Problem with rom!

Can someone help me with the x1??
Last week i tried to update my rom to the jackversion 1.07.
But i didn't like it so i wanted back to my old version.
I had before the dutch version. It is a unbranded one.
Now my x1 is coming to the se logo and it reboots.
I tried to update other roms from the bootloader.
But it still reboots from the se logo.
Does someones recognize this problem?
Can someone help me?

X1 ROM Upgrade Failure

Hi All,
I've just attempted to upgrade my X1's ROM via the Upgrade Service tool downloaded from the Sony Ericsson Website. Unfortunately, it froze at 69%. Neither trying to restart the device nor re-installing the ROM seemed to work. Which I got to the multi-colored screen it jus spelled "Upgrade ROM code error". I attemped using MTTY to reboot the device, but it seemed to be stuck at the Sony Ericsson Logo screen and not moving there after.
Was wondering if any of you have experience this before and would be exceedingly delighted to hear any advices on how I could fix this. thanks
Try flashing the ROM via micro-sd card as described here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=445662
Download the needed ROM Image from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=475482
I don't think 'chongchian' has the X1 hardspl, otherwise it wouldn't work on SE upgrade service...
Better wait if someone else has any better ideas

I think there is no need for hardspl if you are updating via the SE update service. Suggestion of skycamefalling is the best possible solution, using the micro-sd card.
This is incorrect information...I have mine hardspl'd and seus updates it fine...I would try re-running the seus update program..as long as its in bootloader it should work and attempt to reflash the device.

SEUS wouldn't let me update it after I HARD SPL flashed it.
Then something else is wrong...lol
Please help me, I am almost hopeless now
I had my X1 with Dutch ROM, so I had it Hard-SPL, and it confirmed 0.72.Oli.Nex
After that, I tried to flash a new English ROM on my PC, but it fall at 10% (ROM Code error).
I had to use MTTY to boot it, so that problem was solved, but the WinCE OS seemed to be destroyed during the process, so when I turned on the phone, it always stuck at the SonyE Bootscreen.
And then, I bought a microSD and formatted it with FAT32, download a ROM,extract it to .img file, change the name and filetype to Kovsimg.nbh, copy the ROM to microSD, flash it, but it said No Image Found
Please, please help me
Please tell me what I have to do now.
My X1 doesn't have any guarranty

HELP - Tried SEUS and No image found!

Hello,
I have tried update my X1 with SEUS (UK Generic R2AA to R3AA) but for some reason when I press volume down/Power button I can read no image found and SEUS tries to reconise the phone and then it says error, please try again.
This is a O2 UK X1, I have already run Hard SPL (V1) and changed to UK Generic successfully in the past but this time...
I have taken out the memory stick, set the active sync to phone with/without advanced features, reinstalled the original ROM (O2 UK R1A) then run again Hard SPL (V1), install via memory stick an R2A UK generic ROM and then I stilll get this no image file when I press volume down/Power button. I suspect this the reason why SEUS does not get started.
I google, search XDA forum without luck and lost half a day already...
Can you please help?
Thank you in advance.

"No image found" simply means there is no rom image(KOVSIMG.nbh) on the Memory card, this has nothing to do with SEUS. so its another problem that causes your error, i wish i could help more but i don't use SEUS!

Did you try going back to soft spl??
That shouldt be the problem tho... since you have hardspl, just try updating to R3AA through the microsd method... get it from here http://blog.fastgsm.com/sonyericsson/r3a-software-for-sony-ericsson-xperia-x1/
Good luck!
This has happen to me twice and the only way i found solved it is to go back to stock spl (of course first to stock rom and then to stock spl)
And then make first one normal start i mean complete configure that time and the screen alignmet and the content let all stock stuff install...
And then try to update...
Hope this helped
Thak you very much for your help.
I will try your procedure on the next flash (I have already reinstalled everything...)
What is actually meant by stock spl? The attached zip

I had a UK 02 ROM initially and I dont really like that much, this is why I have changed to UK Generic R1A (hard SPL) and then via SEUS to R2A. Shall I reinstall the R2A (hard SPL), run this stock SPL, setup screen, date.. and the go SEUS to go to R3AA?
Thank you again.

R3A UK Generic?

Hello,
Just moved provider from O2 to Orange so thought I'd debrand the trusty old X1 and install the R3A Generic UK ROM.
Unfortunately the web site hosting the latest X1 original ROMs has blacklisted them as potentially copyright material (somebody might want to check this) so I couldn't download the R3A image.
The site hosting the R2A image was ok, though, so I thought I'd download the UK Generic R2A image and then just upgrade using the SEUS.
All went fine until I ran the SEUS which has informed me that I already have the latest image and that there is no newer image available.
Any ideas? I don't really want to have to put the O2 image back on to run R3A
Thanks!

check and dl here
Ed. I just learned the dl is currently prohibited, as rapidshare has the file locked due to possible legal reasons ("This file is copyrighted and may not be distributed without permission of the copyright holder. We will direct you to RapidMovies, where you can buy upcoming games and movies legally online."), that's tricky...
Yes, I'd noticed that the firmware had been blocked. Sorted it, anyway - seems that when you change the ROM you need to load the phone back up before SEUS realises you've changed it (even though the ROM was UK Generic R2A, SEUS thought it was UK O2 R3A!).
So, reloaded R2A, loaded the phone, went through setup, then ran SEUS on it and it's now on R3A UK Generic.
Done!
