Just wondering if I can listen to radio stations around the world on my kaiser? Im in australia and want to listen to stations from latin america. Tried a few of the ones that stream over the net but they don't seem to work (eg. batanga)
Resco radio is good for me, but i'm not sure about latin american radio channels...you could check it out though...
Also Mobile Satellite Radio looks good, but haven't tried it myself...
you might want to search on the forums for other interesting stuff...

Hi guys, i have a xdaIIs and want to listen to radio on it if this is possible, i have wm3k 2nd edition,
do i have to install a program or flash it?
Any help appreciated guys.
Thanks
Alan
Yes it is possible there are plenty of programs - BUT we're speaking about the INTERNET RADIOs.
You can not listen to "FM" radio channels since your device did not have necessary hardware.
You can use Windows media player for streaming radio or just use google to find some programs.
thanks for the reply, i was hoping to get fm as i wanted to listen to the soccer,
Cheers
Hi, are you in USA?
I am in England, and our radio 5 live is available on the internet
hi,i am not in usa i am in england too.
then you will find that radio 5 live is available over the internet - problem solved!
I suggest resco pocket radio
i would imagine internet radio requires you have a internet connection setup. and if you are on the road then you would need a GPRS connection which is quite expensive to have.
Yes it does, but unfortunately this is the only way... the BA just doesn't have the hardware.
You could investigate a contract that comes with unlimited data - I know t mobile offers one.

i thinks it's useful.
This is the best of the all radio I have tried so far and its free!
Let me know guys how you find it.
Here is the link for Mundu Radio
http://radio.mundu.com/
Downloaded it will try and see how it is...thanks for the share
How does it work? I mean buffering.
hey usctrojan, fight on!
nice find it definitely plays well (buffering) but only 50 stations. anybody have any idea when they'll be getting more stations?
I got a Wing and I've read that u can listen to the radio on it? How? I've even flashed a radio update but have no idea on how to turn the radio on or use it.
There is no radio built into the wing.
You can listen to online radio stations, but unfortunately, you have been mislead as far as the regular radios.
maybe you're confusing am/fm radio with the radio in mobile software?
what radio on mobile software?
also, what is this GSM-03.07.90? I flashed my Wing with this, thought it was for radio use.
the "radio" in a radio rom refers to the GSM radio that the device uses to communicate on GSM networks. There is no radio in the Herald/Wing that you can actually listen to.
Unless, of course, you count listening to people talk in the phone as listening to the GSM radio.
thestreamcenter.com/pda is as close to radio as your gonna get. Its pretty cool though
The FM radio on my device suck badly. I can't get any radio channel when i'm in the house. And when I'm outside, I can barely get 1-2 channels. I don't know if the FM radio antenna in the Fuze sucks or it is because i'm using an American device in Canada. Before giving up on FM radio, I want to try it with another software. Is there any other FM radio software out there?
Also, I've tried and did not success to install XM radio software. Can anyone upload another CAB of XM radio to another site than rapidshare?
Thanks all, I'm a big fan of Radio.
I'm using radio 1.02.25.32, with Fido, Canada. It's too early for the Fuze community to determine which radio is the best... I'm planning on trying another radio... then again, I read that this is the best radio for GPS signal. Is there a good radio for Montreal user, to have both good signal for GPS and FM radio?
I posted an alternate FM Radio app in my thread titled MSM72xx chipset level configuration tools in this forum.. try that?
I am going to USA in Feb2009 will the fm radio in my orange UK diamond pick up anything?
TIA
Bixx
Nope, sorry, we don't have FM radio stations here in the US.
But if you tilt the phone a certain way, you might still be able to pick up BBC.
JUST KIDDING ... yes, of course you'll be able to pick up the radio here!
Did you know that US stations end in .<odd number> (97.1 FM) while in Europe they end in .<even number> (98.8 FM)? If the radio does not tune in the odd or even numbers then you'll have a problem. That said, I don't think you'll have a problem...
thanx for the replies
hahahaha we have even ending channels thats funny stuff. IN america that is you will be ok
