I need help getting the androids on state boards bootloader reinstalled. I am trying to get to fastboot to do a nandroid restore. I can only get E:No signature with any flash. I did a factory reset and my boot splash is still on the phone. Any suggestions to get the boot loader back on the phone ?

Factory reset from hboot is bad...
Flash twrp recovery... Boot to recovery... Mount via USB... Windows will format... Then reflash your ROM...
If it still bootloops... Flash boot.img via fastboot... If it still bootloops... Erase cache via fastboot

I recently flashed the 4.4 GPe rom without knowing that I had to be s-off and now I'm stuck in boot loop, I can enter hboot but I can't boot my recovery (CWM) whenever I try I get the entering recovery screen for a second, then the phone restarts and continues it's boot loop cycle. I've tried to re-flash a recovery and I've also tried fastboot erase cache but it's still not booting recovery. This is my first android phone and I'm pretty scared that I ruined the phone, how do I get out of boot loop? Please help . (I have s-on and it's hboot 1.54)
I tried to install a rom but it kept booting to the rom then restarting and looping.
So i tried to change to .651 to fix it.
I'm not really sure what I'm doing and shouldn't have done this til I researched more but now I can only boot to the bootloader (the thing with flashboot and hboot) and I relocked it for some stupid reason and now it says tampered relocked security warning. I can't get into recovery to do anything. I just want the phone back to stock. Am I bricked? Please help as soon as possible.

You need to unlock again, and flash SuperSU after you flash the ROM zip.
I have an HTC One m7 sprint and recently I encountered something usual in the sense that, my battery run out and I placed it on charge while the phone is off. After awhile I try to boot up the device but it takes forever to boot up. I have installed a cm-13 rom on the device which was very stable. I have twrp 3.1.1 installed on the device. my device is S-OFF and bootloader unlocked. For 3 days now I haven't been able to boot up the device to ROM because its always stuck at the cyanogen logo. Whenever i try to boot to recovery, the twrp logo comes and it takes forever to boot into the recovery menu. To be precise, 10-20 mins to boot to recovery menu. Now what buffles me the most is that, I can't format my data because anytime it starts to formatting process starts I get 2 kinds of red line errors:
E: failed to write /dev/block/mmcblk0p19: I/O error
Error opening: '/cache/recovery/ .version' (Read-only file system)
I haven't been able to Restore my backup because of the error above,
I haven't able to copy files to the internal storage
I haven't been able do anythings significant at the recovery
I can't install new ROM
here are some steps I have taken so far to help fix the problem but to no avail
I have flashed older versions of the custom recovery through fastboot but whenever I boot to the Recovery I still see the twrp 3.1.1 i flashed before the problem happened. Even though my command.exe tells me that the flash was successful but it doesn't overwrite the twrp 3.1.1
I have fastboot erased cache but nothing happened
I have tried to return the device to stock by RUU method but whenever I fastboot oem rebootRUU, the device powers off, reboots to white HTC logo attempts to boot phone instead of going into RUU mode.
I have a hunch that somewhat my internal storage is corrupted and is probably causing these problems but I don't know how to go round it.
Any help will be gratefully appreciated.
My dad dropped and cracked his Note 4. I need to boot it up to get the data off it.
For some reason it wont boot to recovery, it gives me the blue text but it just boot loops after. I cannot get it to boot to the OS either.
I can get to download mode, i already tried flashing the firmware through odin. After doing so, it goes to recovery to install the system update, but then freezes 1/4th the way through and boot loops again.
I cant flash a custom recovery because the FRP lock stops me.
The only thing i have access to without a problem is Download mode. Can anyone please help me get this thing booted so i can recover the data?
Thank you!
