LOL! I know, when I think about it, I wonder how I managed to post so much in a few months, but I go through a bunch of sections each night and it's only 4 posts a day average! I think it's due to the increase of juniors and the off the wall questions, and of course, the serious users looking for help/answers. The problem is as soon as I set everything up I want to change it, so then I'm back to another round of posting. Sigh.....I need a beer .

I love xda-developers. I'm Singaporean and I'm going to Vegas for a convention - what recommendations does anyone have for me (a first-timer in USA) that isn't politically correct on Google?
I wish I was cool enough to be geekified and smart. Alas, I am only good enough to be interested in gadgets but not knowing anything about them.

yea when i lived in MA it was the same way...unless you had more than 5, 5 was the max you had to make up

I think we should seriously have a XDA meet up, and schedule it for different cities and stuff on the same day, and then conference it all at the same time.
What would be an appropriate place to meet up? I know that I would't be able to take part in the merriment if its in a bar, maybe a Starbucks or bookstore.

I know New York, and London are two common places that have XDA members in them.

Vegas has a few interesting attractions and is always ready for a party / meet up
Vegas should be the main hub for the west coast. New York for the east, London for Western Europe, and some other city for Eastern Europe. Then we all conference live, but time zones will be a problem so why not have both conference separately, and we have them both recorded to see what was going on at the XDA meet ups.
Of course all XDA members can watch from each live stream.
We just have to plan this right. And get enough people.
We can always add cities too, if there are enough members in a city. And have more hubs, that can conference with the main hubs.

I believe this is great, as long as air support is the only thing we're supporting with. I know, we are not the world's police, but when such a genocide is taking place I believe it's right to help the people of Libya.
Yeah I think it's about time the UN/US/UK/France did something about this. Colonel Gudaffi (spelling?) is totally messed up in the head. Does he honestly think that attacking even more now is going to help the situation? And more does he think that Pro-Gudaffi people take on the western world? Good point...he seems to do better by playing only a few minutes in the game. Also...for those complaining about his soccer skills...haters gonna hate...he still scores more often than most high end footballers I reckon

You seem to not be well acquainted with football, then, it seems. Other strikers not only score, but provide assists too.. he can hardly play a full 45 minutes let alone score and assist..

Exactly, he is an excellent old fashioned goal poacher, his pace and intelligence keeps him one step ahead, it takes a good football brain to always be their and score those important goals!
