I know I saw a Chompsms Hero Themed apk file floating around here somewhere, I have searched and Googled and searched and Googled. Anyone have the apk they could help a guy out with please?

you could try using handcent sms, they have a hero skin
Handcent is what your thinking of, they're the ones with a hero theme. Although, I'm loving my original hero messaging app

actually twistedumbrella made one. it was ugly in my opinion. check out his hero thread in the dev section it used to be linked in his zeroxd thread, if not try a link to his site.

Well download handcent from the market, then look in settings

Yes, it is. First uninstall the prev version, then install this one (if you still have it, lol).

my hero has done it once before, by accident, havent been able to do it again since, i was using villainrom12 with eclair lockscreen
