Is the Touchflo program on my Tytn gimped ?

Had my Tytn a few weeks now and just noticed that my TouchFlo program only allows me to scroll up n down lists etc n in the settings i only have one option which is 'enable sound' is the program not a full version my m8s windpws phone has TouchFlo which can rotate things n zoom in on pics etc can i purchase or upgrade mine to be the same ?

tytn does not come with the Cube (rotate things). U can however install the software for the cube

Yes your touchflo is gimped. If you own a kiaser or tytnII or Tilt, you touchflo is gimped by the use of generic WM6 graphics drivers. However there are improvements to the interface that will make it less "gimpy".

Dialer & Comm manager

Dearest TyTn fans, hi there!!
I've recently (one day ago) upgraded my loved Tytn to a Tytn II (Vodafone), I can't be happier , though, I have some mods in mind which I used to have on my Tytn and I'm not being able to find for my new Kaiser.
I was using the dialer and the comm manager created by Schap. Could anyone tell me where can I find them for the Kaiser (if this allready exist, obviously).
I would be very gratefull!!!.

I'm not sure about Schap's Dialer. Maybe you can ask him?

Edit: Looking at the Latest WM6 and 6.1 Roms by Schaps, there is a standard dialer (maybe a Touch Dual on in the WM6 version) in his ROMS

No SMS functions for Tytn II with official WM 6.1

Hello!
I finally had some time to test the new official WM 6.1 ROM for my Tytn II.
Until now i recognized some improvements and overall I´m pretty satisfied with it.
After installing my some of the new Diamond apps (thx to the people on this forum) I found out, that Outlook Pocket doesn´t have the SMS option.
Unfortunately I haven´t tried it before I installed all the software, so i don´t know what caused this problem.
Since I have no clue what to do, I wanted to ask if there is a fix for my problem. By the way: I have an german Tytn II.

TouchFlo facebook integration on Tytn II

Hello,
I have a Tytn II with a Kaiser_HTC_ASIA_HK_WWE_3.34.721.2 custom ROM on it.
I've seen TouchFlo 3D 6.1 on a Touch HD and I am interested in getting the Facebook integration it features on my Tytn II - specifically associating contacts with Facebook friends.
What's the simplest way to achieve this? Does Facebook integration only come with TouchFlo 3D? Are there any Tytn II ROMs with this feature already integrated? Are there any add-ons that would enable it on TouchFlo 2D?

i did make a thread about this for Manila 2D but they told me it wouldn't work because Manila isn't customizable but there's still hope because they said it might work with TF3D so i just got it on my phone and gonna see if there is any thing that i can see and i will let you know but in the mean time i would suggest downloading TF3D from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=465507 if you haven't got already.

Facebook tab only works with 2.5 and i'm afraid that we can't get that at the moment because our phones only work with 2.1 (very slow) but i would suggest just downloading the facebook app that comes with most roms.

I need your help/opinions about SE x1 windows mobile 6.1 because i'am just new at this phone so i have many things to learn.. i saw some amazingly cool applications here but not worked at my phone properly like EzInput keyboard, i like that application but it doesn't work right, it appears small on screen,, can someone help me? thank's in advance..

EZinput probably doesnt work because you need the WVGA version of it. Your phone screen has a WVGA resolution.
SPL and ROM, you can go to the Xperia X1 HardSPL thread and find more information about it.
I dont think theres any "best" version of windows or TouchFlo3D because they all have their pro and cons. You can just try it by yourself and see which one you like the most.
TouchFlo3D and SBP shell have nothing to do with each other. They both change your today screen though. You wouldnt need a ROM change/update if the software you're trying to install is compatible with your current one. Judging from what you said, your current ROM is running Windows Mobile 6.1. So you should be looking for WinMo 6.1 applications that are compatible with your WVGA resolution.

thanks XtriFe for answering it, i saw some touchflo 3d but forgot the version, in the instructions for installing, one of it say's change the SIP something, what is that SIP or SIP selector..? thanks again

The easiest way to get Touch Flo on the X1 is to flash a new ROM with TouchFlo. There are helpful tutorials on the ROM development section on how to download and flash custom ROMs.
SIP can stand for 2 things, either as Soft Input Panel, meaning input apps like the onscreen keyboard and handwriting recognition, or Seesion Initiation Protocol, usually in connection with VOIP programs. For your question, it's most probably referring to the first one.
SPB mobile shell is an app to customize the toda screen, and there are versions of it that make our Today screen look like the TouchFlo interface, but you're not limited to TouchFlo (see Windows Mobile Development and Hacking>Themes for SPB MS themes/layouts)
