Wrong , any other chargers with different voltage will mess up your phone ( i tried it myself)
the red light means one of two
1- you battery is completly empty & needs to be charged
2- the battery is dead & you need to replace it.

Try turning off the device, then turning it back on again.

Are you plugged into mains or even USB? You've gotta juice up the machine. How much battery do you have left?

turn off the phone.
plug in the charger.
you should see the lights ramping indicating its charging.
let it finish charging (full circle lit)
reboot.
if still not functional try hard reset or reflash.
NOT A DIFFICULT QUESTION Reply
Is it because of TF3D or is it because of the Hardware?

I missed where he said it was full charge.
I have seen a bad battery do that.
the phone or rom could also be responsible.
A good clue is does it always shout off at exactly the same point of start, or does it vary a bit.
typically a bad battery will fail quicker immediately after a failure

maybe try holding down on vol key and plug into USB port of computer
something similar happened to me during my initial root process and i'm pretty sure that's what fixed it
or hold down + power until 3 vibes
then after hold power until boot up

I can not get it, do you have Xperia X or Xperia Z ?????
If former, I would advise you to address to the appropriate Xperia X forum
If latter, I would suggest to charge XZ in DK26 dock overnight and look if it comes to the life on the morning. (USB charging is vicious circle: it sends the signal to phone to boot as soon as the battery gets a bit charge, however this charge is not sufficient to boot it completely... so circle continues )

huum shortage ! mine still show normal voltage and polarity when I check with Multimeter ..
When I kept it long time on charge after direct charged the Batt , it discharge the battery a bit . maybe you r right 0. let's know more
well my idea is because the phone is not recognise by the computer while the battery is in, so the battery is connect to the USB.
If he disconnected the battery it does work because it recognised by the computer . which is strange That why I am pretty sure is shotage!
Secondly make sure your cable is in proper condition. That is becasue if the cable is damage ( or it has low diameter) it will have too high Ohm which make the usb goes "over the limit", as a result the hub of the computer will disconnect the device !

That look like the orginal one
http://www.amazon.com/Battery-SonyE...d=1390827813&sr=8-3&keywords=xperia+z+battery
or
http://www.amazon.com/Aftermarket-P...d=1390827813&sr=8-6&keywords=xperia+z+battery
will help the water restance,
BTW, next to the usb ther is a water check, if it white = no water,; purple, red= water inside the phone. Check that as well please!
What about the usb cable ? Are you using orginal one ?
will use an old Battery there , I have alot of battery here .

Are you sure, I would not do that . Since those devices are very sensitive, and fragile to exposure to over voltage or to high ohms? Well +/-10% at the highest
after direct charged phone . I put back battery and plugged charger .
surprise Phone shown Sony logo about 3 times , and turn off . now it's blinking red led and vibrate .
I will leave it on charge during a moment to see .
Hi there
Today my phone just turned of by itself and wont turn on anymore
i have tried holding power and volume together
have connected it to charger but it is not charging
i even held the power button for 3 minutes but nothing is happening
Please help me
If you can't get it to respond at all, then you have a hardware issue and need to make a warranty claim.

For how long? If you haven't already done so, leave it on the charger overnight and try again in the morning.
I have it on charger since 2 hours,i will try leaving it overnight
and it had 80 percent charge before dying
Have you tried booting to recovery. Here is a link to the steps involved. From there you can wipe cache or a system restore. http://forums.androidcentral.com/mo...moto-x-into-recovery-so-i-can-wipe-cache.html
now it is just displaying a green led light, i had it on charge the whole night
and it also doesnt boot into recovery
The green LED indicates that the phone is charging, but does not have sufficient power to turn on. Do you have another charger and cable you could try?

Yup different cable
Bummer. Sounds like it's indeed a hardware problem.
When plugged in charger, a short green blink flashes and that's it. Doesn't turn on, doesn't react anyhow. Tried the trick with holding Volume - key and Power Up for 120 seconds and it just blinks again and nothing more. Left for 12 hours, doesn't charge at all. Tried different cables and chargers, and laptops and computers. Nothing makes it turn on.
If connected to the compuer, it is detected as USB device ( after drivers install ) also it is detected as а QHSUSB_BULK but drivers not found. RSD Lite doesn't detect the phone as anything.
Is there any other trick to turn this thing on?

I also have this problem at times, I solved using a quick charge 2.0 charger
try to
Push the power button
And then send the phone in bootloader mode
This is a temporary fix, you have to change the battery
sorry for my bad English

Insert the cable into your phone,
Press the power button (until the battery charge screen appears)
Then go to bootloader mode
If the charging battery screen does not appear, wait 5 minutes
The green LED indicates that the battery is almost completely discharged

I guess, a 5V/2A charger is not a fast charge option, right? Cause it's not turning on my phone. And the LED blinks only for 1 second when plugged in..
I will try finding another charger
