Original HTC Firmware

Hi, I have a HTC Kaiser from a service provider called O2. I live in England and find that my Kaiser with O2 Custom Firmware and WM6.1 runs very slow compare to my brothers who has a T-Mobile WM6 Kaiser. Im including as much details as possible about my Kaiser:
WM 6.1 Pro
MSM 7200 400MHz
ROM Version: 3.29.206.0 WWE
Hoping if sumone cud direct me in right path to find the original HTC Firmware for the Kaiser

You need to start with the wiki and read the first (sticky) post in this forum! The wiki has all the info you need!

Great thanks for info, what thread in the post should I be looking at for the HTC Firmware. Sorry for the noob questions im not tht experenced as u developers in mobiles.

You should check under Windows Mobile ROM's and click Official Shipped Rom Versions. Hoped this helped.

Wants WM 6.5

Basically, can anyone recommened a HTD Blackstone rom with a final release of WM6.5 on it, and TF3D and all that HTC crap?
Sorry I'm a noob and only just got to a stage where I am able to 'flash' roms onto the phone.
Anyway, thank you for your time.

There is no WM6.5 Final Relase. Why not take a look in the first few pages of this forum at the threads with 6.5 in the title and see what the ROMs look like, then try one or two?

Windows 6.5 OS for Roms?

Hey guys,
I know this may be a stupid question, but I just want to confirm it before I go on flashing a new rom.
Since most of the new ROMS are Windows 6.5, am I required to have the 6.5 OS on the phone first? or does the ROM itself come with the OS?
I'm currently on Tmobile and they don't have the 6.5 update yet

No worries at all about not having 6.5 already installed. Just be sure and follow the directions in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=550540
If you don't HardSPL, well...
Edit: I just noticed, you have Touch 3G. You'll want to find the appropriate forum for that phone. I think it's also known as a Jade(?).

Ahh I'm so sorry, I'm actually selling the Jade x2 on eBay right now
I just Fully CID/SECURITY/SIM unlocked my TP2 earlier.
Thanks for confirming I do not need WM6.5 Anyways, off to try some new ROMS

Hello administrators
Is it possible to have a sticky where the rom developers place there roms for download with descriptions then a link to a? page. It gets a bit confusing and annoying trying to find a rom to try. I’m using duttys leo holy grail and I now need another rom as duttys does not support the latest max manila

the wiki is there if anyone could be bothered to update it, your able to do it too if you wanted.

No need for a sticky thread as its already available in the wiki. Just needs to be updated by chefs/users etc. Also a benchmark thread already exists

welcome to xda, please use search first before starting a thread. lazy people is usually shunned in most forums, so be patient and read up.
anyway, there is plenty of Man 2.5 ROMs around, and you need HSPL or USPL to flash them on your device

Well, Franks for Nothing, but I know how to flash a new ROM, so, leave the Pub and give me the link, or else, or else, or else us Brazilians will beat you worse than Germany in the next Cup.
Provided you manage to qualify, off course...

To be fair, it would have been easier (and quicker) to look through the first page of the ROMs forum section and find a Manila 2.5 ROM than to post here.
So in essence, by being lazy, you've created more work for yourself. Well done

Please take your time to flash ROMs, wouldn't take 2 minutes to find a ROM with 2.5 rather than posting.
Also not ROM Development, on that note thread closed.
