Why is it only for belgians?
If it is an official WWE version, it should work on every WWE device, am I wrong?

From my experience all WWE roms designed for the HTC Trinity brand will work whether posted in Germany or in Belguim or in timbaktoo. It is designed for the HTC unbranded trinity. Therefore I can carefully say it will work. Unless a more experienced person here can smack me on my head and tell me to jump off a cliff if I am wrong lol.

If somebody has a Dangaard device… He can check the official Dangaard web site ROM upgrade.

I said for Belgians because the download site will check for a Belgian IMEI. As it is a Dangaard-website, it might be available on other Dangaard-sites too.
There should be a Dutch and French language version also, but as I have an English language device I cannot see them.

Won't allow download
I registered and ran my IMEI and it will not allow download; probably because it's a UK CID. I guess we'll have to wait until someone with a Belgian IMEI downloads the ROM or until the UK version comes out.

I'm sure that this WWE rom will work. However the rom version looks lower than the latest Dopod rom, you could just upgrade the existing Dopod rom with the new 1.38 radio.

Couldn't find the one for 4.24.720.3 WWE . Can I use any of 4.xx.xxx.x wwe ???

what is the branding on your phone? Is it a tmobile wing, xda terra or whatever?

I am a member already. But in worldwide section, not in India section. In worldwide section I could find the updation to WM6 and someother hotfixes. No other RUU.
Its not letting me to open another membership in India section. Is it necessary to login to the respective country site??
Anyway I have sent mail to HTC. Let me see what they have to say.
I went ahead to download the WM6 upgrade file. When I enter the s/n it shows
"Sorry, this software download is not suitable for your device."
You need to register your unique phone on the site with the IMEI code. Being member @ HTC isn't enough.

I did register my phone. (It asked the s/n, but not IMIE). Still I could not find the RUU in the download section.

I registered in the HTC worldwide section. And HTC email service has replied me as following
"We would like to inform you that world wide section and India website link is same."
I am not able to find the RUU in the HTC E-club, XDA-developers wiki page and FTP page.
If I am not wrong, I do not have the correct RUU means I can not flash my device . I don't want to waste my device with the stock rom. Can someone please help me.

This is a bad news for me.
I'll wait till I get the original rom.
(I have to be happy with the stock rom itself. I don't want to take much risk.
These PDAs are still costly over here. I can not afford to buy one more.)
Use this serial number HT95WLL03202 to download the official rom from htc.com if you have a branded Rhodium ie: Vodafone, O2,T-Mobile etc. If you have a branded Rhodium do not use your phone's serial number as HTC will not allow you to download because your operator wants you to get the rom update from them and not from HTC.

can i install this rom on my tilt2 (presently iam using NRGZ28 titanium rom with HardSPL_V2_00R3_185HSPL)
the rom is on htc uk site released on 18th march 2010 (i couldnt type the link as this site dint allow me to so pls check it out)
& i knw if i install this above mentioned rom my tilt2 keyboard will not work properly as the tilt2 doesnt have number rows on the top so will this cab help in making it fine "ATT Keyboard Fix.cab" this cab is made by NRGZ28 so will it work on the official rom too ?
& can i use ur above mentioned serial in this case also?

No. You will require HRDSPL to flash Arabic ROM on UK PRO2 version.

This is just a guess, but:
Since these are executable files start one of those and when a window pops up with an installation wizard or something similar, just go to start->run and type %tmp%
There you can search for a folder with a zip file meeting your criteria...
