[REQ]Touch Pro version of xbmod's HD Manila - Touch Pro, Fuze Themes and Apps

Anyone interested in doing a version of this diamond theme with landscape mode?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=470164
Runs great, very fast, HD weather is nice, HD stocks, etc., only problem is no landscape support...
Maybe if I install a landscape CAB or something? Any ideas?

Please do some reading before making such thread.. this has been discussed many times before.... people are trying to work on it and it isn't so easy either... if you read xboxmods HD manila thread you might find a workaround post by me where landscape mode is shown but with some bugs..

@Arju007
Sorry must have missed your post in the thread, I searched it for touch pro but as its quite long I just skimmed. Thanks for the correction I'll check back there.

just look for my post and youtube videos here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=3294049#post3294049

[REQUEST] Omnia Widgets Resize

I have tried the Samsung user interface on my phone, and I loved it only, one problem, no one has resized the icon to be finger friendly with a 480 x 640 VGA screen, so if any one can help that would be greatly appreciated.

TF3D and omnima are two different today plugins it pretty much what you like, you can try it yourself, but a word of warning might not be able to restart your phone if you select today 2 plugin ( I speak from experience) you will have to do a hard reset to bring it back up(reset button, volume down and glowing circle at the same time release reset and hold other two, then follow instructions. you will loose any date saved on your phone). but if you still wanna try search for samsung goodies thread and good luck
Here is the link for the program for those that haven't found it
FEWidgets
If you are looking for more widgets, check this: User Made Widgets
The app can be run as just an app to play around with it or can be put instead of tf3d as today screen. if you want to have a vga as background though, you will have to copy a vga pic in the program files folder few widgets.
vga omnia
for anyone waiting for a resize of the omnia ui its on ppcgeeks.com the link isbelow if someone can upload here that would great i tried and could'nt

XBmod Manila HD on the Touch Pro

OK, here's the thing.
I'm sure most of you have stumbled upon the XBmod Manila HD port for the Diamond: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=470164
If not, take a look.
Anyhow, I'm using an unbranded HTC Touch Pro with a stock ROM. The installation goes through nicely, and asks for a reboot.
After it reboots, the loading icon shows up for a minute, and then I'm getting an error regarding the Loader.exe. If I press details, it says that some files are missing, but does not mention which files.
My question is: has anyone successfully installed and is using the Manilla HD on a stock ROM Touch Pro?
Any ideas on what may be the difference between the Diamond and Touch Pro that could cause this issue?
Thanks!
the only problem is when you flip to landscape, it still tries to display portrait. this ca n be fixed by opening the program you want in portrait, then slide out keyboard, it will flip to landscape. then when you're done, flip back and exit. if you've got some patience, herg is working on hd manila specifically for tpro. can be found here:

Spec's
Sprint Touch Pro Jigga's ROM...
HD Manila runs just fine, even installed the extra tab cab XBmod had going...so now got's me 15 tab HD.
Stocks are nice, and he's stretched the weather out a bit...
I did miss Jigga's cooked in Zoom In / Zoom Out Text, so I re-installed that from the customizing TF3D thread, and can report that this does work on HD...
Good Stuff!
I never installed the loader or anything, just make sure your on-screen keyboard is open when you are about to hit ok to activate TF3D as your today screen plugin. Pop's up in about 5-seconds...

TF3D Landscape Mode

Hi there
Can we have this landscape theme on our fuzes? This is from a blackstone.
I think the landscape mode that comes with the most roms is not useful. it will be good if we can have a landscape mode with the same funtionality as portrait mode.
Have U tryed SEARCH function ?
I did it ... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=491774

I for one would like a landscape as depicted, I don't understand why you pointed to NRG's ROM I know he is working on the Manila 2 with others but I haven't seen anything like this before.
That landscape is from the new rhodium (TP2) and Tapaz (D2) manila It isn't finished yet. Xbox, DHarvey and myself and a couple of others are working our ass off to get it finished. NRG's ROM has a preview of that manila (unfinished. So take that or check this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=475557
I did search for hours and nothing. what i want is a landscape theme where you can read your sms, have the music functionality with the album cover, a calendar, programs tab, etc. just like portrait mode.

you must be dumber than Sarah Palin. That's TF3D2 on the Blackstone which was ripped from the new Rhodium ROM and it currently being ported to VGA. If you want to try it out then you can flash NRG's new ROM.
This is a good example of asking a question which has plentifully been answered. Still I think it's better to ignore it than bashing the TS, I'm sure in time he'll learn to search properly and we don't have to waste our time on these things.

Don't forget that some users might still find these topics helpfull, like me for example. I find this forum very difficult to get through, to find the information I need (since some topics count over 70 pages). The search function doesn't give me good results either. I've had a TYTNII for a year, and I never understood why the manila2d couldn't be done in landscape mode.
<--- "That's TF3D2 on the Blackstone which was ripped from the new Rhodium ROM and it currently being ported to VGA. If you want to try it out then you can flash NRG's new ROM" --->
The above made me realize that it's because of ripping/porting that manila-landscape still doesn't exist for tytnII nor for raphael (my new phone).
Anyway, I'll get to the point. I don't think it's a waste of time to reply to these sort of questions, just lock the topic afterwards. It's not always because of a noob not able to find the search function. We're not all rocket scientists you know .
EDIT: And now I think of it, what's the pain replying on a topic which will probably cost you about 4 seconds of your life?
enough bashing for the poor fellow?
if you don't want to flash another rom, there's a cab i found a while back that has something like that and is installable as a cab file.

rhodium manila port
maybe I'm missing something glaringly obvious, but if you're interested in getting the the landscape mode to look like the portrait, go here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=493531
As mentioned in some of the other responses, it is the rhodium version of manila (aka touch flo) that has been ported to the touch pro (aka Raphael). It works on most ROMs to my knowledge including stock ROMs. Currently, XBMod is working on porting the Topaz version of manila to the touch pro (see link). It works wonderfully on the Alltel touch pro, which is what I have. Hope this helps.

This is the new touchflo 3D 2. has all the lanscape things you want

What's with the manila rotation?

Why did it suddenly disappear from all the ROMs?
Even Rota's has only photo and music rotation, AFAIK
Landscape on LEO manila 2.5 is not fully implemented by HTC, the cooks are unable to fix that. Only the photo and music tab supports it at the moment.
If you need landscape, there's a CAB for landscape SMS in Leo or go for a manila 2.1.
I'm sorry, but how many times have people been over this? HTC didn't implement landscape mode into Manila 2.5, except for Music and Photos tab. And even then, it ONLY works with phones that have a G-Sensor, so not the X1.

So it's an issue that came with the 2.5? I know I'm looking dumb but I want to fully understand this and I suppose there are others like me that are confused.
It was in 2.1 but not in 2.5? We should wait for HTC to do that?

As for G-Sensor, G-Spot should cover that but there still remain all the other tabs.
In the end, is patience the answer of my problems?
HTC ONLY does Manilla rotation for its keyboarded devices.... so until there is a release of Manilla for a Leo Pro, they'll be no oem rotation in the latest Leo builds of Manilla.
IMO, just another reason to ditch inefficient Manilla for either PointUI, or SPB

It's not an issue. It simply isn't supported. There isn't any need for it yet, as the HTC HD2 (Leo) doesn't have a slide out keyboard. So there is no need for a landscape home screen really. There is landscape support on the music and photo tabs, as some people may like to browse their photos and music that way.
When/if HTC decide to put Manila 2.5 on a Pro device with a keyboard, then we might see landscape mode for the other tabs. As of yet, there is nothing, and there will be nothing until HTC make it so.
It is not a bug, it is not an issue. HTC didn't make it yet, as the HD2 doesn't need it.
the interesting point is that I still can not find a ROM with manila 2.1 which has no bug .... because it's very important for me to be able to rotate the screen in manila ....
energy ROM has some bug with sms botton ... I've got really confused ....

Tell me about getting confused, there are several roms with 2.1 manila that has full support on landscape, if it didnt have, then the cook hsa done a error (unlikely) or its disabled by the cook (rather unlikely too)
But a bugfree rom will only be a reality in your dreams im afraid, cause there is no such thing. Not from us, or HTC nor SE..
I have not tested other chefs roms in here with manila 2.1, but mine sure do have landscape

Which ROM did you try?
I´ve had at least 3 which are stable - and if there is something you might perceive as a bug, it is often related to another application and/or setting I did or had to do myself.
There are quite a few Manila 2.1 based ROM´s today which you can try, with WinMo 6.1 or even 6.5 "underneath".
BTW, the worst ROM I ever had was the stock ROM. Shame on SE.

thanks for your answer ... yes I just found several ROMs with manila 2.1 and there is no problem with rotation ... but for example one of them use a lot of RAM (60%) , one of them has some problem with sms ...
for this reason I overlook manila 2.5 ... and I think energy ROM up to now is the best choice ...
