I've read plenty about this amazing new app Sherpa... But it's nowhere to be found in the Android Market. Anyone got the lowdown?

Anyone know anything about a potential program to stream sirius off the web
This has been talked about in the Dream forums before. Right now, there is no standalone app to access Sirius' online streams from Android devices.
There is a workaround using Orb and micro-sirius from a Windows-based desktop computer. It works, but not without issues.
Being a sirius subscriber myself i would love to have an app for my G1! i listen to Howard Stern all day at work and heard that there will be a sirius app available for the iPhone pretty soon. I hope when/if one comes out for the G1 it is better than the one for the iPhone because.......well.....the G1 is better than the iPhone so the apps should be too
Hi, I have the NBA League Pass Application on my G1, but becasue i live in Canada, all the games are blacked out for me (games are restricted to US- viewrs only). So i was wondering if there is a way to 'trick' the app into thinking im in the US? Tried using MarketEnabler app to fake the network i am on (used TMOBILE, bit no luck so far).
Any ideas?
Same
Ha. I tried the same exact thing. Haven't tested it out yet. I wish someone would port "fakelocation" for iPhone to Android. THAT is what we need. Did you figure out a workaround yet?
bump !
I will donate anything for this
i cant beleive a geolocation faker isnt made for android yet the most open OS :S
and iphone has one
Sameeee!
I live in Australia, if only we could get something for it to work!
Try Market Access Apk.

Blackberry and iPhone users have one, so why don't we?
I have found one app (here: http://www.androlib.com/android.application.collegelabs-tfln-znwt.aspx) but the reviews are poor, and the QR code doesn't pull it up in the market. I've got the .apk but it won't install (running CDMA hero with the Fresh 1.0 rom).
Is anyone else interested in us getting a TFLN app?
It's not hard to set it as a bookmark. That's what I do.
I dunno a software would sound entertaining an easier than going to the website.
TFLN app
@riotkid976
There is an app on the market called TFLN, the one you found on androlib. The dev just added support for cupcake (which is why would couldn't find it) devices so you should be able to download it now.
sweet. thats pretty handy!
So I recently found out that a couple of games that my friend has for his itouch are available for Android through Gameloft. However there is one caveat and that is the games aren't meant for Mytouch 3g, but for higher resolution phones. I was curious if it was possible at all to convert the games to display at a lower resolution so I could play them on my phone?
Edit: In case you didn't know. My phone currently is the Mytouch 3g.
Just a friendly reminder. If anyone posts any warez here (or links to warez) the post will be removed and the member will be banned from the forums.
Have a nice day.
I had the same question.
I don't see mytouch 3g listed in any of the games up for purchase on gameloft's website. However I do see mytouch4g , Desire etc.
Is there a way that these games work on 3G or 3G slide ?
Thanks

I think that the mytouch 3g doesn't have enough processing power for the games on gameloft's site. I gave up long ago on trying to play the games on my mytouch 3g after i got an ipod touch 4g and my mytouch 4g.
Does anyone have the apk for tmobile tv that was sized for the mytouch slide screen. Also has anyone found a google earth apk that will actually run on our slides?

can't help with mobile tv as I haven't found it yet either, but here is a link to why you won't find a google earth that will with our phones Google Earth for Android Help
Thanks for the quick reply. Wish I had known this was not the "next big thing" when I was all excited to buy it lol. Nice phone, nice hardware but extremely midrange to a fault. I have it rooted running CM6 if anyone was curious. I was pretty shocked at how much better the Slide runs on vanilla Android 2.2 as opposed to the stock Expresso.

no problem, yeah it is much faster on Vanilla 2.2.1 but am still looking forward to see how FroYo and FroYo + Sense runs with the "proper" kernel
