I need HELP URGENTLY!!
1. I tried to download the Trial version of CE-Star from "Mobem Technologies", and all my sms messages turned blank.
2. I also cannot see my internet.
3. I have tried to go to the regional setting, and it was showing me English UK
4. I keyed in my IMEI number, and it keeps telling me that my product serial number is incorrect!!!! - inable to register!
5. What should I do? Please guide me step by step?
6. Btw, is there any free cracked version of CE-Star where we can download?
I hope someone out there able to help me out. Many thanks in advance .

After I followed this tutorial called "Samsung Galaxy S Full Customization Guide (Part 1 of 3) " on Youtube, now I can't update my phone to the new firmware. Under "About Phone" =>"Firmware Version" mine shows 2,1-update1" ... And every time I'm trying to Factory Reset it, after the reset it comes up with "that Russian" language being shown on the tutorial. Before following that guides my phone's main language was DANISH and after every reset I performed, it started with the Danish language(it's original language). Now PLEASEEEEEE help me to undo what I did, I mean help me to bring my phone to it's original stand, as it was before, before doing those things I followed doing on my phone shown on that video "Samsung Galaxy S Full Customization Guide (Part 1 of 3) ". PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS REQUEST! Don't IGNORE it PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

By the way, I tried this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=7235987 , before posting my request, but the firmware version on my phone still shows "2,1-update" and Kies says the same that It can't be updated.

download your firmware from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=846913 and follow the guide on that page. to get your phone back to normal
i just downgraded from kp9 to ddkb2(my original) so that i can have official update but
kies shows device cannot be upgraded

Try re-installing Kies....Kies is like devil! I Hate it !
flash wice ur problem will be solved.!!!
I flashed twice but not solved my problem. I then re-installed Kies after twice-flashing and it solved my problem.

For future reference:
The problem is that your locale was changed from INU (more likely) or INS to something else, in your CSC.
To access the settings to change your CSC, you need your IMEI number.
Get this by using the code : *#06# , in the phone dialer.
It should be 15 digits. Write it down someplace for this next step.
Open the dialer and input : *#272*<enter 15 digit IMEI>*
It should instantly display a menu. If you get an error, make sure the code is correct and that you have taken down your IMEI correctly.
Now choose your locale from the options presented.

Flash one more time with Odin version of 2.3.5 XXJVS or JVT De-Odexed and it should work, don't worry its not gonna explode, these processes are always reversible!
I have seen more myriad cases that the installation was not a success the first time and they have to do it one more time over the first installation!

Congrats on the new phone!
You don't need to re-flash anything (Well... maybe 2.3.5 JVT anyway ). What you need to do is look up your mobile carrier's apn settings on the net. You will have to enter them manually and you will have your mobile data back.
Settings>Wireless & Network>Mobile networks>Access Point Names.
Follow that path, and that is where you will have to enter the carrier settings for internet and mms.

I think you need configure your APN Settings for your GSM Provider
First you set date and time and country reboot phone.
or
You call your provide network say not working data they see you settings and help.
Does it work now? Have you checked you have the correct csc code. The easiest way maybe to download nitrality, and check which one you have and see if it is correct by looking it up either on google or on here. If you do need to change it, it will factory reset your phone (but its a new phone so that shouldn't be a problem )
You can also check your csc code by dialling this *#272*your imei number#

Im trying to figure out how to make OTA update to work when you change your KDZ with a different one from your Phones` origin.
Can someone (more than one) please post your screenshot from here: dial 3845#*880# ->Module test -> Fota test -> DM test -DM account manager -> edit account. Please post your screen shot. It should be like mine attached. Just erease your client name since this is your IMEI. I will try to change with another IMEI (my friends one) and try to make ota work again, but i need to know if the other values are the same
Another thing: can someone edit your imei to another one (change any number) and see if it saves? i changed mine, but i doesnt save, but i think it could be because im not rooted. Someone please try to change any number on the imei and see if it stays so, after going to "edit account" again.

I have bought a Galaxy S3 LTE with a broken IMEI Number. In Settings -> Phone Info -> Status the IMEI is 0. After a long search I have found an instruction how to restore the IMEI. I downloaded SGS3 IMEI Nvitem Generator and NV-items_reader_writer. I generate my IMEI and saved it as a *.txt file. Now i started NV-items_reader_writer and got following error message:
"Failed... phone does not answer"
I don't know if this program support the LTE version or I chose the wrong COM port. Where can I see on which port the phone is connected? I also have always a transparent black box with some yellow information on the screen.

but it doesn't work because i can't find these two files. Can anybody help me? Thanks.
Now I have written the new IMEI to my phone. I can also see it in settings. But the serial number changed to 00000000000. Any solutions?
