Need the Kaiser Program for my tilt

Can anyone send me the file or show me where to go to download the kaiser program. Saw it today on a friends phone and want it but have no clue where and how to get it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds to me your best bet is to flash your Tilt with a Kaiser ROM or cooked custom ROM. It also sounds like you have a lot of reading to do so that you know what you are getting into.

Because if you dont, your kaiser will magically turn into a 400$

The cube and that home screen (in the picture) are two very different things. Aside from being separate programs, there's this:
The HTC Home Plugin (that picture) is a fully working program that you can pretty much install on any device without trouble. It is very useful and generally has no bugs.
The Cube, or TouchFLO, etc, is kind of working on various devices, but is often buggy, and even when fully working isn't that useful. I had it and got rid of it, because with as much as it does, most of that wasn't useful to me.

I would also recommend HTC Album, among others. You will need to do a lot of reading to really get an idea of what is good and what doesn't, but for everything on that page, you should be safe enough just installing stuff and seeing what you like. Be aware that a lot of it isn't so useful (but is there for people who want it for whatever reason). If you don't know what one of those programs is, try searching for the name and seeing what comes up. If you install all those programs, you may very likely slow your device down to the point where you'd rather not have all of it. If you do that, a hard reset followed by re-installation of the good programs is best, as you may not be able to fully uninstall everything easily. Just so you know.
In the end, do lots of reading. Searching for those programs' names for more info is a great starting point, as i said.

hello, all, first post im glad to be part of xda,
i got a problem, my screen cracked cant see anything pretty much useless, it still receives calls and i can make calls by using the qwerty, is there a programs like motorola phone tools that lets you acces your phone with my comp, i use it for internet sharing and dang i internet less and broke to fix and or replace, please help.

Connect usb and make sure active sync is running...just install on ur desktop and will auto-run on ur mobile

Just installed mymobiler under Vista and it is a newer version than i run once...

when going with mosucourser out of right/left monitorside - the courser appears on ppc screen and you can use it there...
Now i need a gadet for sidebar out of it...

newest version as well, but im running windows XP and i do not have the mouse cursor showing up on my phone... do u think that has to do with it being XP or what?
never mind, right click program in the task menu brought up a memnu i didn't know was there answer found...

INTERNET EXPLORER SUCKS! Only loads about half the time?!?

Half the time I try to use IE it simply doesn't load ANY website. It goes to 0KB, the status bar flashes, and it displays a blank page.
SOOOOOOOOOO ANNOYING! WHAT is the problem!??!

How about you disconnect from your data connection and let PIE open the connection as it comes up.

Try Opera, you'll forget about IE wihtin 1 second (maybe less )

Opera 9.5 is the best thing that ever happen to WinMo IMO. Still at beta stage but it's got my vote. I find myself browsing the web on my Phone most of the time than my computer, as a matter of fact...I'm writing this post on my Tilt using Opera

Why would anyone waste time with internet explorer...

Because it provides me with the html content that I require. I don't have any problem with IE..
I used to own a 286 and used it for years.

redsrule, I have this same issue on my AT&T network, and rom.
This issue with Pocket IE would not fix even after a disconnect/re-connect!
Now when this happens (thanks to someone on these forums) I activate "Airplane Mode" and then turn it off, and my next data connection works fine. It sure beats soft-reseting every time!
However as many have stated, Pocket IE...well...sucks. You might want to give Opera Mini 4.1 (Free), Opera Mobile 9.5 (Beta), NetFront Browser (Beta), or Skyfire (hard to get in Beta) a try. All of these browsers are infinitely better than PIE.
In any case - if you haven't found your own fix, give the airplane mode on/off a try.

i use internet explorer for craiglist =) and mobile yahoo mail =) since i get annoyed when using the messanging mail thingy since at time it says i have wrong pw or user id and i type everything in slowly and still says its wrong... samethign with my 8252... but i use opera mini for real web browsing... and i just think opera mobile sux and is annoying =\ so i uninstalled it... skyfire sucks too..so wut if u can watch videos from youtube and veoh and myspace. the video quality sucks and it skips at times.... GO VTAP! =) skyfire soo slow. its annoying.. but always sumthing nice to have.

I would just like a browser that displays web pages correctly. I find IE often displays only sections of a page with no ability to scroll across or some images are seperated or not displayed properly. Not sure if I'm making sense. Hopefully you get the idea.
I had a go on the iPhone browser and if I could get just some of its functionality, particularily is ability to zoom in and out on pages, I would be happy.

Get OPERA MINI!
It's the exact same thing, but better!!
To the poster above, I only use Opera Mini except in rare circumstances. This was one of those times, and it wouldn't load like usual! So yeah, but I found out disconnecting/reconnecting from 3G works ok as a quick fix. Thanks

Happy w/ my Throttle

I'm posting this just to say how much I enojoy using throttle over the default HTC homeplug, if you haven't made the switch you should consider doing so now! the touchflo works great, flash can be tricky but is beautiful, and it runs just as fast (sometimes faster) as my homeplug did! I know there aren't many themes for this yet but I don't see myself getting away from this clean black. Having multiple slides available for calendar/photos/apps and more makes life easier! Here are a some shots of my default yet clean and enjoyable set up. Please post your custom throttle pics if you have them!

Tried it. Didnt like the lack of an actual today screen for my plugins. I use IM+ regularly and not being able to see a new message displayed kinda sucked. The ONLY way i was able to even see the plugin was to disable the calender function and enable the plugin in its screen. Even then, it doesnt autoupdate to show a new message. Sigh

you can manually add plugins to any page within throttle and..for the home page you just add the line for the plugin in the xml...its very simple..i did it for voip byut yah the auto update does kinda suck..i just hit the hw start button..it updates the page/plugins

it's sloooow...
and still feels like an addon...

Ahhhh.....can i just download and install it over any ROM's i'm using now? Or has it got to be cooked in with the ROM?

You can but L26's last B5 is SICK SICK SICK! I highly recommend it!

The TL is not that slow, you just need the good parameters (like using "paged" movements to naviguate through the different tabs / pages). Otherwise the other ways to naviguate are indeed slow (kinetik, wheel of fortune etc).
That's really a nice and useful plugin. Highly customizable and like it has been said, you can add Today Plugins in the TL, so you can virtually have lot's of them because you can have as many "tabs" has you want.
The TL in Laurentius26 TL B5 indeed highly rocks hehe.

I don't get it, this is faster than anything i've used before, maybe i've been using the wrong roms, but I doubt it. The only issue I have is the same with all my other roms, to use skyfire or opera!

I've never flashed or cooked my ROM before, if it consists of that, and I would rather not. This seems really nice, and since I can not get the HHC program to cusomize my Home screen now, this may be something to try.

Flashing is not hard, it just needs care.
Here is the main Wiki of the Kaiser.
To know how to flash a ROM, please read everything here. The first time you flash, it's taking time cause you are new to that game and you need to install first a soft called "hardSPL". Then you'll be able to flash (install) a ROM. If you flash this one (L26 v10 Beta6), you'll have the ThrottleLauncher pre-installed .
If you don't want to flash a ROM, you still have the posibility to install the ThrottleLaucher by yourself following this post.

I love calendar, mostly for the swiping to next or previous month, i've got alot of **** in my calendar and it helps to not have to 'leave' the home page to open calendar to see when i've got upcomming appointments.

As far as flashing a new rom I suggest you read the wiki on rom flashing how to's.

It's fool proof if you READ everything! And by using a stock rom that came with the phone you are missing out on alot of Kaiser's features that you paid good money for!

Skyfire Beta is sweet

Just downloaded the Skyfire Beta, version 0.610.4721, on my tilt and it rocks. WAY faster than opera or ie or anything else. Just wanted to throw that out there. Youtube works great and flash works as well. You need to sign up for the beta 2 asap if you want super fast internet. well done skyfire. Can't wait to see it on the Touch HD when it comes out, any idea when they'll announce a 3g version that works in the US?

How long ago did you sign up for beta 2?

If you use certain codes like phelps8 you can get your beta code instantly.

i have symbian phone.......i dont think this cab is suitable....
and except of the softwre itself i need to make my password-and the link to do this in the email doesnt work too...

I downloaded it last night and had it working. But this morning no love... It says I do not have a connection & that I may be in flight mode. Anyone else have this issue?

I love Skyfire, I have no need for PIE or Opera, they are all garbage. Although sometimes I do find that Skyfire is picky with the signal. I will get an error if I am not in an area with good cell reception. Even in a 3g area, if i have only 1-2 bars, it will not connect. But if I am full on edge/3g it will connect.
But it really is an amazing browser, the screen size on the Touch HD will suit it nicely.

Start|Settings|Connections|Connections|Advanced|Se lect Networks|MEdia Net|Edit|Proxy Settings| ->uncheck the "This network uses a proxy server .....
if that doesnt work reinstall the cab

Yes, I went to te skyfire forums & learned this, this morning. I hope the guy who in bold face wrote 'We know already' was not slamming your post, as it was addressing my question.

I did and it loaded but now its asking for my email address and its password..... Not.
I went to SF's web site and do not want to give my phone number to register. Is there a work around?

You can't run it unless you register on their website for beta; use Phelps08 as beta key (capital P, small p doesn't work), that way you get your skyfire account setup.
I've played around with skyfire for a bit, it's sooo much better than opera 9.5, it's just in a different league. Only gripe is I can't set it up to work with Manilla 2d as the default browser. Anybody managed to do this?

Like I said before I'm uncomfortable giving info out on the net to anyone. There is no reason Skyfire needs this other than collecting marketing information. I mean come on.... Its a beta program.
Note:
Skyfire's privacy policy reveals some interesting things. Most notably that they claim to have access to all the sites that you visit using their browser. With that description, Skyfire might be closer to Deepfish, functioning more like a web preprocessor/cache, than a full browser.
