Weird password behavior - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III General

Sometimes my phone prompts for a password when I turn it on and I don't even have one set. This started happening when I installed Spb Phone Suite, Pocket Plus, Time, and Diary.

I don't think it would have much to do with either one of those applications. Just a weird coincidence maybe? Have you checked the settings under all these applications to make sure there is no such setting that is forcing the device to prompt for a password. Make sure the default password locking mechanism for the device is also disabled.

I turned the password on then off and it still does it. I can minimize the password window and it says the phone is off. No other apps will start.

No band/network after startup

Hi!
When I start my Diamond, the PIN entry display pops up but only for a second. Then the device starts normal, but of course without a network/band connection.
After stopping and starting the “Phone” in the CommManager, the PIN entry shows up and everything works fine.
What could the problem be? Is there anything wrong in my settings? It worked well before...

Display broken - start Active Sync?

Unfortunately the display of my Diamond broke and now i can't use it anymore (touchscreen didn't work - phone still works (booting, ringing etc)). I want to make a backup with Active Sync and MyMobiler, but everytime I connect the Diamond with my PC it only starts the access to the in-build flash-memory. I cannot change the behavoir for starting in Active Sync-Mode on Diamond.
What can I do?
Screen acting weird.
I have a problem with my screen too. Sometimes I cant use my touchscreen anymore. When I turn off the screen and wait a little bit I can use it again. But lately another problem has occurred, my screen keeps on loosing its alignment.
Its almost like my screen is dying...
i recently had the same problem...my fone was fully functioning all apart from my touch screen itself... i had to painfully keep runing the screen alignment an now it is fine
The only solution I could think of would be to put a registry file containing the ActiveSync setting [instead of 'connect as removable drive'] onto the phone and try to start it using the hardware buttons.
Unfortunately, I couldn't get into the start menu without the stylus. But the hardware buttons allow you to scroll through the TouchFLO tabs so you're able to access the programs tab. Maybe you've assigned explorer or activesync to one of those buttons? If not, you're able to assign one even w/o the stylus. I failed to re-enable the settings tab so I don't know what's on it. Maybe that one helps, too.
When you connect your device to your PC you can change you connection optons with the hardware buttons. This way you can set it to activesync. this has also been my solution to get to the screen alignment settings via mymobiler. But now I need to get a stock dutch SPL so I can return my phone to repair the screen. I dont carry my laptop around at all times...

[Q] Trusted Locations Broken

Is anyone else having trouble with trusted locations? Mine keeps automatically turning itself off after one unlock. For example, I have both my home and work set as trusted locations, but after the first time of unlocking at each location the setting slider will disable and I have to enter my code for each subsequent unlock.
Any advice??
My switch doesn't turn off, but every now and then it likes to make me enter the pattern like I'm away from home and will continue for a whole, then randomly go back to working correctly. Not sure what causes it, maybe the GPS going crazy for a few minutes? Don't know.
Haven't had this happen on the N6 yet, but had this happen on my N5. Not sure why it was happening, but it was frustrating.

Galaxy Note 5 Encryption and Screen Lock

Apologies if this is common knowledge, I've been searching and testing all day. I'm trying to figure out Galaxy Note 5 phone encryption, as it relates to the Lock Screen.
When encrypting my Note 5, I'm forced to set either a password (7+ characters) or a fingerprint.
Once set and encrypted, I'm prevented from changing the Lock Screen lock method to anything else.
Many posts on the 'net point out the usability issues here - nobody will "want" to use encryption because nobody wants to enter long passwords just to unlock one's phone all day long.
Several posts talk about workarounds - clearing credential storage (greyed out for me) or accessing the lock screen via a different setting (Settings->Display->Lock Screen instead of Settings->Security Lock Screen - the former doesn't even exist for me.) No posts seem to have an actual working solution.
Decrypting the phone restores all of the Lock Screen lock options.
My desired outcome: Encryption enabled, with a password, lock screen enabled, but with a numeric PIN, on stock ROM without root. Galaxy Note 5 SM-N9208, 5.1.1, N9208ZTU2AOJ3.
Is such even possible?
Thanks in advance.
I forget fingerprint password. Now my phone did not open wifi & mobile data. I want to get important photo. I don't want factory restart. I have google account setting. I open GPS Location. How can I do?

Lock screen opens notifications on it own

Hi everybody, I've been having a hideous issue with my Note 8 ever since it updated to Android Oreo. So, before when I turned my phone on, either by pressing the home button on the screen or by using the button on the side, I could see the notifications and I could view the whole preview by sliding them down, touch them and open them, erase them or leave them where they where. Now as soon as I use either one of this buttons, the phone automatically selects one of those notifications and pops up the screen with the sign password and iris recognize without giving me the chance of seeing the notifications. If I go back without using the password, the notification it wanted to open gets deleted. It basically takes away the possibility to check the notifications. The problem gets worse when I'm at home because I have the smartlock enabled, so (when and if it works) it opens up any notifications by itself. Sometimes, it's actually rare but it happened a few times already, it does everything on its own. It's on my bed far from me, I'm not even looking at it, a notification arrives, it turns on by itself and asks for my password to open the notification. What do you think? I hope someone has an answer and I hope i didn't create a new thread on an issue already discussed about, but I couldn't find anything similar
