tried rooting my g1 and now im stuck at a red, green,blue and white screen and serial 0 in white. please help.

One day I went to make a call and couldn't.. My htc tilt (AT&T) has a red, green, blue, & white screen with
KAIS1*0
SPL-3.56.0000
CPLD-8
Serial
I did try reflashing the rom several times... 1st few tries show the percent bar but then comes back to the RGB screen... I was able to get it as far as tap to set up the phone... and it gets to the load programs screen... loads everything then will reboot automatically.. but it goes right back to the RGB screen again..
Anyone have any ideas on what I can do (if anything) to resolve this issue? This phone is out of warranty and any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Hey this is the first time I'm on the site as well as with this phone. My friend gave it to me as a gift and like the title stated I'm stuck on a red green blue white screen. On top of all the color it says "security unlocked" and in the red it says "KAIS1*0 MFG, SPL-1.0.OLiPof, CPLD-8". Is there anyway I can fix this? Please no bad comment cause like I said Im new at this I found this site threw google and seen solutions for bootloader issues not "security unlocked". Thanks

Please help me with a HTC KAIS120 I received it today on the color screen, it just gets it, got a firmware 100% but when I ask for the error of the vendor ID is not valid, ask friends to help what can I do?
