And the little red loading things on bottom right... its been stuck like that..
HELP!
Hello.
I'm sorry to hear about your problems. Having put the new hard spl on there, I would recommend loading a rom on there of your Choice. I recommend either Daviddeuck, or Dutty as your starting point. So.
Go to the wiki, read carefully about how to load the rom on there (very similar to hard spling your phone) and follow the steps to loading a rom on there.
Let me know how it goes, and good hope to you.
Caid.
edit.
I was going to post a link, here's a better suggestion.
I'll just tell you what to do.
Download a rom, it should come with the installer.
Make sure your phone is charged up. If you've left it plugged in till the light on the power button is green, it should be full (I know you can't check the meter in windows as windows isn't loading).
Once it's charged, run the installer that came with your downloaded rom of choice.
Make sure your phone is connected to your computer through USB, and that it is on.
If windows mobile center recognizes your phone, that's even better.
Now that you're all set up and you have the installer loaded, follow the steps indicated by the installer. Wait for the installer bar to finish and the phone to reboot.
If you can't load the rom on your phone this way, you can put the rom onto an SD card (into the main directory of the card, not into any folder), then you can hold the volume down button on your phone and press and hold the power button. The phone should boot into a red blue and green screen. It will ask you if you want to upgrade the rom, press volume up to begin, and wait for it to finish.
Once again, make sure your battery is charged.
The memory card method is the easiest method to updating your phone, although I usually use the first method myself. If windows isn't loading on your phone, you may be unable to do that, so try the memory card method.
Summary.
Put the rom on your memory card, in the main folder.
Press and hold the volume down button, and the power button.
Phone will boot into a three coloured screen(red blue green).
Press volume up to begin update.
Let the install finish.
Don't turn off your phone while it's updating.
Wait for it to reboot and load.
Good hope to you.
Caid.

Situation-i was trying to flash one of Radios from that tread (as always),my Xperia is Hard-Spl,i was renamed downloaded file to Kovsimg.nbh, copy that to the root of MicroSD card, then turn Xperia in bootload mode (4 color bars) (you know-vol. button and on simultan),the file was recognized,i got the message (as always) "press power button to flash ROM or action button to cancel",i pressed power button, flashing begann and was already on 100%, but then was coming an Error message-"Flash not complete and some about RSA too".I take akku out and put in again, and now-don't matte how i turn Xperia ON,it always go to Bootload mode and want to flash that file (and it will not flashed). How i can get out now of that bootload mode???????I read "press Action button to cancel flashing",but what is that Action Button???And if i even take out MicroSD,Xperia start always in bootload and want to flash something!!!!I sit down in Hotel now,i don't have a MicroSD cardreader to copy on MicroSD another file, and i can't use my telephone, because it start always in that 4 color bootload mode and want to flash something!!!

Action button is the middle of the optical joypad.
to reflash connect from your computer with a USB cable and use the Custom Radio RUU
AND DO NOT GO AROUND FLASHING THINGS UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!
Thanks a lot for fast response!!!
I was flashing one of the Radio ROMs here in the thread, that was in the list as worked, maybe it was transfer failure to MicroSD card, now it don't matter.
I power now Xperia on, then see that 4-color screen, then now i see kovsimg.nbh- RADIO and "Press power button to start update image" and "Press action button to cancel update image". If i press the middle of optical joystick-as you said-then it happens nothing-i see the same screen...What schould i do????

Strange for you, but well known phenomena: your flash didn't complete
You'll have to flash again from a PC or by copying a new radio file to your microSD card, or you can use "mtty"... sorry there's no other way but reaching a PC
I have notebook here, but i can't connect to my phone, because it start always in boot mode.Is here some method to connect to phone without Active synch in that bootloader mode???I understand now-i must copy right file on my MicroSD card, how i can do it wothout MicroSD Cardreader and only with a phone starting in boot mode???

you can't access the sd-card without a Cardreader but you dont have to. In the 4-color screen you should see the text "USB" when you connect the phone to the pc (as far as I remember, when the device is not connected to the pc instad of "USB" the text is "SERIAL"). In that mode you can use the RUU to update your device.
Mastermarv,
thank you very much!!!I was worked for me-i was using RUU Radio utilities in bootloader mode and flashed orig. Radio ROM-now it all started OK and all work again!!!!!Uf-f-f,so one "abenteuer"...
Thank you all the people, those tried to help me in this situation, much appreciated your help!!!!
Now i can some relax...

Flasehed this ROM: 23563 V2 FULL WWE-ITA using Jump SPL 1.93 which went fine but later after installing the apps asked to reboot.
Once clicked on the reboot unable to get the phone back.
Does anyone have any ides on this. on how we can recover this. Or Flash another ROM from this state.
Moved as not ROM Dev.
By unable to put back on i imagine you can't power on device? Remove battery and try after an hour or so.
If not then maybe the end of the road.

why did you use jumpSPL to flash a complete ROM???????????
its written everywhere that jumpSPL is only meant to flash HardSPL...and HardSPL is needed before you can flash any ROM. i mean why???????!!!!!
follow the advice the chef gave you in the thread for the ROM because i noticed you posted your question there as well in addition to starting a new thread here.
Try flashing Stock rom via 2GB or smaller SD Card. Check the wiki for Stock OEM Roms from your BRANDED Device.

Flashing Via MicroSD Card
1. Make sure your microSD is Formatted to fat32 (you dont have to delete all files but it is safer if you do)
2. Download your prefered Rom from the Kaiser Rom Develpoment Page and unzip/unrar it to your computer
3. Goto the Roms Folder and rename the .nbh file to KAISIMG.nbh
4. Copy the KAISIMG.nbh file to the root of your MicroSD Card
5. Plug the MicroSD Card into the phone
6. Hold in the Power and Camera buttons, then press the reset button with the stylus for about 3 seconds until the BootLoader screen appears
7. You will first see a tri-color screen with the phone and SPL Information at the top
8. A message will then pop up asking you to press the Power button to start the update
9. Press power button to start flashing
10. Once phone finishes flashing and says Update Complete, reset with the stylus
11. When it gets to the screen where it configures the stylus, HARD RESET
(press left and right softkey buttons on the front and hold in reset with stylus until message appears)
12. When prompted, Press "Send Button" (Green Call Button on Front) to Clear Data
13. When prompted, Press "Send Button" (Green Call Button on Front) to Restart Phone
14. Follow onscreen instructions to set up your New Rom

Flashing Your First Kaiser Rom (For Noobs)

Thanks for your advise, i have recovered my phone, i went into boot loader screen then flashed the original HTC ROM which is "TyTN II_AUS Hutch_WM6.1_Upgrade_20080602" which went through fine and ALL IZ WELL so far...
The reason i used the Jump SPL is that when i flashed normally, i was not able to get the ROM upgrade, it was throwing error message UPDATE error...
so
1. checked some info and Ran Jump SPL 1.93
2. Right click on the Active Sync then unchecked the USB connection
3. Connected back and ran the KaiserCustomRUU.exe
which went fine but anyhow learn lesson...
Thanks once again for everyone...
People,
These things happend to my phone. For about two months I was running a custom rom on my acer liquid. This worked fine, so I decided to delete the backup files on my phone.
From that moment programs were saying that my phone wasn't rooted anymore. Now I tried do root it again, following the procedures from theunlockr.com. This went all well until I had to load the 'install-superboot-windows.bat' file. My phone started to reboot, I saw 'acer' on the screen followed by the typical android combinated with acer. After that my phone went black...
I can't seem to get any further than that.
I've tried the hard reset (both volumebuttons combinated with the power button), I also tried powerbutton combinated with the volume-up button.
What can I do!?!?
Greetz,
Peter
Try accessing the recovery console : disconnect and reconnect battery, connect the usb cable and then press and hold camera + volume up(+) + Power. From there you should be able to access recovery mode and eventually make the device visible to the acer tool to flash a clean rom.
You are kinda correct (I have gone through this a couple of times).
Take out battery and put it back in (just leave the back cover off to make things easier) (I think you leave the USB cable unplugged. Pretty sure I did).
Hold down Camera+Volume Down+Power. You will feel 2-3 vibrations.
Release those buttons.
Press power as if you are turning the phone on.
It should boot up into recovery. From there either restore a nanadroid or flash a new rom.
Best of luck keep us informed with your progress.
thanks dudes!!
Wow... it was only because I saw a reply on modaco first. But you had the same solution... and it worked!!
I couldn't reach the SD card using 'mount SD on' but thank god I had an old rom packed in a zip on my sd card. This one I could reach so now I lost al my programs, but I don't give a damn!
Very much thanks for the help and the given solutions, I REALLY appriciate it!
Yours sincerely,
Peter
Nice to see it worked

It's a simple as this (thank god!) You should press the camera button, hold it and press the 'volume down' button and hold them together with the powerbutton. Now you will feel a triple vibration. The phone will now load a menu in wich you can load a ROM that's on your SD-card? (i had that)
If you haven't got that try to reach the SD-card by selecting the 'mount on-option'. That will give te computer access to your SD-card. Now you can flash it.
That last thing didn't worked with me, but from now on i will always leave a good ROM on my SD-card in case in happends again.
Hope i helped you out!!
Grtz!
I tried to do a TASK29 and somehow in the folder there was no task29.exe, so i used the ROMUpdate utility ..and asked me if i wanted to upgrade to somewhat ROM 2.0.0 (?something?)..(i thought that was part of task29 job...) and now my device is blocked in HTC white splash screen...
hard reset still same issue does...
is there any ROM Update utility that can be used without starting the windows from the phone?
or..what can i do to connect my phone to the PC?
i managed to do 4-5 ROM Updates without problems during time, but somehow..this TASK29 job did not work.
is it possible that i deleted the Operating system from the phone?

If am not mistaken, Task 29 did exactly what it should do which is wipe your device clean. Now what you have to do is enter bootloader by powering on your phone while holding the volume down button. If your phone is not off, do a soft reset by pressing the reset button on the side while holding down the volume down button. You should come to a tricolor screen and it will say "SERIAL" in the bottom. When you see this, plug in your USB and on the screen it should change from "SERIAL" to "USB". At this point open up your rom folder, click on the "Rom Update Utility" and follow the prompts and you should be all set. Hope it helps.

sorry. solution found
"if you fail to press vol down key and your phone get stuck on the white screen, just remove your battery, then try again: press power, and keep vol down pressed immediatly next, until the phone get to RVB bootloader.
When your phone is back to RVB bootloader screen, use the leocustomruu.exe provided with your favorite rom package to flash a new rom, or flash it from memory card using standard procedure."
you can close this thread.

EDIT: I accidently posted this in the wrong forum. Im have the international version, not Verizon!
I've been trying to get CM10 on my phone and somehow i messed everything up and now i can ONLY get into download mode.
Im trying to follow this guide to get back to stock:
I. Before You Begin
This will only work using a Windows machine.
This will only work on the T-Mobile US version and versions from outside the US. Do NOT use this on AT&T or Verizon versions.
II. Install the Drivers
Download the LG ADB Drivers and install them (if you don’t already have them installed from the rooting procedure you used).
III. Download the Necessary Files
Download the stock firmware for you specific device here and save it to your desktop (look for it in step 1 of the original post and make sure to choose the firmware file for your specific device version).
Download the LG Mobile Support Tool to your desktop, install it, and then close it once it opens automatically.
Download the FlashTool to your desktop (it’s the .zip file after clicking on that link).
IV. Unroot the LG G2
Turn off the G2 by holding down the power button and keeping it held down until the screen goes black, then continue to hold it for a few seconds after it goes black to make sure it shut down.
Plug the G2 into the computer via the USB cable while holding Volume Up at the same time to put it into download mode.
Right-click the FlashTool .zip file and select Extract All.
Double-click UpTestEX.exe from inside the newly extracted folder.
In the R&D Test Tool window, select the following for each option listed:
Select Type – 3GQCT
PhoneMode – DIAG
Select KDZ file – Click this and select the .kdz file we downloaded in the previous section.
Click Normal web upgrade test.
Click Upgrade Start in the new popup window that appears.
Select Republic of Korea and English for the Country and Language window that appears after that.
Click OK.
When it finished flashing and is all done, turn off the phone and then turn it back on by holding down Power and Volume Down until a screen comes up.
Select Reset (this will finish erasing everything off the device and bringing it back to stock).
Click to collapse
I get to step where i click upgrade start but i dont get any window where im supposed to select language.
Instead LG Mobile Support Tool starts up and nothing happens.
I dont understand what im doing wrong. Please help me. :/

Have you tried updating the united device drivers?
Sent from my VS980 4G
Do you still have a custom recovery? This happened to me, the same thing actually!
What I had to do was hold Volume Down and Power button until the LG logo shows up, then release ONLY the Power button while still holding the Volume Down button, then press the Power button again.
Or if this doesn't work,
Turn off phone, then when off, hold down power and volume down button until it reaches the LG logo and then release both buttons and hold it down again.
You will see a screen that says something like: Hard reset/ factory reset. Just follow the steps stated on screen until it boots you into recovery.
For me it took me to my recovery screen, where I just flashed a older ROM onto it. I then later flashed a recovery file.
It does take me a few times to get into that.
If that doesn't work, I don't know.
Thank you,
Stephen

Praise Jesus for this...I about had a heart attack. I have been rooting and installing custom ROMs since the G1...never had any issues. Was in a boot loop and could not get back into recovery for anything.
Nothing!
I rooted then attempted to installl TWRP... the phone turned off then turned on with the android ! icon... it shut off a few mins later. Now, all I get is the buzz and a black screen. LG Mobile Support Tool nor my computer will even recognize the device. Am I truly bricked beyond repair?
