~~~~~~~~~~~Crossbow ROM Download-Simplified Chinese--Flash Report---Updated

First of all, I'm not responsible for anything,
I just read pjkjoe's thread, go that site, find all files. That's it.
I'm even not a Wizard user. I will stay with my BA untill I got my iPhone, : - )
Please unzip attachments one by one, then use WinRAR extrat all.

First of all, regarding G3 machine, if OS version is 1.7 or older,
the update will report error,maybe some wm5 rom has the same problem.We don't know this time.
and You'd better update spl,ipl to 2.0 or above
At first, We updated some machines which OS is 1.7, and spl & ipl is 1.X,
we use aWizard 1.2 update it, after 2, 3 minutes
the screen shows error, then the machine dead,
But we can see start screen already turns to WM6 when we reset it.
Then we use simplified Chinese G4 Rom 2.34 w/ a Radio 2.47 by use G3's Ruu program,
We can log into the WM6 system, but GSM lost.
After that, we flash this rom, RUU_Dopod_Wizard_2231301_225_22313101_ship_full_CHS,
and then tried to use awizard 1.2 upgrade it again,
The suprise is everything works, and you can also downgrade.
If you got a G4 machine, then you're lucky, no problem for G4, nothing but you just can't downgrade it by using
RUU program, even the screen shows it successfully downgrade, after you reset, it stays with WM6.
You have to use awizard program.
Rom is okay, being tested and tested by several Qtek 9100 G4 devices and
Cingular 8125 G3 Devices.
personal feeling, although sometimes there is an error report come out,
also Windows Update is integrated. It runs faster than WM5.
It's getting closer to desktop windows,
You you can free FTP site, let me know.

That's too big, even Gmail can't eat it. It will be appreciated if someone here can give me a fast and stable FTP site.

gcd keep us posted..I'm gonna try and get some sleep..I'm gonna be dreaming about this rom..hopefully ill wake up to a christmas morning.

HELP with new AT&T navigator today screen link

I'm trying to get the link on the today screen that would normaly open telenav to work for the new update of the AT&T navigator(re branded telenav) does any one know how i could go about doing that. i use it a lot and i prefer that software. THANK YOU in advance.

please give details about what rom are you using. If you are using AT&T, you should see it in your settings->today and click on it. If you loaded an HTC rom, then use this cab in this thread.

You can also go to telenav's site and they will provide you with the ota link that can be typed into Pocket IE and downloaded directly to the phone.

well im using the factory rom.. and i have the most up to date telenav(renamed AT&T naviagtor) program. i just want to get that link on the today screen to go to the telenav program. ive been all over the cab file trying to redirect or add in the code to do it but no luck. any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

Right now, my two subjects are phone and video (d3d mainly). If you want to help, please try to make this work on my rom, or to provide the necessary folders from SYS to adapt to any rom. Make sure you post your progress so we can stay in sync

definately. If I could get phone and d3d on this, i could retire hermes, that I am using for my official calls and keep dell lattitude 620 home while travelling. I will try to work on those and update the progress.

thanks a lot for your ROM, I flashed the new ROM without backing up the original ROM, otherwise, I will have problem if my shift needed to take back for service.

I'd flash your rom without backup mine original rom. After completed, it said flash is successfully but the Snapvue side goes dark.
How can I recover it?

It is original ROM only. For your other question, I am currently travelling as soon as I am back home, I would help you out. did you try to hard reset (take out battery, wait for few seconds and reinsert battery) and try.

I am able to flash it back to CHT frofile uploaded, but anyway this time I followed thaihugo mentioned style to extract, try this and let me know. This doesn't have GPS though. ruu_signed.cht.nbh - 57.22MB

Thanks again for your kindness and great work! Just restored your NBH using CustomRUU. Everything looks fine and I got back the Chinese Snapvue. Could you do me a favor use Thaihugo mentioned style to re-build the Rom with the GPS?

Gps is there if you copy OEMdrivers folder from my source. The gpstool, used to check the gps, is not here if you don't copy the content of the OEM folder. But you can try google maps to see if it get a fix.

For the phone, I couldn't find any DLL that can connect. It's either a radio problem, or the RIL.Dll and rilphone.dll that must be found. Using the one from kaiser doesn't help, as it complains about sim door not locked.
So far, I cannot go further, but maybe the rights DLL's can make if work. That's also why I'm posting the kitchen, and hope to discuss about this in the thread.

urgent help needed on flash.

hi everyone i have got a xda mini s and it needed a reflash as the software was faulty, and i looked arround this forum for a long time to not find anything, i managed to find one flash which i did as a temp mesure, but this flas that i got seems to be a little strange, my wifi doe not wor, my bluetooth will only recives filesand not send files, my MMS is non exsistant......so if anyone has a origonal o2 flash i would be more than greatful ! or if u could point me in the right drection .....pref with a link lol.
i searched this forum as i said and i went on the xda support page from o2 and they no longer support the mini's and i even called o2 and asked them if they could get that for me and send it to me and they said no also as they discontinues the phone and therefor they discontinued the support for it !

Very odd, I got mine from SamMobile a couple months ago. January I think. Checked back there recently, and it's not there anymore!
Let me know if you need an upload and I should be able to finangle something.
