Problem: I backed up the original SPL but I don't have an original HTC ROM with German language. The RUUs on

don't have German language integrated.
Does anyone have an original RUU with German language? Or can I at least install a language pack?

In my opinion there's no Russian interface for Topaz excisting on XDA, see;
Cooked ROMs for Topaz
and
Shipped ROMs for Topaz
though after a Google search, the top link was this link ($2.99) which states it excists afterall.
