Request CHT ROM for miniS and ROM flash tutorial

plz help!!! i am a newbi here tried to figure out how to update rom but get very confused. would someone kindly explain what softwares are needed, provide links to those tools and the whole procedure... :?
i'd like to flash my miniS to traditional chinese has anyone got the rom file for it??? i saw a thread in here but could not be sure it's the latest one, i dont know what shall i do to flash rom anywayz

To upgrade OS you dont have to unlock the phone. you just need basic computer knowledge and instruction. I will help you with step by step instruction if you can do the rest. Thanks and you can leave a MSG for me.

Im really new with this phone and Im really fed up with 6.1. Is there anybody who could me guide how to install WM 6.5? I lwas looking for sollutions here on forum and I know that there is an answer, but it´s really hard for me :-( I would be really thankfull

Help!

i have just bought a touch hd and im wanting to put windows mobile 6.5 on mine and can't understand why non of the ways of doing it on here by the hspl way wont work for me it just keeps going back to my version of 6.1 any ideas why?
anybody help me updating to 6.5 please?

[Q] Running FRX07.1 on a Topaz...

Hello guys. Pretty noob here
A friend of mine owns a Topaz and he would be grateful if he could run Android on it. I read several posts and instructions and I'm almost sure I can help him. But I have one question for you... I tried only once to install a custom rom (on a Kovsky) and I made it first try... I remember changing some values in the registry with TotalCommander (if I'm not mistaken) and HardSPL-ing my phone before I could flash a custom ROM. Are those steps mandatory to run FRX07.1 on a stock Topaz or I just follow those instructions and nothing else?
Excuse me for being noob but anyone starts from 0.
