows #101 Connection Error.. Does somebody know what can I do?
First of all..welcome to the xda Team "Boot Sector"..This is not the place to post your problem..you could try posting it in Released ROM's Thread so you may get all the help you need..this thread is to let every new member like your self to know which ROM is where..as for your problem
Solution :
1. ALWAYS CHECK THE HIMALAYA WIKIBEFORE ASKING ANY QUESTIONS..MOST OF THE ANSWERS ARE THERE
2. First Make a search regarding your Problem..maybe its already solved someplave else..or there might be a group of people who are having the same problem...you would get a lot of help this way
Since Error # 101 is a "Connection Error..there might be few possiblities :
1. You have connected your USB cable in a place other than your PC's Back USB Port ( e.g a hub or at your Casings Front Port )..try connecting it Directly to your computer at the Back Port ( more power )
2. You can also get this error if Your Connector at the bottom is Broken or is not properly working
3. If you are running Windows Vista..then there is a driver Problem..go here to Fix that ( thanks Maggy )

I believe that Vista gives Connection Error as well. Use Windows XP with ActiveSync 4.5 instead.

In one thread you say 6.1 isnt supported, in another 6.5 and 6.1 are?
Can you let us know whether it supports all 6.1 and continues to be slow as a hog for 6.1 or much faster now?
by the way .. the first thread was not posted by me, i've just posted my link in a reply and then posted it on a new thread.
i tried manilla all-in-one on WM6.1 and it worked fine and fast.
manilla M2D all-in-one supports WM6.5 and WM6.1 , but it works better on WM6.5
there's some bugs on manilla itself, i've just got the source files that posted by djkoa
and here's my own .cab file.

You will not get any official ROM with Windows Mobile 6.5 because it´s not yet released by Microsoft. The latest version ist WM 6.1 and you will find it as download on the HTC webpages
I just like everyone to know if you dont that the Marketplace is working and functioning on WM 6.1 Roms. I downloaded that cab from Lao I belive and installed it in my NATF 4.7 Rom and works like a charm just a fyi
whats a marketplace and how do i get it on my wm6.5 rom?
think of apples iphone app store. market place is that for WM phones,
should be cooked into 6.5 rom depending on the chef if not there is a cab here i found you would install it and run it. it will update and install the new version and should work from there again i have Rom from NATF 4.7 WM6.1 rom and works fine. found the cab somewhere around here

There is no official WM 6.5 for the Kaiser, nor will there be.
The only available WM 6.5 roms are custom roms listed in the Kaiser rom dev. forum.
