Big trouble upgrading from 1.22 to 1.4

Hey gus,
New to this forum. I was trying to upgrade my ba from 1.22 to 1.4 and somehow I think I got stuck in the bootloader screen. I downloaded the rom directly from clubimate. My problem is when I run the rom it gets stuck when it tries to upgrade the radio. Now my phone is totally non working, it starts once in a while but only to the bootloader screen.
Any advice would be great.

Thank you for responces, but they did not work.
OK, I downloaded the dutch 1.42 rom version. I also downloaded the country code error program. I ran it and I got the same exact thing as I did with the 1.4 rom directly from imate. The problem is: when the rom program is about to update the radio it freezes and returns an error 114 something like radio update error. I don't know what to do, and of course my phone is not usable.
Please if you have any advice tell me.

Hey guys,
I finally fixed it. I read somewhere that if you delete the radio.nbf and the ms.nbf files and then try to update it will work. So I did, and now my phone is working again.

After I upgraded to this th nice room by ArtZ Itried to downgrade to wn2003 because Iwant to use some programs i formated the Ext room And tried to downgrade or even to reinstall this room again ... only the colored strips I got ..I think my PDA2K had gone forever

I am still in the same problems. I can't downgrade to
Windows SE2003, becouse of error 113: "Extended ROM
Update Error". Stucked in white screen and, after reset
at 3 stripe-colored-screen.
Does anybody know the solution for this issue ?

Do as imatrix's LINK says. Then upgrade to WM5, it should work.
Then from WM5, try to do the downgrade...

Thank u all Iused Mitty it worked and installed TuMa 1.4 it worked v nice Idont know why this room tuma1.4 not used by all of us it worked well for 72 hrs now >only I added the camera cab and the old album cab

help: ERROR 262 while trying to update to ROM 1.37

I had this problem as stated in the topic.
The progress bar doesn't move at all.
After awhile, my laptop states that ERROR 262 occurred.
I tried a few more times and it is still the same.
Can any one help me on this?

first of all if u try to update a rom different from ur own country u need to do Hard SPL http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=400950

I was getting error 262 also, until I realised that you need the Developer version of the HardSPL installed (I'd just installed the normal one) - as this rom is not signed.

Real Big Problem with Upgrading

So hi i come from Germany and i have a rly big problem right now.
I actually updatet the Rom to Gen.Y D2X R1A successfully, All works fine.
Then i wanna to Install the recommended Radio directly on the device(soft reset + back + vol.down)
After updating it says "error" couldnt update.
Now the diamond allways boots in the tri-colorscreen while saying:
Diam200 MFG 64M
SPL-1.24.Hard
MicroP-Diam(LED)v11
PSOC-Vict STAGE_PVT v0x20
Upgrade ROM code error
Please try again.

I tried it a thousand times now always the error while updating the radio.
I rly dont know what to do, i hope i can rescue the mobile.
Any advices?

Please try to read posts regarding updating your unit. You can brick your phone if you don't know what you are doing.
Additional information:
What is your present ROM version?
What ROM are you trying to install?
is your unit unlocked?
Does your unit have hard SPL installed?

i do, but the problem is vender id,
im tryn to install wm6.1 then always error vender id..
i forgotten now what is the previous rom version.
hard spl? like 1.20.0lipro? yah i already use it,

I have the same problem
but can't instal bootloader or flash any ROM
I tryed to flash the original rom but it stucks to 13%
I tryed to instal many bootloaders but when it cames to 100% it says that image is corruped (error 270)
can any one help me ??

OK. I've had that problem before when I first got my Trinity. Been through a lot of trial and errors before I was able to do it correctly. I don't know if this can help but this is how I did it. Usual warning.... I am not responsible if you brick your device.
Just look for the following files in the Trinity thread and install them in the following order:
1. HTC Trinity SIM & CID Unlock - v1
2. Install Olipro 1.20
3. Now I don't know if this should be done but I read somewhere that you should upgrade your Radio version so I installed "Trinity_Radio1.56.70.11"
Even though I have done these steps already I always do them again WHENEVER I install a new ROM. It does not hurt to repeat them.

If you are getting "error vender id" message then it means that your unit is locked again so you have to unlock it again like I said in my previous post. You must have installed an official ROM previously which will lock your phone again.

i think that my phone has been locked because i can't instal any ROM or HardSPL
I tryed to flash windows d. 3.3 Dmore (wm 6.1) but when i boot windows it stucks in the green screen so i can't run cid unlock.
i cant send the phone for servise because i get it from a friend and i havent the receipt
please help me to get my trinity back

i think my radio bootloader is damage?..

any have a schematic of radio ic? where i can find it? how does it looklike?

try to use SSPL, after flash official ROM and then try again from beginning
