Ok, ill take the noob question then:
What's a kitchen(for a mobile phone, i know what a kitchen is ), why would i want it and how does it work.

i already had a dump of the rom (got the part.02 etc. files and extracted them )
but i dont know how i edit the files because in BuildOS is nothing to check or unckeck (maybe there are no package files)

96dpi Rom from Mteor
Would you provide a kitchen for 96dpi?? Would be great...

does it have the sdhc driver included?cuz from what i saw the meteor doesn`t support sdhc cards...

it will have an 96 spi version when wou will start cooking
drivers are from original wings rom
so if wings has sdhc suport then ......guess

Hi all, I've created HTC Rhodium CustomRUU patched to perform a 'task 32' instead of a 'task 28' after flashing an .nbh, so it will not format your device if you just flash a radio or a splash screen.
How to: Drop the .nbh file of your choice in the same folder as CustomRUU and start flashing.
Have fun.

udk, can you do the hardspl for rhodium or is Olipof going to give us a surprise for both the topaz and rhodium?

Keep this thread clean !!!!!!!!!! HSPL will come when rhodium will be in olipro & cmonex hands.

If there is anything I can do to assist with the SPL let me know. I have a Rhodium ready and willing.

ha ha funny! it actually says the quoted bit that it will only flash radio or splash screen! won't let you format or flash roms yet! no custom roms available yet! i can't wait! so xcited!

Just made one up using your method... It's quite small!
419kb when compressed as a zip.
Will add it to the first post for those that want.

I'm wanting to buy a franch azerty touch pro 2, but is it posible to run a dutch version of the opperating system & software on it?

I have a dutch rom on my TP2, but don't know how to make a Rom Dump...

Try to check Blackstone forum for dumping your rom.

Touch Pro is available at several Dutch Online Shops.
There alerady is a thread dealing with dumping of roms look for that on the fisrt page.

Dumped ROM - and now?

I've been using WM Phones for a really long time - but with Rhodium it's the first time that HardSPL etc. are not yet out as I'm enjoying the new device...
I've been able to dump the ROM from my Rhodium and I'm now wondering if I can build a flashable ROM? I read some posts about this in the Kaiser Forum but I haven't figured out if and how I can do this for the Rhodium...
Hoping somebody may help me...

You can build it but not flashable until HardSPL is fired on ur device. BTW, u still need OS.nb/os.nb.payload from other stock rom available if u r using standard kitchen (i'm not sure for visual kitchen) or maybe i'm wrong

Couldn't I use a Goldcard to flash a ROM?

If i'm not mistaken, u still need stock shipped signed rom & need to buy QMAT as well.

Basically, just the same way like jcespi2005 thread here for Raphael.
I've reconstructed my stock rom using some resource (os.nb and reduce it [os.nb.payload]) from wwe stock rom floating here. but the *.nbh not flashable bcoz it is not signed & no hardspl yet.

Htc Opal change language

How to change language from German to English? My rom version is 1.35.112.6 Plz HELP

You'll have to flash an English (WWE) ROM.
What you would need to do that can be found here:
[GUIDE] Step by step instruction to install/flash a custom rom: You should read this to understand what you are about to do and how to do it.
Opal Hard-SPL: You need to flash this first to be able to flash whatever ROM you want (more info can be found in the previous link).
An English/WWE ROM that you like. If you want to stick with a stock ROM you can try the one here in this link (for the record, I haven't tried this ROM myself and I no longer have an Opal to test it) or you can try whatever custom ROM you like from all the ones available in the ROM development section
P.S:
I replied here instead of replying to your PM so that other can benefit and/or correct me if there are simpler ways.

PLS HELP!
I flashed this rom now phone stuck on SPL area ( 3 coluor) and it says " your OS ROM isn't customized for your hardware."
what to do. my phone is Tmobile MDA Basic. I upload HSPL. SPl is now : 2.00.cmon
I uploaded 2 rom one is: RUU_Opal_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.35.720.2_infineongsm4.1.13.66_03.29.90_Ship
and other is: OPAL_original_ROM_1.35.xx.xx
pls need to revive the phone urgent. client makes problem. any help!
