After trying many things to correct it I have concluded that:
1. My internal storage is corrupting every thing on it.
2. I can no longer install anything from the internal storage
3. I cant flash from the internal storage.
I have tried hard reset with clearing the internal nand, formatting the internal storage in windows, reflashing to 6 different roms including HTC original.
Any help anyone? getting desparate now.

I had the same problem until I formated it Fat32 in Windows.
I suppose you tried it already.
Regards
Yep, tried formatting to fat32, just tried mtty and task 29 and that did not work. now gonna try task 29, flash an old 1.9x rom, hard reset nand and then reflash to see if that works

Hi,
I accidentally formated the internal storage of my brother´s diamond while hard-reseting it (I help him flashing ROMs and didn´t know the option to format the internal as well..)
Is there a way to restore the lost data on the memory ? Does PC Inspector reconize the Diamond´s internal storage ?
thx in advance for a reply
Martin
Try these http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk and http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec.
The reason I recommend this, is because I have successfully recovered images from a formatted camera SD Card, and the Diamond 4GB Storage acts like a USB Flashdrive.
thanks, but it didn´t work. Though I acted as described in the Wiki I got nothing...
Hi all,
I was on my O2X installing Nova HD 1.0.3 ROM for the third time, to test some different configuration, and I set the swap memory to 256 MB, when I finished flashing the ROM my internal memory had disappeared, it shows mnt\emmc as empty and with 0 Bytes, in CMW when I try to mount \emmc it gives an error "can't mount \emmc. Then I tried reinstall the ROM without swap memory, no success, tried restore backup, again no success, still without internal storage, as a last hope I tried to connect the phone to PC and format internal memory with Partition Wizard, but it don't recognizes de internal memory. Windows recognizes it, but with no information, and when I try to access or format, it gives an error saying to inser a disk at that unit.
I would be very thankful if anyone could help me.
Sorry by bad English.
EDIT: Sorry, but I found the solution right after start this thread. After has tried all the above I tried the simple: I just went to phone settings and selected the option Erase SD Card, just after erased, the memory reappeared.
My Note is absolutely stock, never been rooted, but had an over the air update to LQ2. I’m using a Lexar Class 10 32Mb sd card.
Since the update I have found that uninstalling an app takes several minutes to complete, although installing them is fine. Also, in Settings > Storage I get Calculating… but it doesn’t give the result. However, without the sd card all is normal, including an almost instant uninstall. I’ve tried a different sd card with the same result.
I’ve copied all my USB Storage files to the PC and would like to reformat it and copy them back, but am worried that a reformat might be affected by the Emmc bug.
Or if anyone can come up with another solution……..

You are wanting for format your Class 10 32Gb EXTERNAL SD Card?
If so then you can just connect to Windows with a USB Drive reader or connect via the SD slot in your PC and perform a format of the card.. It does not involve using the phone..
No, it's the 11.07Gb internal partion that I was going to format, as I think it might be corrupted. But before doing so I want to be sure that there's no possibility of it being affected by the Emmc bug.

Ok in this case my suggested steps would be as usual;
- Backup your data
- Flash GB ROM via PC Odin
- Do your Wipes / Formats
- Update to / Reflash the Stock ICS you're using now
- Copy your data back over..
However, be careful with copying app data etc as this may also be corrupted
So I bricked my phone and ended up having to FXZ to the OTA JB update. Once I did I found that the internal memory just isnt there. There is still 4GB for the apps but no storage and backup will not work because it can not find internal storage. It also will not show up on my computer like normal. How do I get it to show back up?
thecodydavis was able to format his internal storage, after so many reboots, the phone ask him to reformat the storage space. And I believe reformat it will lose all the data in the storage, but you will have internal storage back.

I have the same problem except I need to recover the data. I am still trying to make an image of /dev/block/mmcblk1p26 (storage memory block) and hopefully data recovery tool works on the image.
Thanks! Pretty much what happened! Problem solved!
-SOLVED BY USING ODIN, AND FLASHING A STOCK ROM-
Samsung GT-S5830
So i installed some custom GB rom a long time ago on my friends phone.
Now he gave it back to me because nothing was working anymore.
The problem is when i try to open the file manager in the phone it says there is no internal sdcard, furthermore in the settings at partition settings it shows me:
/system 183mb/ 206mb
/data 65mb/178 mb
/cache 4mb/ 25mb
/sdcard (FAT) 0.00B / 0.00B
/ext-sdcard (EXT) unavailable (not 1 in the phone)
As you can see, the phone acts like it has no internal storage at all wich make it impossible to put anything on the phone.
I have tried using ODIN to flash a factory default rom, but my computer does not recoqnize the device when i put it in download mode. so that does not work.
I however installed the lastest TWRP, to try making my own partitions in there but that also did not work.
after that i downloaded cm11, put it on a external sd card and flashed the rom.
this all worked fine, but still NO INTERNAL SDCARD.
I am guessing that my friend has been screwing with some files or whatever.
Anyone got any tips?

Why your sdcard have FAT format instead of FAT32?
Try to backup it using a PC and then format it in FAT32, but forget ext partitions for the moment

Sir, it is impossible to format an INTERNAL sd card just simply by connecting it to a pc. You are talking about external sd cards here. (that's just part of the memory the phone internal has, there is no physical sd card here).
Anyway, i fixed the problem by flashing stock rom in odin wich has reformarted, and partitioned, it correctly.
