Could someone please post an Outlook Express or Outlook Cab? I have gone searching through page after page finding nothing in cab or software pertaining to this. I have on my desktop Outlook Express and would like to have it sync to my pocket pc. I have windows version xp on my desktop and Window 6.1 on my mobile phone. I would like to just find the outlook cab and download it. Anyone with information on this or if you could even send me the outlook cab I would be grateful. Thank you so much.

Hi guys!
I need yous help or comments here.
I have PPC WM6, Outlook 2003.
I have downloaded a .pst file for a sports tournament here in South Africa.
I have imported it to my Outlook calendar, and the appointments appear on my PC, but does not sync to my PPC.
I saw something about a PPC not being able to sync personal files etc.
I wanna know, is there an easy way to get the PPC to sync the Appointments to my PPC. I saw some software and stuff, but not sure if there is a easy way to do it?
Can someone help here??
Thanks guys!
I have included a Screenie of how my setup looks! Thanks!
in my original rom i had a email software, so i didn't have to use windows live trough internet explorer. does somebody have the htc emaill cab?
do you mean outlook express for the pocket pc?
I think they mean Windows Live for Mobile.
I was just wondering if there was a contact manager out there you could set up on your computer and edit to sync with your WM device? I had helio for awhile and they had a program set up to where you could change everything from the numbers to the pic's displayed from your PC and it updated it all on your phone. Any help?
Microsoft Outlook + ActiveSync
It is the same for all windows mobile devices pretty much, so i would recommend you try any of the ones already available. I promise you if you search you'll find plenty of them.
My personal recommendation is that you sign up @ mail2web, and setup a free exchange server for yourself. It will sync to the web outlook interface.
I'm gonna close this thread, as it really isn't device specific.
Hi. I have the AT&T Tilt with win mobile 6.1, my home computer is an XP based OS. I have on my home computer Outlook Express and have three email accounts witch works great for me. I have searched all over for an outlook CAB for my phone for them both to sync. I would be grateful if someone would respond with a CAB file or a link where I could download what i need. Thanks so much in advance
Typically when you get one of the Window based ppc's it comes with a version of Microsoft Outlook as outlook express is not supported by activesync. you will need to find some other software to sync with outlook exspress you may want to try syncdata
http://www.syncdata.it/
Every phone and PDA I've recieved came with Outlook on cd.
My AT&T Tilt CD and Pocket PC
I have not been able to find outlook on the CD or on my Pocket PC (TILT). I would like for you to find the program on my CD or TILT phone. It's not there... That is why I am looking for the outlook cab. Which I am not able to find either. I did however download the Syncdata. Which did help, and I want to thank you for pointing me in the right direction. But is there an outlook CAB file out there? And please don't tell me it is on my CD which it is not. And it certainly did not come on my TILT preinstalled.
are you sure you didn't find it? it should be poutlook.exe I think there is a repository of original programs (word, excel, notes, etc) in someone's signature. Outlook should be included in there.
Another thing:

I've just upgraded to Windows 7, from XP on my PC. The one thing I cannot get used to is the lack of Outlook Express.
I have Outlook 2007 and I've successfully imported all my XP messages and contacts etc. The thing I don't like about Outlook is that all images have to be opened as a separate file.
I've also tried to use Thunderbird but so far I've been unable to import my messages from Outlook (or Outlook Express from XP) it just hangs during the import.
Does anyone know of a way to make Outlook able to view images directly from the message rather than opening them individually?
you can also try out windows live mail
from the live essentials packet
try office 2010

Click to collapse
Take backup of outlook data and use portable outlook... or just install outlook 07/10 and add old outlook data file in it.
Bouncypete,
Outlook Express was discontinued after Windows XP. Microsoft offers Windows Live Mail as a free mail client that will allow you import your previous email files and access them. For additional information, please go here: http://bit.ly/2P76y
Also, should you require additional assistance and feedback, Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 Support Forum located here http://tinyurl.com/9fhdl5 . It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams.

Thanks to everyone who has replied to this and sorry I was unable to respond sooner.
I've now managed to import my old emails into Windows Live Mail. For some reason it took a couple of attemps but I've finally got it sorted.
