nope - im not selling - or linked to any website ......
Just spotted that SPB mobile shell 3.0 is currently included in the Handango 25% off 'sale' .... works out just under £17 for us Brits (US site also has the sale).
Been using the trial for a couple of weeks and like it
sorry if this breaches any posting rules - just trying on to pass on a deal
SPB Mobile Shell 3 and Kinoma Play are two 'premium' applications that I highly recommended.

First off, I must say I love this site....
It took me some time (tons of coffee & reading) to learn about unlocking the powers of this phone. As it stands now, I'm only 1/2 retarded
The good news is I have just about every program that I think I need with the exception of a "good" financial manager. The problem is, most of the "good" ones are paid softwares. That fine, I don't mind paying, but I'd like to ask the pros/vets of xda before purchasing one. Some come with a 30 day trial, others do not. I didn't find any thread here on financial manager or financial software, but I did see the wiki but, it only included SBP's software & a link to http://www.pocketgear.com/en_US/html/all_titles_list.jsp?categoryId=cat4500055
but forgive me if I don't trust their "highest rated" system...
I came across http://doitech.com/ & it looks promising, but for some reason I can't get it to install.
I also tried splashmoney (was recommended in a pocket PCmag, that shall remain nameless....) & I found it a bit clunky & un-polished, not to mention, my banking institution wasn't in their list, even though its one of the larger banks.
So XDA peeps, what software do you recommend?
Thanks in advance..
I've owned SBP Finance for about 2 years... and haven't thought once about changing it. I like it alot.
It's fast, logical, powerful. I track all my accounts on it... keep my register... etc. The interface is easy to use.
I like the reports and the ability to export and import quicken files.
It takes care of all my needs.
Yeah, I just installed it now that I noticed they do have a trial period.
Once I purchase it, will I be able to maintain my crazzzy ROM flashing lifestyle of changing my rom 10 times a week??
Thanks in advance rickC
Make sure you use the autobackup feature if you become a ROM junky like me
I still haven't found one I like.... SBP is ok... but it doesn't reach out and scream to me... eerrr I mean it doesn't meet all my needs..
I personally like SPB Finance, but you can also try Innesoft Cash Organizer Premium at US$29.95. There is a free trial on their site:

Hi there and sorry for this posting.
I know its more spam, but also you can claim some nice programs for free at mobile2day.com, and it includes a daily windows mobile application or game as well. So i thought it might be interesting:
32 free programs for 4 Systemens in 8 days, read the full thing here:
http://www.mobile2day.com/en/newsdetail_25781.html
All in all a couple hundred bucks worth if you claim all titles for all systems...
Maybe something there you ever wanted, but never bought because of the price, i will finally get X-Plore on the right day for sure...

To Admins: Sorry if this is spam, feel free to remove it again...
So, being a new winmo user, I find myself surrounded by various winmo downloads (web sites/direct links), but nothing (so far) that really captures the ease of use of the apple app store.
What are your favorite sites for winmo apps and why? Are they better suited for desktop browsing or mobile?
http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/
that one has mobile
and there is some software being developed called gecko i believe if you search on here theres a few posts that should actually be like an app store
Handango has InHand-

"Things are about to change, as id President Todd Hollenshead announced during the QuakeCon 2009 press conference that Quake Live would soon be adding support for Linux and Macintosh systems. Users who want to catch an early glimpse of the enhancements can do that at QuakeCon, since both versions of the plugin are available for testing on the show floor. Non-attendees will have to wait for the update that is scheduled to come on August the 18th, this Tuesday."

"On the heels of the recent announcement that Quake Live will be coming to Mac and Linux, a new subscription service was announced. John Carmack, founder of id Software, told a crowd at QuakeCon that in-game advertisements would no longer be enough to support the project and keep it free to play. The subscription service will become available at a future date for an undisclosed fee. A subscription would grant the user the ability to create their own private server and customize it to their liking. A subscription will never be required, allowing those gamers who don't choose to purchase one to continue to play the game for free."
No such issue for free users "unless we want extras"
After installing the plugin, when it loads the game it hangs up at around 74%. Tried twice...
I prefer things a little more old school

Hello,
There is a notices for YouTube Pro's users.
Google complaints 'YouTube Pro' and other related app for using their logo and trademark. Microsoft accepts their complaint. So many youtube apps were removed from the marketplace. Now I have submitted the free version of SuperTube to Marketplace. It doesn't involve any youtube's trademark and text. And we fixed the 'search' bug. We want to set the price of paid version of 'SuperTube' to free during submitting the free version. All users can download it until the free version is available on the marketplace. The price of supertube has been changed to free on the marketplace. You could download it with the link.

Good News!Thanks developer!
HEy fscode,
It was funny why did MS did not have any objection when the app still said YouTube Pro inside while the app name is different.
I have heard of lot of apps which had this issue and was not approved. But glad that for many its free now, specially who invested in YouTube Pro.
