[APP REQ] Etch-A-Sketch - Touch Pro, Fuze Themes and Apps

It's about time all of our favorite phones had something fun, and very slightly useful.
I'm not sure how hard it would be to write an App, that acts as an etch-a-sketch. What really gave me this inspiration was i was sent a picture of an etch-a-sketched picture and said to myself man if i had one i would send a better picture right back!
Also shake the TP for more than 2 seconds and BAM your picture is erased, cool huh?
since there are no knobs on the TP the keys could be as i have added in the picture. If anyone is willing to take this on, I believe it would be a very good addition to Raphael software!

Or you could use the touch pad on either side of the dpad for controls by doing circular motions. The bottom touchpad actually allows multi-touch, so you could do both at the same time. The Home/Call side could be for vertical control and the Back/End for horizontal.
You could also use the G-Sensor, allowing the person to tilt the phone around to move the cursor.

well we don't want to use the g-sensors too much so it can be shaken clear

ya use capacitive area or just the scroll wheel then keys for other knob
either way its a cool idea

Hiding items on today screen when in landscape??

Basically the message subject says it all... I have a bunch of things in the today screen but when I slide open the phone I want some to be hidden so there is no scrollbar on the side (really annoying)....
Is this possible and if so how do I do it??
Thanks.

Click to collapse
You probably have large start menu installed.
Heres an image of what I am talking about.... I dont think its the start menu because when I am in landscape the start menu automatically creates a section called "more..." for the items that dont fit.

I think this may have something to do with the Quick launcher which has 5 icons for my pictures, task launcher, camera, music and phone.... this cant be seen in the image but is there a way to hide this program in landscape???? I dont see any options for this.
Thanks.
ADDITION: I was able to make this somewhat more tolerable by un-docking the HTC home plugin... still wish there was no scrolling though.

ColorSplash???

Is there any WinMo software/application similar to the Iphone ColorSplash application out there? If so, what is called and does anyone have feedback on it?
C.!
Im looking for an app similar or just like this for winmo as well. I know that winmo devices dont utilize the multi touch, but a program similar to this would be dope. Heres a little video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xwehbr3MRyQ
Thanks
I fail to see the purpose behind this "cool" app, but for example Pocket Artist can achieve the same effect and much much more.
Just duplicate your picture layer, make the top layer B/W and create a mask, select the mask and paint areas you want to have original color with black (these areas will be transparent so you will be able to see the colorful layer beneath). You get exactly the same result and stylus gives you much more precission than a thumb so you can get color to much smaller areas without zooming in by 1600%.
Any if you want to be just cool, tell me what is cooler - an app to make "colorfuls" in your mobile OR a portable mobile photoshop with almost all the great features and tools as the PC/MAC counterparts
EDIT: I am adding an example I made.
Only the sign and back lights of the cars have color

And here is a screenshot of layer configuration in PA

1. Why in the picture 3(shows after picture number 1 and number 2), It just shows me a blank screen for about 10-15 secs?
2. it also has annoying taskbar appear right after the picture number 3, why?
FYI, I has 75% Program Free, 45% Storage Free and 25% Storage Card Free
And I also have this keyboard annoying problem. By the first time, the 'ok' button is not really responsive.
Then the 'Bckspc' button and now the left side of 'Space' Button not responsive at all.
Would Sony Ericsson cover my X1 for this failure? I still have 2 week waranty.
FYI, I really take care this X1. No scratch or anything. I always carry this X1 with pouch that has no magnet.

Use wrist support mousepad to help when writing - cool :)

Hi all,
One of the things I have found challenging when trying to write on my NOTE II is that I could never get a comfortable position to rest my wrist so that i could write comfortably for long periods of time.
Anyway it occurred to me to pull out my old mousepad that has a raised wrist support and it is AWESOME. Just place the Note II on the mousepad so it doesn't slide, rest your wrist on the raised padded support and write away. Another benefit is that since the Note II doesn't slide around on the mousepad I can write one-handed without holding the phone still. My handwriting is much improved and my hand doesn't cramp up. I also find I'm not getting random annoying button touches with my palm.
Here is the pad I use. Pick one up at Bestbuy for $10.

Multi-Tasking Glitch - Internet Browsers blacked out on the bottom of the screen

tI've been using my Note 8 for about a week and a half and I've encountered a really annoying bug that wasn't there on the first day.
When I'm in any kind of multi-tasking screen, any Internet Browser on the bottom half of the screen is blanked out. So for example, in the two screenshots below, I have Amazon and NewEgg open in Samsung Browser and Chrome at the same time. Whichever one is on the bottom is completely blanked out. If I switch which app is on the bottom, it switches which one will be blacked out.
In my phone, it looks black, but in the screenshots below it looks white.
Anyone know what this could be? Admittedly, it could be a lot of different things--I've been toying with Bx Actions, Bk package disabler / ADB, Nova Launcher, my settings, etc...
As it stands now, the rest of the phone works great, but I may have to factory reset my device.
It would also help if someone can tell me how to reliably create a bunch of restore points so I can move in iterations next time I set everything up.
Thanks
