i installed everything according to the tutorial and everything that ivolves calling works just fine...but my internet stuff won´t work, doesn´t matter if i put all the data in manually or let them send my settings to me, it just doesn´t work!
I´ve got a dutch Xperia and my provider is Vodafone NL
Not sure what the problem is, but you can better reinstall the ROM again

As in, reinstall the custom ROM or the original....cause i didn't know you could back-up your original rom before it was to late -_-'
try installing connection setup cab from itje's ROM threads and soft reset. its there as add ons

I'm currently using Alex's UltraClean AT&T Multimedia ROM and I went to go download the ArcSoft MMS from Dutty's CAB collection. Installed it and then soft-reset but I can't find the MMS features! I've tried searching the forum but didn't come up with anything. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

i was having the same problem after this install..but i made a hard reset and sorted out....try it.. but be sure u make back up for cotacts...on pc not in phone..goodluck

Isn't hard reset used to clear all the data besides the ROM ones and get the phone to the state like after flashing the ROM into it? If so, the MMS composer would have been deleted after that...
Or i'm just yapping here and it really works but this will be cruel as I have everything else installed and configured the way I like (using UltraClean ROM from ALEX)...

OK so as I told, hard reset wipes everything out, even with mms package, DON'T do hard reset!

I just bought new Diamond already HardSPL-Olinex 1.40. Unfortunately, it keeps restarting especially when I turn on the Wifi or send/receive the SMS. I already bought new battery and update new official ROM from HTC but it doesn't work.

The most obvious question is have you done a hard-reset? Did you hard-reset immediately after installing the ROM? If not, that's probably the issue

I am quite sure after installing ROM, I did hard-reset. I even do soft-reset after that. However it still not work.

i got oner htc hd i hard spl it and the upgrade it to windows 6.5 all was working fine but it hangs a lot the i flashed it with windows 6.1 rom then the problem came was that all is working fine but i am unable to turn phone on to acess network on phone then i updated it ti the same rom i firstly used the problem was same then i update its radio then also problem was not solved then i update it other 6.5 rom but the problem is same phone doesnt turn on so that i cant acess network plz help me its very urgent for me
Are you sure the hspl update was successful? What spl version is currently showing on your device?

Perhaps you could give a bit more information about your issue. Interesting would be:
do you get the window to enter your pin?
and do you get any error message?

i dont get any error and it is also not asking for any pin
its hspl is 1.56 olinex
Ok, so you have the right spl, so that is not the problem. To understand you, you say that you can not activate the phone? Does the phone stay in flight mode? If you go to Settings (Manila tab)\Wireless Controls and turn the Phone slider on, does it turn itself off again?
You can try to run the setup again. Go to Start\Settings (All Settings)\Connections\Connection Setup and make sure your Country and Operator are correct and press Ok to setup.

am unable to turn the phone on rest all settings of country operator also ok
Is your device perhaps not SIM locked? What rom did you have originally? Have you tried to reflash to that original version and see if the problem is resolved.
When you first flashed to the 6.5 rom did the phone work then? I know you say you had lots of freezes, but before that did the phone work on the 6.5 rom?

yes i flashed back to 6.1 but phone is not provide locked its phone is not turning on and i have cheked that all sims were working fine

Thanks I saw that you did try a 6.1 rom, but I was asking if you tried the initial original 6.1 rom. You may have tried another 6.1 rom but not the original rom that was on the phone before you started flashing.
To my other questions then, did the phone initially work when you first flashed to the 6.5 rom? If after all of this and it was initially working on the 6.5 rom, you may have a hardware problem and may need to flash back to the original rom and take it back to HTC for a service.

yes the phone was working fine when i firstly flashed to 6.5 rom and its not hardware how can i know which was original rom now at this condition???

You can try going to the HTC website for your county and look to see if there is a rom upgrade available. If so you can enter your Serial Number to see if you can access it for download. Alternatively you can look for a stock rom here Try and find a friend near you with the HD and check their version.
Same problem here .....my wifi cant connect to anything..when im tryin to turn it on nothings happen and cant acces to web browsing..nothing works...i have flahed 4 roms till now and all the rom had the same problem...i ve flashed miris rom NRG rom Dutty rom and maryone....i dont know what to do....till before a week worked like a charm...but now it is still dead....
If your wi-fi was working and then on the same rom has suddenly stopped working that probably sounds like a hardware issue. You may need to flash back to rom and return the device for a service.
are you serious??cause in my country i leave in greece salonica..and the htc center is in athens and must send the device there and they told me to wait about one month or two to get it back....no way...!!!!but it is very strange...when i had miris rom it worked like a charm..after trying to flash a new rom to nrg then wifi stopped workin...tryed to flash another rom like duttys and maryone and still the same....why am i so unlucky???is there any solution???maybe is that any problem with rom?or misiing some file?

You can always try going back to the miri rom you were using, or to the original rom that was on the phone. If wi-fi still does not work then it sounds like it is a hardware issue and there is no other way around it that I can see but to take it in for a service, unless you think you can replace the part yourself. Is there no cell phone repair services in your location, although you may need to pay to have it repaired then as it will not be under HTC warranty then if you are prepared to take that chance. Sometimes these parts just break, it doesn't happen all the time, but hey even multi-million $ F1 cars break down.

SO...FOR MANY HOURS TO FIND SOMETHING I MADE IT...THE SOLUTION IS UNDER START SETTINGS CONNECTION ADVANCED NETWORK AND THEN I JUST ENABLE FROM HSDPA/HSUPA TO ONLY HSDPA AND NOW ITS WORKING...
AS I THOUGHT THIS SETTINGS DEPENDS OF WHAT MODEM ROUTER YOU HAVE...JUST WORKING FINE NOW.....
SO EVEN MULTI MILLION F1 CAN BE FIXED UP......if you are rich and got the money...hahahaha

I have a Tmobile MDA Vario 3 and the following problem:
I used my phone normally every day, and one day no ringtones are working... I can hear them choose one of the sounds, but no sound if somebody rings me...
what can it be? I dont wanna make a hardreset, because many programs on it and i dont wanna lose them...
I did a hardreset and used before sprite backup, i tested the ringtone and IT WORKS, now i put back my backup and no ringtones working now again, how can i find the mistake in the system? Can i look into the registry like normal windows too?
in another forum i saw someone means it can be the divx player, i deinstalled it, but nothings better...
I NEED HELP... what can i do?

I am on an original tmobile rom, and i i have to reset i wanna change to another rom like windows mobile 6.5, i have to change rom to a htc rom 6.1 and then i have to go to 6.5 right? i wanna put away tmobile settings on hardreset!
Well if you hard reset it will put the oem rom on it. Then you follow the instructions to be able to flash roms on it. Until you flash a rom on it, every time you hard reset it the factory rom will install.

I wanna flash the rom to HTC WM 6.1 original, and after this i wanna install 6.5 is this the right way??

No need for interim flashes after hard-spl you can flash a 6.5 make sure you read about Radio update
Maybe you have installed some softwares. let check recent installed softs and uninstall them, then restart. No need to use other rom if you like it
If it still does not work, do hard-reset.

I have been using Manila Rom's for a while now and i never had any problem with updating weather etc. But then I flashed an X2 Rom, and then went back to a manila Rom and now weahter won't update anymore... Weather for other city's will update but "my location" won't. I cannot understand why because it worked perfectly before. I tried various Rom's but the problem remained and then I tired task29 to wipe my device but still no luck!
Now I can only get my weather to update using Settings->Miscelaneous settings->AutoData Config and then it works but the problem is that not all manila Rom's have this option, and none of the non-manila Rom's have it so the amount of Rom's I can use is limited.
Does anyone know a solution that will keep working eventhough I flash diffrent Rom's?? It would be greatly appreciated!!
Ok so now i want to try flashing the stock dutch Rom for Xperia to see if that will help. But the dutch Rom won't flash.. It is an .image file instead of a .nbh file. Any answers for this??

Ok so I flashed a stock Rom, hoping that it would somehow revert whatever is causing 'my locations' not to update but it still doesn't work
I am going crazy over here and I have no ideas left
