Ok this is the first relase
i've created a zip, inside you'll find
- all the original cabs to install plugins
- my cab
-some extras like wallpapers, taskbar skins, and the Japs fonts...i left everything separate so it's your choice
as you can see in the last screen i've made 2 more listback pngs you'll find in extra folder...
same as fonts...if you like just overwrite in \windows dir and restart/reboot

i vote no. make it a seperate cab install. (mostly cause i have my own personalized taskbar)

It is made for QVGA 240x320, but I will be making VGA versions later on.
By default the buttons are laid out so:

Just edit the skin.xml to change the programs and paths. In order for it to work right you must remove the softkey bar from the bottom of your screen.

Copy the the skin folder to Program Files > rlToday
Copy the Font to Windows > Fonts
Activate the rlToday plugin
Apply bg.png as your today screen background
Hold down on the today screen and click options
Choose the skin you downloaded as your skin
If everything was done right you should have it working.

Nice..but if you say this skin is created for QVGA users it would be better if you use HTC Touch which is QVGA device..since Diamond is VGA

I added it to my main post. I simply found a high res render of the diamond from google images. Then I edited it to my liking. Enjoy!

Looks were my main thing I was going for, these were just skins for my personal phone and I decided to share them. I usually try to make one everyday I am off from work (which is very few days if that). I prefer minimalism over functionality, but I am working on tabbed versions that have app, weather, and calender pages. I look at my phone hundreds of times a day and I wanted something that was nice on the eyes.

Open skin.xml in notepad and edit the Y position of the clock. You would have to use another background otherwise you would have an empty black bar through the screen.

Compare to htc home you are right but we are talking about completely different UI experiences.
You must compare with mobile shell, manilla 2D etc.. and as far as i know the drain is similar.
I have a 64mb device and runing this theme i have always 15mb free that for me is sufficient

Yes, you must copy the retroclock skin file to the retroclock directory. Then go to setting>personal>today and go to the items tab go down the list of your today screen plug-ins till you find retroclock hi-light retroclock and click the options button. Then select the Zimaia62_RetroClock in the "Display this clock"
dropdown and your done.

Well, i'm not going to work on a landscape theme but because i know that some of you use in fact landscape (I don't ) i have included some landscape wallpapers that you can use to play around.
One think that makes WAD2 a must have application for a lot of people is the ability of made skins easily so you have all you need to made a lanscape theme, wallpapers and icons (the same one's in portrait)

Well WQVGA it's on my todo list with other resolutions too (VGA and WVGA)
It is not a big change because only the wallpapers are going to change to fit 240x400 but i can't do it today. Because i'm finishing VGA.
Can you wait a little more please?

The difference is just about style of the icons and theme in general.
Not going to made landscape version but you have landscape wallpapers of the theme
Yes you can mix the themes because in wad2 portrait and landscape are separate themes

unfortunately i do not have to muth time to do it and for your resolution it is not only the resize of wallpapers because it will be a lot of space free, so i'm working on new ideas to fill that space (240x80)
But don't worry i will post it soon, very soon.
btw, with all respect for ifonz but wad2 does not have nothing to do with ifonz, at all levels. wad2 it's an other legue. Sorry ifonz developers!!!

i dont know other version... where can i download it?
you can try install qvga it might work: there are 3 kinds of graphic files in htc task manager - *16.png *32.png *64.png (meaning image size 16x16/32x32/64x64) - i colored only *64.png for wvga and *32.png for qvga but *32.png files also exist in wvga version so maybe your task manager uses *32.png files.

What I'm trying to point out is that there are two options in the settings the show "small list" and "large list." Your cab only supports the large list not the small list.
Works excellent on HD2.. good release..

v2 version is graphic files only it should work on any device, v2.3 includes also registry but its comm manager related & my rom is from leo so i think it will also work.

ABOUT
This is a skin for Titanium, the default WM 6.5 interface. It is inspired off the recent GTX Sense theme. Currently this skin is under development. I have completed the VGA resolution and it is available for download below, however, other resolutions are not completed yet. I will be converting to the other resolutions to support (S)(Q)(W)VGA!
But, I have been toying with the idea of changing the icons. Currently the skin uses the metro icons that have been posted here are these forums. I am thinking of using the token icon set which i have modified to suit the skin better.
Below is a preview of the modified icons:
INSTRUCTIONS
Goto Settings -> Personal -> Home -> Items and un-check "Windows Default"
Install GTX Titanium.cab
Go back to Settings -> Personal -> Home -> Items and re-check "Windows Default"
If you need to un-install follow the same steps as above but install the Original Titanium.cab instead.

Install SDKcerts
Attached Cab
SDKcerts is required - sorry i forgot to mention that. Most of the rom's that i use have that pre-installed so i always forget about it. I added it to the first post so people know. Also, i will be posting an original titanium skin .cab to remove my skin as well as update my .cab. It will not change version but the new .cab wont add itself to the uninstall programs list as you can't really uninstall it that way.

the token icons are imho the best icons (i am using them on my eeepc too ^^)

The one from the screenshots is GFX by gfandrea. Just search GFX on the forums and you will find it. If you goto the gtx sense 2.5 continuation thread you will also find the official WM theme there. Both have their upsides and downsides. I prefer GFX however as it looks better with titanium whereas the official gtx theme looks better with sense.

hmm...i am not sure what would cause that. especially if sdkcerts is installed and fixed it for others. what are ur specs? also the .cab simply copies 3 files into the windows folder...one .dll and two .cpr files.

I am having the same issue. Using the newest SwinnRon. Even with SDK Certs installed, it says I can't install is since it is not digitally signed.
Is it possible to post the files and we can copy/paste them?

The Theme contains GTX Icons inspired/taken directly/modified from fjompa and Bakuryu91(where credits go) and many more custom icons created by my own.

Installation
1) Extract the contents from .zip archive to your IphoneToday folder.
2) Restart IphoneToday
To disable Taskbar and/or Startbar(Softkey bar for 6.5.1) , do not use IphoneToday as your homescreen plugin, use the .EXE file instead.
* For Taskbak: Go into IphoneToday's options, enable "Fullscreen" under "General" Tab
* The .EXE version will disable the StartBar by defauilt.

- A dark theme with dark iconset, in the mean time, check this post!
- Weather Iconset for iPTWeather by michoob
- Fine tuning the icons to make them look better.
- More dark colored "Dock" icons, or a complete swap as said in the first To-Do.

Thanks guys, I love the original GTX theme but Sense 2.5 does not run very well on my Xperia X1.
I then came across IphoneToday and gave it ago, it works great for its simplicity and usability, very lightweight too but looks too "Iphonish" for me, so I start making this theme for my own use, and finally decided to complete it and share it to the rest of the world.

As luck would have it, I just found out the registry hack to get the iphonetoday plugin to show correctly yesterday and decided to look for a 'token'-ish theme before starting on one myself.
I too love GTX and I too have some trouble lauching Sense 2.5, and was looking into iphonetoday as a launcher for TF3D (with TFDetacher)!

This theme should work on VGA resolution(width 480), maybe with some tweaking, but I am not sure because I don't have a VGA device to test it.

For icon switch I used for "on" the negative image of "off" as you notice for btsync and bt icons

Yes, as said in my "To-Do List", I plan to make a dark set of icons but I don't wanna direct invert(negative) them because I want the lighter shade to be on top, which means I will have to manually edit every icons for the best result. I don't have time for that yet, hopefully I will have time soon.
In the meantime, you may try these:

*I have included the icon.xml that uses light dock icons, DO NOT use it if you want to have the dark dock icons, or you wanna keep you current icons setting, manually edit each dock icons instead, each of them have a light copy in the "icons" folder. The dark wallpaper in my screenshots is included in the .zip file as well.
