Resco Keyboard Diamond Skin

Hi all
I think more people should know this Resco Keyboard. I was used to use it on my Cruise and found out that it's also work well on our Diamond, with VGA screens.
And it looks like it's easy to skin. The PNG files of the keyboard are contained in the skin folder of the sofware with a "skin.ini file".
I managed to improve the usability of the keyboard by changing some values in the "skin.ini" file (joined), so now, by selecting the "correction" mode in the options, you can move on the letters with your finger before choosing the good one, like on the Iphone. It's very efficient and fast.
Now, as I'm not gifted in skinning (even if I tried... pfffff), I'm looking for some help to make one for our Diamond. Black or white, 2D or 3D lol, all good ideas are welcome
I hope you'll try and like this software and for the talentued ones, share a nice skin.

No idea... Must be in the software files and not in the skin folder I guess and the keyboard already looks fantastic

I would love a Resco Keyboard skin with Æ,Ø and Å. I'm from Norway, and I use these letters pretty much. Is this possible?

I use Resco Keyboard when not using SPB Full screen KB....I do like the swipe functions for backspace and space...etc...
Will these skins work? A VGA version would be nice (if necessary)

how do i install the zeubug's keyboard? where do i extract the files/folder?

[SKN] BlueFlames all around for QVGA

UPDATE: 1-13-09 Moved from General, added PCMK .14 and Today background. Can someone put together a tsk if I provided the colors? I have attatched my tsk can you just change the image to my today background? I cant seem to get my theme creator to work anymore. Or can you point me to a decent free one?
UPDATE: 12-22-08 Added color to commanager icons, Fixed issues with cabs not installing, added skin for stock keyboard, added skin for PCMKeyboard .19
I'm not a pro, but just thought I would offer a little variety(more the merrier,right?). These skins are for QVGA devices, work great on my kaiser. Some may only work on kaiser or device with 320x240 or 240x320, so make sure to backup your device before installing cabs. Let me know if you have any problems with installation. I am new to putting together cab files and all that, but they all worked fine on my device. Please give any feedback or suggestions. These are some of my first skins and would like to know how to make them better, so if anyone with experience could help me out, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks for looking and trying these skins out. I am planning on making skins for every aspect of my phone that I possibly can, so check back every week or so. Please leave feedback so I can iron out any issues. I will most likely be re-doing the Action screen to look more like the commanager and dialer. Right now it seems a little dark.
NOTE: These pictures do no show up well, I'll try to put them together and post one pic with all.

It is resized from the qvga which loses clarity but you will have to google it to find the VGA high resolution. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. (480x640) Here's another one somewhat like it in a high resolution. It is 480x640.

looks great! test it now on my HD2!

I installed both the theme and ovi taskbar, it works well when I applied the theme immediately after installing it, but after the phone was rebooted, the theme got messed up(taskbar and bottom bar became grey, softkeys' frame missing etc) and yes I actually did a hard reset to see if it's caused by any programs I installed, sadly no...

THIS IS GREAT! I even applied it to my WM6.5 (Not 6.5.x) and noticed my top and bottom bars became white! This is awesome! The only problem though, the texts in the task bars are also white. How can I change them to black?

Yup it worked well until I reset the phone. Using TAEL 23xxx rom.

I followed the color patcher and font patcher and the only thing that it changed to black was the "start" word. Everything use remained white on a white background. Any way to fix this?

[WM6.5][MOD] Light Themed HTC HD2 Mini Lockscreen (W)VGA v1.5

I just starting using NRG's GTX Themed ROM and I'm really liking it. However, I really like the HD2 MINI lockscreen a lot more than the standard WM lockscreen, but the colors didn't play nice at all. So, I decided to go ahead and fix it. This will be a nice compliment to anyone else using GTX ROM's (or just the standard theme on top of their ROM of choice) and this place is all about sharing, so here it is.
A couple of important notes:
1) Not my fault if gremlins come out of your phone and eat your kit-kats.
2) I did not dump this from the HD2 Mini, original work done by michyprima and the original thread can be found HERE
3)STILL DOES NOT WORK WITH A PIN PASSWORD, YOU MUST DISABLE YOUR LOCKSCREEN PIN BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS OR WHEN YOUR PHONE GOES TO THE LOCK SCREEN YOU WILL BE SCREWED AND HAVE TO HARD RESET YOUR PHONE TO ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION. Hopefully I will be able to sort out this issue soon for those of you that do use a PIN password.
4) I don't have landscape (it comes up with the lock in portrait) working properly on my phone but the graphic files are updated so I should be able to sort it out at some point in the near future.
Let me know what you guys think of it. Suggestions, criticisms (creative) and such are welcome.

1) I want to make the bottom notifications stand out a bit more (not shown in screenshot. The font doesn't look so great with the white background. -done
2) Landscape Support
3) PIN Password Support
4) Update notification Graphics (maybe) -done

i like it but the slide isn't enough motion. could we get it to slide from the middle or the top? and also is there a way to make the locker automatically turn on after the display is turned off and back on? i'd like to try this out instead of s2u2 but it doesn't offer as many options it seems /:

Would you be able to fix the bug that stops alarms from working?

I'm still kind of tinkering with this TDC, but I'm really not that great with coding, much more of a gfx guy. I'm more trying to get landscape working on it at this point TBH. I haven't given up yet though!

[THEME] Pure Calendar Widget

I modified a couple of skins with some nicer (in my opinion at least) icons.
You can apply them from within the widget settings under the name:
-tacchan23_XXXXmod (from left to right: ECLAIR, ICS, PURE)
both for Agenda and Grid widgets. (sometime not all the skins are visible at first, in case click on "update list")
You can also select the transparency level when you apply a new skin, so it's possible to make the ECLAIR team transparent too.
All credits go to the original images creators, I just modified them a bit and put all together.

If I had more free time I'd try to do some stuff for Android too, but really difficult to learn the basics again from scratch with very limited time...

i tried uploading your skins from the pure calendar widget but when it loads its a different color and design, it seems to be loading the default skin instead of yours. any idea how i could correct this?

It comes out as the default pure skin which is already installed. However if i install and select the other skins like ics, it installs perfect.

Maybe you could try to clean the App Cache?
Otherwise you can try to uninstall the skins from the calendar widget app.
Then with a root explorer go to /sdcard/.org.koxx.pure_grid_calendar/skins_v2/backgrounds and delete any folders named "tacchan23xxxx".
Then on the widget app, press the update list button and finally download and install again.
Let me know if it works...

I tried clearing cache and data. Didn't work, so I just uninstalled it, and it's all good now
