Which ROM did you have before? What carrier?
If it's not on their website, then you'll have to wait for Hard SPL before you can flashed a dumped ROM.

The ROM i had was not for a specific carrier, it worked with the SIM card of any carrier. I bought it from the UK but i used it in the middle east.

I rolled back to the original ROM from the Dopod ROM without any problems.
thanks for directing us to this ROM... now that i have this, i can test the Dopod ROM with/GPS and return to the HTC version if necessary.

Do you have a P3600 or DOPOD ? Did u use SSPL to install DOPOD ROM or you have a Super CID phone?

I just got my HTC P3600 few days ago. I am still researching about flashing ROM and stuffs. If I somehow want return back to the original ROM (ROM ver 1.15.405.5 WWE) from RUU, will it include the ExtROM ver 1.15.405.101 in the download? If not, do anyone know where I can access the ExtROM ver that came with my phone initially? Thank you very much for your help.

Is your device a network branded version? If so you will have to wait for your Operator to release their version. The HTC site unfortunately is only for generic devices..
Bro, you received the response: "Sorry, this software download is not suitable for your device" because this rom is for Hongkong and serial does not match their database.
You have to wait for the new rom for your country; btw, whereabouts are you at?

i think your rom is from HK right ? So the problem is my phone is from UK i bought it from carphonewarehouse. So can i use HK rom ?? i tried 2 rom of pzucchel which based on 1.19.xxx rom (this one from HK site) and got some problem with it. Is there any rom from UK or europe ??

It doesnt matter if u bought device in UK, IF U HARDSP OR USPL ur device u can flash any rom. Regarding uk or europe rom there should be an orange uk rom and a Europe rom on my site should also be located on the wiki also

I got problem. I bought Touch HD in Nederland in TELFORT. I changed ROM to my native language. The thing is that i must send phone to service. Its Branded so now i need to change to orginal ROM and i dont have it. Is there any site wher i can downlad it (or maybe someone have ROM from TELFORT)?
I dont want loze my Warrianty. Phone was bought in 06.05.2009 and i have no idea what version it has before. Maybe anyone can help me

It has many ROMs, but if you do not find it there I think you may find it difficult to restore back to original.. You may need to ask someone to dump their ROM if they have the one you are looking for.

This is a NLD ROM, so try downloading and flashing that.

Do you think this ROM should be ok? Branded ROMs have some roms like other non branded? Just have CID lock?
If you have HardSPL installed then CID is no problem when flashing ROMs.
I think the ROM i have shown you is unbranded HTC Netherlands ROM, so I don't think it may be useful for you if you want the branding. I cannot find the branded ROM either on the internet.
You can either:
- Wait until someone who has the ROM dump it for you
- Try to sort out your problem here (if its software related), without using warrentee
- Take the PDA to a thirdparty to fix it so warrentee/other ROMs aren't an issue
- Flash the ROM I have provided and restore SPL to original, then send in for repair and hope HTC don't say anything (which I think they shouldn't, but cannot guarentee this)
ok then, i think i will wait like 1 week - maybe someone with orginal branded ROM will make Copy of his ROM and sen me - hope so. If no - then i will put your ROM in it and pray that service wont say anyting.

there is no need to change the rom back to the original
i had mine running wm6.5 and it came back with the original rom
so that means they flashed it again
they didn't say about anything and also didn't charge me so....

This isn't always the case. HTC have been known to void warranties due to cooked roms on device.

I've noticed that between all the ROM's released by ansar and football, some are named "signed" and some are named "unsigned". I was just wondering, what's the difference?

Signed ROMs can be flashed on stock SPL, but they are limited to phones from a certain region or carrier.
Unsigned ROMs can be flashed on any hd7, but they require HSPL.
Currently we do not have HSPL for HD7, so we can only use Signed ROMs.

Hard SPL is a modified (hacked) version of the boot-loader that gives you the ability to flash any ROM from any region, including custom made ROMs (unofficial, made by chefs) on your device
what is the difference between branded and unbranded? how do i know if my phone is branded or unbranded?
branded as in it came from an operator who customised the ROM in some way whereas unbranded was bought from HTC direct or not via an operator and is not locked to an operator.

delete the O2 Apps, flash a Europe (aka Unbranded) Shipped ROM, or flash a Custom ROM.
for the last two... link to a tutorial in my signature, if needed.
My HD7 was like yours but ended up flashing the NewTech ROM,
there are too many restrictions and not enough features to a stock phone.
