CM 6.0.0 zip file

I have been searching for cyanogenmod 6.0 because i accidentally deleted it and I believe that version gave me the best battery life, does anyone have the zip file it would be greatly appreciated

This should be in q&a not in development. Mods please move to correct thread. Also have you tried searching this thread you posted in for the Cm6 thread??? If the links are down which version are you looking for??? I have a few of them. And in the future please post in the correct thread.

Sorry about that, next I will definately post in the correct thread the next time. The site only has CM7.0.0-7.0.3 but I want to flash cm6.0 since I prefer the battery life of that Rom

even the most basic search would bring up the cyanogenmod wiki witch would have it, i call bs on your search.

Where to Find ACMEinstaller.zip?

First of all, I don't have permission to post in the DEV forum, so I need to post it here. I'm trying to install Android on my Touchpad. For the life of me, I can't find the ACME installer download anywhere. I used the link on the Alpha thread but it downloaded some file that doesn't seem to be the installer. I've looked at all the instructions and readmes on the various threads but can't find a damn link to the file. I've even googled it and can't find it. I'm sure I'm missing something very simple so if someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

hi..m using a samsung captivate..a complete noob here..(itz my first post)..!!
itz rooted..unlocked ...and running stock android 2.3.3(flashed it with odin..stock firmware of 2.2)
i wanna know more about cyanogen mod...is it like an upgrade..??
or a completely new rom to replace the existing stock firmware..??
if yes..are all the applications from the market compatible..??
plz post a link to a thread containing download link to the mod as well as instructions...!!
plz note that m using ANDROID 2.3.3 AND NOT 2.2

Go to the development section and read about cyonagenmod. All of the info is there, not to mention the Q&A thread stickied at the top of this section. Where this post should have gone.

[Q] How to download ROMs from multi/mega upload

Hi all,
Most of the ROM's posted in the development sections are uploaded on Multiupload/Megaupload. However, I can't download the ROM's now that these sites have been blocked by US. Is there any way around to download these? If not, may I request developers to upload the ROM's somewhere else as well?
I stay in India and I have been trying to download Sense ROM's for my G1.

No they arent, developers are adding mirrors and uploading to other sites, what you should do is post on specific threads for the roms you want asking for a mirrior or alternative download option. On older roms that arent being worked on anymore you may have little luck unless some nice person gives you a link, on newer threads the devs will surley put out new download links for everyone. Just ask

I just got a PM from my friend @Reviewers to post the latest pre-rooted firmware as many people are having difficulty in finding the rom...

Haha no there are actually newbies in XDA who post questions such as how to root zenfone 2 in irrelevant thread section..It seems people don't use search feature anymore...Although there is a sticky thread in general section and all the resources for zenfone 2 are there.... Please my humble request to all the brothers of XDA is please use search feature before posting anything.... It will save your time as well as keep our XDA clean

Getting mine tomorrow, against my better judgement (first time I've bought a phone before the bootloader was able to be unlocked). This will be going on it straight away.
