Importing AnalogClock into my homescreen manila. - Touch Pro, Fuze Themes and Apps

I've been trying to import Nisses AnalogClock into my homescreen Manila.
Nisse created the perfect analogClock imo, but his homescreen manila (1c684cd8_manila) makes it impossible for me to DragUp the screen.
Also his panorama background doesnt work with Nisses Manila, but it DOES work with my manila (where the analog clock isnt moving yet)
I tried altering my manila with m9editor, and I got it almost working, but the hands arent moving with the time. I suppose thats because of the extra code Nisse has in his "Behaviour"-strings, but if I try to copy them it wont work (not sure why they aint).
Does anyone know how to make the clock working in the given manila?
Might make it possible for everyone with a TP that way to use the dragUp.
You might need the analogclockmanilas, which I attached to show the AnalogClock.
Any help is appreciated
You can find the analoghandsmanila here and the homescreen manilas here

I guess nobody could solve this. Too bad NISSE himself isnt around..

New htc diamond home plug and software

hi!
someone know if htc diamond home plug and album/mediaplayer software are avaible somewhere, please?
thx!
i asked the same thing somebody just told me to buy a diamond
there is an early release of it floating around these forums, it's called Manilla. But don't get to excited, it really doesn't work well, if at all. I saw one person say that it only did like 3 fps so it was so extremely slow that it was useless. Most posts state that it doesn't work at all.
how about the application/programs launcher.. the one that goes a neat vertical list (see attachment)..
i think they replaced the default start>programs launcher with this one.. better, neater (with background) and more fun scrolling than the default M$ one..
You guys should take a look at the reviews more carefully. All the programs that the OP asked for are part of the new TouchFLO 3D. Implementation requires an activated GPU, something that the Kaiser is lacking.
well not all seems to be a part of the GPU heavy TouchFLO 3d.. as usual, some of the UI elements of the new TouchFLO must be some sort of separate programs that is called by the main GUI/launcher.. evidences of those can be seen in some videos wherein shortcut icons (from settings applet and/or programs menu) can summon/launch some TouchFLO UI programs - independent of the main 3d TouchFLO app..
so most likely, we may be able to extract some parts of the UI (the more static ones)..
like the comm manager, settings, volume screen, programs menu (list), and maybe even the youtube applet.. which, all seems to just be a static standard/skinned program (non-3d and more like a point-UI approach), much like the HTC Camera Album (from the first Touch series)..
our main hurdle would be converting these apps from the obviously VGA native resolution to QVGA ones..

Manila 2.1 standard WM dialer

Hello,
I'm running topix 2.5 (however my guess will be that all roms with the new manila will have this problem). The problem is that I want to revert to the standard WM dialer so I can use PocketShield "better" again.
With the old manila it was no problem to turn on this dialer but now it does not show any information anymore. You can see that on the screen capture below. The lines are empty, but the links still work, so only the callers name is not shown. Do not mind the colors, I just applied a skin in the hope it works again.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

As for as I know, there would be NO WAY !!!
And I think this is not because of the New Manila but the Phone Canvas (Topaz, Rhodium).
Why would there be no way?
If it's the phone canvas as you suggest.. This is just a package right, so somehow it should be possible to remove this package...
Still hoping to find a fix in the near future...!

Yes, at least no way at the moment until this is to be done by HTC. This issue has been discussed many times in Miri's ROM Thread. Hopefully it will be fixed in near future

Manila 2.5 Problem

Ive got some manila 2.5 packages(ones with hero clock) but when using them, the clock is covered in the top left corner and the slider is missing. Could someone please tell me how to fix this problem, I think the problem is in initflashfiles.dat because the packages come with a text file that tells you to copy the text into the initflashfiles.dat. If I leave out the text from initflashfiles.dat, manila wont boot. I also heard of someone having this problem on a cooked rom after restoring a backed up registry, it was posted here.
Maybe a stupid hint, but looks like the magnifier. Maybe that's the problem.

Thanks i'll try that.
Disabling the magnifier didn't work, anyone got any other suggestions.
I was just wondering where to get those packages? I am also looking for them. Thanks.
Anyone else having this problem? Here's the text file that contains what im told to add to initflashfiles.dat.
Any chance you have manila weather set to auto update?
Try unchecking "Download Weather Automatically" and soft reset.
Thanks i'll give that a go
Edit: Didn't work
Looking forward to the new rom. Does anyon have a fix for this?
Were you able to solve this? Thanks.
No, still not fixed
The fix is quite easy (when you know it ).
You'll have to use the OperatorPkg from the Leo OEM.
Include it, cook and the problem is gone. Only copying the files HTCSMCust_480x800 and HTCSMCust_800x480 didn't help me.
You'll notice that you'll then get 3 Rows Start Menu, not 4.
I didn't have to use the OperatorPkg. It was one of the Leo OEMs but I am not sure which one.
Take this one (EXT Package).
Thanks I'll Try It.
Hi, you don't need the operatorpkg. I am using the original one from R3A and have no problem getting the full manila 2.5 working. The problem you have is from a missing pkg. I had the same issue and cooked some more pkgs from leo.
You can check the chefs develop & share center sticky thread for the lines you need in initfiles.dat or put in a manila folder's app.dat (Linky). The one you have is incomplete. Notice there are some extra spaces at various places in the file names so make sure you correct them before throwing them in. I didn't pay attention and just pasted w/o correction, and Manila was crippled, with some menus/settings not showing up.
I believe I cooked almost every pkg from leo (the leo ext pkg with manila build 1918), except like runcc, camera, connectionsetup, menu enhancement (not req'd), google maps, etc. Don't forget to recmod the modules. I recmod everything in leo pkg. Good luck.
Thanks, hopefully have it working soon

No, No, that was not the point I was talking about. The fix you mean is to get Manila 2.5 starting at all. I was refering to the issue that you have when using a non-3-row start menu. Then you won't get the AppLaunchers at the bottom of the Home Screen.
But good comment, though, to make this clear.
The lines posted in the X1 chef's thread need some fix. You need to remove some spaces to get it working properly. You'll soon notice if you take a closer look to you initflashfiles.dat after inserting.

HD2 / Leo Style Calendar Settings Tab

Its probably to early to tell but without creating a new rom and waiting for the hspl unlock is there a way of taking the HTC themed calender "setting" tab from the HD2 Leo and adding it into the Imagio. Other then that i think I'm happy with the Imagio, its only that last calendar settings that wasn't polished that bothers me.
I have been trying to get my hands on the files for Sense 2.5 (Manila 2.5), to see if I could overwrite Manila 2.1. If that is possible it could be possible to only use the files for the Calendar tabs or even what ever tabs you would want. I know that there are probably allot of dependences, so we will see. If anyone has these files please upload so people who choose can try them out and see what can be done.
I love the animations but I question whether this would ear too many resources on imagio.
will this work or doesnt the Imagio rom need to be unlocked first

[REQ] Someone with knowledge of manila file editing to create WVGA of Amarullz apps

Amaraullz has created some really good apps for manila 1921, but all in VGA. Background 4 all tabs, Picture mode wallpaper with weather disabled when picture mode active, Sense2.5Messaging by Amarullz which is really good, and more. See here for more details. We could really use some of these on our HD
