Need help - problem with WWE ROM

hi,
few days ago i bought HTC Diamond.
i want to switch the language of the OS from German to English!
i have tried to install few WEE rom versions but it doesn't work!
i also tried to install the official rom from HTC official site, but they don't let me download the wwe rom couse i have the newest version allredy...
please help me - i need the WWE ROM for HTC Diamond!!
i have OS 5.2.19591 (build 19591.1.1.6)
my spl version is 1.37.00

please read and search before opening up new threads
to begin with, the wiki will help u alot : http://wiki.xda-developers.com/
u cant flash your device because its CID locked.. so You should flash HardSpl first to CID Unlock it.

i allready tryed to use HardSPL but the wizard doesn't recognize the version of my HTC Diamond. do you know where i can find the latest version of HardSPL?

Need help instaling WinMO 6.5 step by step

Hey guys.I just can't find the answer to my question on this forum.I need help on installing Windows Mobile 6.5 on my mobile phone.Please is here someone who could help me out and explain how to install it step by step.I really would like to have my phone updated.I already downloaded one version from here

you can't flash without reading some threads !!!!

Hello im new and needed help

sorry for my bad english. i'm new to these flashing, installing roms stuffs so i really need help from the xda community. Btw this is my first wm mobile phone.
My X1 will be delivered soon and i have some questions about upgrading it to wm 6.5
since it is x1i and unlocked. do i need to follow these steps from " *** Tutorial: Flashing ROMs (...and debranding the X1) ***" to install wm 6.5 roms?
are there any extra steps to install the roms?
please answer my questions. thanks.

lets say the tutorial sums it up
get yourself additional info if you like, for preparations check olinex thread as the origin
for further tutorials have a look at biovolts thread
if there are still open issues after that call again

[Q] Uprgrading to 6.5 Step-By-Step Instructions - HTC Touch Pro2 please?

As you are aware I'm new to the forum.
To keep it simple this is what I'd like.
I'm not very technically knowledgeable and I do usually search things for myself but in the risk of stuffing up my new Smartphone completely I thought I'd better ask some experts.
My TP2 is currently running Windows Mobile 6.1 happily, I'd like to upgrade it to 6.5 as I've heard it's better. (Also is & possible on a TP2? ) I'd like step by step instructions because I just learnt what a .cab file is and i successfully installed my first to stop the bloody phone unlocking when I receive a text. Just want to know also, how do I back up my phone in the emergency case and will i lose all my contacts and files if i upgrade?
Anyway thanks in advance, I'd be happy for someone to refer me to another site or thread and sorry to waste your time if this has already been asked.

both are extremely great, I tried them my self, may be you find more better than those, or more suitable

Hello guyz i know that there are many posts about how to update from 6.1 to 6.5 but all the attached links are deleted so i decided to make a new hread. I have HTC 8925 / Kaiser (in 2014, i rlly like this phone ) Windows Mobile 6.1 and i rlly want to upgrade it to 6.5 can u tell me step by step how to do it i got some knowledge from this forum but i am still noob Thank you
