Why I can´t connect ???

There are almost a week that my Qtek 9100 is unable to connect to my Phone network. It keeps searching and searching. When I click on Manual Network Selection, I receive an error msg: "Unable to read setting from the network. Try viewing settings later ou disconnect data connetion and try again". What should I do?
ROM version 2.24.10.1
ROM date 4/17/06
Radio Version 4.1.13.12
ExtROM version 2.24a Mr. Clean
The SIM card is ok (I´ve tried on another mobile)
Thx
Did you already tried a (òh , ooh) hard reset or reflash? Otherwise it seems you're phone-receiver circuit is defect; you've got to go for repairs...
I´ve tried both: hard reset and reflashing with new ROM....
Nothing
This started after my battery runned out of power....
It didn't occur by any change after a new update..?
And what about you're radio version: isn't it your protcolversion? So, what radio version had you before and which one now?
(btw seems stupid but... try new sim unlock)
No, I upgraded to the new ROM after the problem....
I did a mistake about the versions: My radio version is 02.25.11 and the protocol version is 4.1.13.12....
I really don´t know the number of the older version of the radio, but it was working fine.
btw, the mobile was bought unlocked...
Thx, anyway.....
¹ (...but did you try sim unlockin' again...?)
² (off course you tested it on other locations...?)
I'm trying to SIM unlocking again, using Lockwiz02b, as I downgraded to ROM 1.5.4.2 WWE, but I'm receiving an error msg: "Could not update itsutils.dll to the currente version, is it inuse?"
BTW, as I upgraded to ROM 2.24 in english (the original ROM was spanish) should I understand that my mobile is CID unlocked?

(Why did you downgrade, that's not necessary for simunlock?)
For your utills.dll fault: maybe you need lokiwiz0.3
http://forum.xda-developers.com/vie...=0&postorder=asc&highlight=lokiwiz0+3&start=0
...with lokiwiz you unlock CID because of brand crossing ROM use, in order to prevent trouble (once CID unlocked it stayes unlocked) For language change it shouldn't be necessary.
For SIM unlocking you also can use i.e. attached file.

After installing the ROM ..... just O.S.

Hi all,
I don't know what it's happening but after loading the ROM, I have the Qtek just with the operating system without any additional software.
The process to load the new rom is 100% ok.
Any idea about what is the reason of it?
thank you in advance
im also having the same problem
CID locked...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=285435
I have the same problem, but my device is a CID locked G4..
I haven't ever tried to upgrade my Wizard (done my Uni & BA) but I would have thought the phone would have rejected the upgrade at the start of the process if the CID lock was the problem ??
Maybe i'm wrong... as I said, I haven't tried to upgrade the rom on this one before.
The CID is UNLOKED
In my case, the CID is unlocked.
Any idea about the problem?
I don't understan it.
If I install the ROM called "Molski's 3.0.0.0 AKU3.2", all the additional applications included in the ROM are install after the first reboot. Nevertheless, if I install the ROM "WM5 AKU 3.3 " or "superrom v 1.1" I have only installed the operating system.
Help please.
Thank you in advance

Need urgent help?

i m having qtek 9100 (g3)i dont know which language it is? by mistake i upgraded to custom rom without unlocking cid.. i stucked in 98% n bootloader screen appears... i want to change in english language. itried several roms.. but the same problem. plz guide me out of this. i wanna my cell started...
in the netherlands the qtek's are sold without a simlock
however, there is a possibility that there is a cid-lock.
to remove this, read the wiki.
but first flash it with an original qtek rom
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Wizard_Upgrades
then cid unlock it and flash it with the rom you want
rom probs
hi, sorry im new to the site but i noticed you have the same rom as me (1.37.401.3 WWE) i cant seem to unlock the CID, on command it comes up with "could not update itsutils.dll to the current version, maybe its in use" any help would be much appreciated.
p.s i have already flashed it to get that rom so im not sure if i need to find a new one or it can be resolved...

need urgent help

Hello, I'm new here and I really need your help..
I downloaded the latest rom from t-mobile for my htc charmer and it just stands there on a boot screen showing:
IPL 3.08
SPL 3.08.0000
GSM 02.69.21
OS 3.8.2.21
I've searched and tried everything on this forum and nothing will work. I tried flashing back first official rom but I got an error message saying upgrade only, you need newer nk.nbf also with ROM update utility no id but it only changes my IPL not SPL GSM and OS. I can enter into a bootloader but I don't know what to do now because like I said I tried everything on this forum.
Please help, any suggestion will be usefull, I'm without a phone now..

Wing stuck in bootloader

Hi :
I have a wing which I flashed with Open Touch yesetrday. Don't know what went wrong during flashing, now my mobile is stuck in bootloader 3 color screen.
When I try to flash othr ROM from SD card it says "invalid certioficate" error. Can anyon tell how to flash other ROM from bootloader.
Regards,
pankaj
Flashing phone from bootloader mode is realy the same. Just your Wings doesn't connect with AS, but it doesn't matter. Just run RUU and wait for finding your phone...
If your phone is HardSPL, you can flash ANY ROM, but if not - only shipped ROM, dedicated to your phone. Here you can find fiew shipped ROMs for Wings
Edit:
Your phone is HTC Wings or Wing??? It's a big difference. This is Wings (HTC S730) forum
