Lost track on latest ROM's... - Wing, P4350 Herald Upgrading

I've read over and over the thread "[UPDATED] >> !! - ALL Important LINKS - !! < > !! Noobs and ALL read carefully !! << " and I realized there are a lot of broken or missing links to DL the ROM's, as well as broken images... I've been away for a while and I lost track on the latest releases of cooked ROM's and now I'm stucked with the ugly original one...
I would appreciate if someone can post the download links to the latest ROM's... (the ones I found on that thread are from sept 08 and older, and the newest ones dont have a DL link... =/ )
Thx!

Ivan is the only cook that works on new Roms for the Herald with great success. Remember that the Micro Versions can only be flashes through sd method.
But the release date isn´t that important. I use the latest Aserg Rom (release February 2008) and there are many other "old" Roms that work great.

Where's a MOD, We need a sticky to post links to latest ROMs

Wouldn't it be nice not to have to search through a couple of pages to see if summiter updated his rom or if there is a new qtek, k-jam, cws or tmo rom? All custom versions could be posted, but only the latest version.
If we had a sticky at the top it would be simple, when a new rom is released, you copy and past the last thread, replace the changed item and repost. NO questions allowed, simply links to the roms! Even if a mod want to make one or more of the more active members a mod of that thread only, it would help, he could keep it clean wiith just one post. I would help.

That would be a GREAT idea!
post your thoughts, so the mods know...

Good idea, but doesn' t the wiki already tell you what the latest ROM version is?
Maybe there could just be a sticky pointing new users to the wiki to see which is the latest ROM version for their phone? Just my two cents!

Its funny you should mention the wiki as Ive noticed coming from the universal to the wizard that the wiki is very poor for the wizard and Ive had to post some basic questions even after searching the forum all day! Maybe some kind sole out there would like to put some time in and fill it with basic information like how to flash roms ect.......
There is info in the wiki about roms, just nothing that has the latest information and which rom to flash. I can see where the wiki could replace a sticky, but I think a sticky at the top of the forum would better serve the group as a whole.
There is info on how to flash a wizard rom in the wiki:

Newest Logout?

Okay, I have now officially got the WM5 bug... there are bits in both TuMa and Ivan that I love, and bits in both that bug me... I have heard that Logouts version is very stable, and very fast, but which is the most recent? I can see 5.4.01 and 5.4.03 on the ftp, but Logouts sig block says 5.4.4... does this one exist anywhere?
Also the most recent posts on the 5.4.1 thread state that A2DP is now working, is that right? that's one of the misiing links in making ivans ROM perfect...
And finally, does Pictures & Videos work in Logouts ROM? I really need that app to work...
Slainté,
spkr4thdd
Latest for logout is 5.4.03.
In fact, Logout 5.4.04 is available since 17-06, if you want to test , try pm him. I respect his first right to post the link here so I can not give the link w/o his permission. Try him first.
Cheers for that... I'll get in touch and see what he says...
Is v5.4.04 "official" yet?
Apparently not.. it's a localised ROM, and not for general release as I understand it...

TCPMP for WM6.1 Build 19202 and higher

I've seen in many threads that people have a version of TCPMP that crashes on the latest WM6.1 ROM's. Probably from Build 19202 and higher.
There has been a release of TCPMP that does work. It has been posted in many different ROM threads but I thought it might be usefull to have it in the right section of the forum
LINK:
TCPMP-0.72RC1-ARM-PPC-recomp-01.CAB
UPDATE v02 LINK:
TCPMP-0.72RC1-ARM-PPC-recomp-02.CAB
UPDATE v03 LINK:
TCPMP-0.72RC1-ARM-PPC-recomp-03.CAB
Link to official thread: Click HERE.
Note: This is not my work. I copied it from one of the threads.
If somebody knows who has build this pleas let me know. I will give you the credit you deserve
Credits go to milesmowbray for this release!
Was me!
Currently working on porting the latest FFMPEG builds into a new TCPMP plugin that will hopefully get this working a bit better.
Sounds good. Please let it now in this thread when things change. I think it's good to have this separate thread about TCPMP for the newer ROM's.

Updated first post. Also added a link to your thread of course
I just installed the "UPDATE v03 LINK" version (from first page of this thread) on my Diamond, and after some fiddling got a wide-screen version (592 x 320) .avi movie to play in landscape, full-screen mode.
This will be great for dragging over episodes of "The Daily Show", etc., and watching them on-the-go.
Thanks for providing both the .cab and the source-code (I have VS2008, so if I find time, I might tweak the UI a bit). And thanks for posting it here

ht963ll00702
Trying it now
I am flashing it right now; thanks for the info
Sweet!!! Thanks.
Any screenshots?
J
Also, would this Asian ROM also be WWE? I don't know how HTC does it - only one language or a couple, etc.
J
Feedback!
If someone has flashed the ROM, can you please post specs of whats inside. What version of HTC Sense, messaging, what installed apps in ROM, etc..
Thanks alot, Kevin
So Slow..
i am downloading the new sea ROM at the moment and will flash it soon when it ends, but the server there is SOOOO slow, it downloads on 19k speed....
so i will also upload it to rapidshare for anyone to use, and DL faster.
i have an issue with this official 1.86.707.4 ROM. everytime i restart my phone, i have to touch the screen to get TouchFlo Home screen to shows up. Beside, there's nothing special about official ROMs except so many useless things in there. i'm flashing back to a Custom_RUU from our chefs here.
Dumping the rom now... it's just a official rom from HTC.. probably should be included in the official sticky thread instead of having it's own thread.. were does pdaviet tie in?
Edit: Rom is official build 21854 from HTC.. it is WWE.
Rapidshare
so as promissed those are the links for this ROM on rapidshare:
http://rapidshare.com/files/3033747...adio_Rhodium_4.49.25.17_Signed_Ship.part1.rar
http://rapidshare.com/files/3033793...adio_Rhodium_4.49.25.17_Signed_Ship.part2.rar
in case you wanna check it out for yourself, after what being said here
i know i am going to..
screenshots
the wanted screenshots of the new ROM.
Personally i am not impressed by it. manilla is 2.1 and except the fact it has all screens in landscape as well i prefer (and soon flashing back to) the costum ROM's been published here..
