camera not working;phone not working

i have a problem with the camera and the phone; i upgrade my XDAIIS to Helmi_BA_WM2k5_AKU3.5_v1.4.CF2; now i have ROM v.5.04.10 WWE,ExtROM helmi_c 1.4 NET2,radio v.1.12
When i try to use camera, i see "failed to initialize camera.Please reset the hardware" the phone can connect to network,but i cannot make any call,after i type a single number it is freezing;
i tried many roms and the same; i tried camera2k5_v1,BA_Album_WWE,etc nothing seems to work
any suggestion?

for the camera search this forum, there is a patch for it.
for the phone you may try to upgrade your radio to version 1.15

i did,it's worse
now i have the radio version 1.15 and i don't have signal anymore to the phone;
the camera still not workng,i used HTC_WIZARD_CameraPatch_

htc_camera_drivers -with this last driver i don't see anymore failed to initialize camera,i see a white screen with icons in corners, but still not working
does anyone ever had this problem?

after you upgraded your phone did you hard reseted it?
As for the radio, remove the battery, wait like 30 seconds, put it back again. After windows load, soft reset it.

Tilt camera not working

I just got myself the Tilt today, and i noticed that everytime time i press the camera button, nothing happens...this occurred on the stock ATT ROM, so i upgraded to Dutty's ROM, and the same problem is happening..i press the camera button, nothing works. i checked the button config, and it is mapped to the camera...i even tried going into HTC Album and launching the camera from there, and that did not work either...

Sounds like the camera on the device is bad since it wasn't working before you did anything to it. Was this device new? If so you should have exchanged it before loading another ROM on it. Now you'll have to revert it back before you can send it in for warranty work.

EDIT:So i went into the AT&T store today, got it all taken care of, i am going to get a replacement on the device, they are shipping it out 2mrrow morning!...strange thing is, while i was at the store, i was checking out the Tilt on display, i tried to start the camera, and it didnt work! i then soft reseted, and it worked again...it seems like there must be some sort of an issue with the cam...weird...

Video Problem

Ok so iv had the phone for about the month, and been trying out all sorts of rom's. After all this time i never tried to take video (pictures work fine).
I turn on the cam, and when i press to take video it focuses, starts to film, them stops after one sec.??????
I changed the recording limit to 10 seconds or w/e else there was. (it was on no limit) now the camera begins to film, but the picture completely freezes and the time on the top still counts.

Have you tried a different Radio?

Yep, tried 1.27.12.17 today...
horrible radio, no sound, camera froze completely, not to mention battery life drained like nothing.
Ill keep searching today, but my current radio is perfect.
Is there a camera fix or something that could help fix it?

1.27.12.17 is not compatible with ur rom. its a wm6.0 radio. try posting in ur rom's thread instead, you might get more help there

Try the 1.58.21.23 radio, if that doesn't work then I would say you have a issue with your camera software and would reflash the ROM.

wont work, ill try another ROM right now.I have same ROM your using.
Do you know which of the 2 radios i just tried has better battery power?

tried 3 diffirent roms with radios, same thing.

Go to Start, Settings, System, and go to Device Information, click on Hardware and if it says Qualcomm(R) 7201 go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=387057 and read through some of it. Try flashing one of the two mentioned ROM's and see if it works for you then.
**Just to clarify you did HARD RESET after flashing right?**

Strange Tilt problem

I'm sorry to have to ask, but I'm at a loss at this point, I've fixed this problem 3 times, and it keeps coming back.
AT&T tilt, unlocked, Solace 3.1 ROM
HardSPL 2.97
The phone works perfectly fine, except when I have to restart it, then it gets locked in the Bootscreen....and becomes very difficult to get it out. I try a soft reset, hard reset, nothing seems to work.
When this originally happened, I reloaded Solace 3.1 only to have it continue to be locked in the boot mode. Finally I I noticed the camera button and the power button appear to get locked into the on position, so i would manually create space between the button, and the actual activating button within the phone. It has worked 3/200 times I have had this problem. Overall I solved it by never restarting or resetting the phone, but eventually even with a ram cleaning program it becomes a problem.
If I'm thinking of the wrong solution let me know, it now appears to be stuck again in the on position for the power button....I basically ripped off the outer camera button, and now have to manually press the small one within the phone to activate it manually. I still can't get it off the bootloader, and its quite a frustrating problem.
Again, everything software wise works like a charm, I would have to think it isn't software related. Any ideas? I'm at a loss at this point, and using my phone from 2 years ago as a result.

Screen does not rotate and camera problems

Hi, my P8 Lite 2017 have two problems. I dont know if they are related but i think not.
First the screen does not rotate ever. I have the option on, obviously, but when im in camera or on the galery or any app if i turn the phone, the screen doesn't rotate. I dont know if this is related but it stopped also to count the steps that i do during the day, it says allways 0 steps.
The second problem is with the camera, i cant open it on messenger, the screen stays black and then says theres an error with the camera. After this happend i cant open it with any app because it says that the camera is in use by another app. And if im using the camera app ant change to the front camera, i cant go back to the back camera because it happends the same thing. Just after reboot i can use the camera.
Any suggestions?

Firstly try doing a factory reset, if that doesnt help Boot into eRecovery and restore latest firmware

Thanks, i already have done a factory reset but not a hard reset and the problem didn't go away, now i try one hard reset and the problem is solved.
