Am screwed up...I have just installed this graphics driver on my HTC TOUCH HD. I dont know what i was thinking and now my phone is stuck on the boot screen.
Please help.
did you try a hard reset
otherwise try to reflash your rom
i have just reflashed and now phone restarts with good screen but then revert back to like vga mode.
What do you mean? does it boot up WM and let u use the phone? and what doe you mean with VGA mode?

this i what i meant
Now the phone freezes repeatedly...and it reset itself but after reseting itself, if i switch it to sleep and then on again the screen returns to normal resolution. but its still freezes and I have to take the battery out eventually.
I have got davideuck v6.1 on it now and its so slow when it works before freezing again.

I initially had david rom v4 when this happened, so i flashed version 6. the screenshot i posted are of version 6 but as am typing this am flashing back to v4.
Okay, if you have flashed V4 back, do a hardreset after flashing. if that does not work either i'm afraid i'm out of options. You could try to install the drivers again to see what happens. Otherwise you should wait for someone who knows something else to try?

its restarting now and all seem to be okay for now... if there is anything again, i ll get back to you guys.
really appreciate all the help.
One more thing if anyone can help, there was a cab file that allow you to use a background for all tabs, dont know if anyone can point me in that direction.

sORRY for the late reply...I put the phone in boot loader mode by pressing the down button and pressing the power button. then you can plug the usb cable then you can run the customrru.exe upgrade file.
ok guys, first off, I'm glad you (saayinla) got your issue sorted. But try and keep this thread on topic, i.e. phone stuck in boot screen etc. If this thread starts turning into a Q&A with all sorts of issues and people asking new questions after original question answered I'll close thread.

Just out of curiosity did you HSPLed you devide with the last version of HSPL? I've seen this screen once and it was because of old HSPL with 1.56/1.57 ROM used!
No i did not, i still have the HArdspl thats been on since january..Olinex something cant rememeber what versio...

Yeah I did..But I think it has to do with the unlock programm that released yesterday..because Id never had this before. And the last thing I did was flashing the unlock tool!
If you are referring to SuperCID unlocker by jocky, then I doubt it. I tested it out on mine and I am having no problems.
I've had the exact same problem. I reflashed with a new ROM and it was fine again. I believe some of the radio roms are a lot less stable than others. I've had no issued until I started messing with radio roms.

because it was not there for download i used 1.27.12.17 but whit this radio and the orange rom i hade a great batery lost [drain]

just got that installing dutty's new rom.
i just needed to flash radio .11.
i had radio .9
What Rom are you using and what Radio are you attempting to use with it. The only time that I've seen this is when I flashed a rom that used an older radio when I had one of the newer 6.1 radio's installed. I flashed to the older radio and it solved the problem.
Using CID unlocker by olipro snowy multicolored screen help!!
My phone was already sim unlocked but i wanted to cid unlock it, so I was following instructions for olipro's unlocker. After step 2 had loaded and then restarted my phone the program on the pc said finish at the bottom, so I clicked it. Immediately the phone went to this snowy multicolored dotted screen and vibrated constantly. Not knowing what to do I waited 5 min but it was still going. So I unplugged from the usb and pulled out the battery. I am totally new at this but think I followed all the steps correctly in the "Flashing your first rom (for noobs)" section. I restarted my phone and the radio says it has olipro's radio but once past the att start up screen it goes right backc to the snowy screen although no buzzing anymore.
I had a phone do the exact same thing, also during the unlocking process... After I jsut reflashed a diffrent rom, it all worked... Hope this helps

The easy way is to do a hard reset of your device. When you go through the alignment and get to the 'Touch your screen to start using your device' screen, touch the screen and then immediately do a soft-reset. This will stop you from installing the bloat. Keep in mind that you have to do it before the 'device customization in 3 seconds' window comes up.

This does not work for me after updating to WM 6.1 (official ROM for Tilt from HTC). I hard reset, push the reset button before customization begins, and it results in another hard reset with the customization trying to happen again, and again...
you need to soft reset your phone as soon as you see the today screen. If you wait any longer, it'll go through the reset process once again, with bloatware still installed.

Ahhh, interesting, thanks. I was waiting until the moment I saw the dialogue window "customization will begin in 3 seconds". Even though I pressing reset immediately upon seeing the dialogue, it would not work. Instead it would perform another hard reset after which it would try to install the customization again.
This time I pressed it BEFORE even seeing the customization dialogue and it worked! Thanks.

In the Cooked ROM or in the Kitchen?
Most Bloatware goes in \Windows or \Program Files in the Cooked ROM. I'm not sure about the Kitchen.

Well, I've always been afraid to try this. I finally built up enough courage to really start messing with my Tilt.
First attempt was a BIG SUCCESS!!!

Well do as i did, when my mum throwed my phone of desk when new rom was insatlling
i just used a SE update software search for it in google...and do all things following tutorial and u will be done...with stock firmware, brand new unrooted phone

I tried the PC Companion update but it didnt work because i need to ENABLE in my phone the DATA TRANSFERING, but im unable! WHAT I CAN DO IS ONLY CLICK TO Force Close and thats all! When i put USB to my pc and phone, nothing happens.
If i want update my phone , i need firstly enable data transfer but i dont see it..
I only see Force close.

Do this
1. Take phone baterry out
2. Plug in usb
3. Choose repair phone in pcc
4. Choose phone model
5. When it says something about unplug usb. Put battery in device and hold back button down until it start install
If it works dont forget to press thank button

Hi, Some weeks ago i tryed to flash a room on, but all i got was a bootloop of some kind. Then i tryed to flash Firmware and it got stuck at the process, so i waited for the tab to run out of battery, next thing you know, it didnt show any signs of life, i tryed filling it for 4 hours and more but it didnt work.
Any ideas how to ressurect it? I tryed to google it alot of times but everything lead up to here...

Try reinstalling the drivers...
So, after a long time i came across it again, sorry for waking the thread from the dead, but its better than just to create a new one. So im fairly new to flashing samsung firmware, so to speak i have no idea how it goes. I have a htc and its fairly simple. So now i connected it and widnows installed the drivers and i did kies.

The tab does not respont to anything,it wont turn on by any means , but windows and odin detected it. I've seen that you can unbrick it from soft brick but i cant get to download mode

Tried it, didnt work, when i clicked it it jsut sent me to the help centre, where i had to install three things, framework.net for windows which i have,heimdall i had, and the other thing it installed, so i rebooted the computer and it still did not detect it. It states in the thread that the oneclickunbrick is for soft bricks. And i cant even reach the boot logo nor download mode.

You have to give it to repair , no other solution for coma brick

i was using my phone as always. but suddenly the screen picture goes from down to top and it repeats again.
and somemtimes the screen just shows the pixels in randomed colors like what i've attached.
what happend to my Htc one?
Another weird problem just happend after this,i cant get into boot loader using power + Vol down.
when i press them together,my phone doesnt get On anyway until i stop pressing Vol Down.
furtunatly i got into bootloader once and i used my chanse to change my rom.when flashed the new rom,everythings got ok but only for few ours. i dont know what to do... Help

Due to the nature and description of the problem and the behaviour of the device while booted to android os I tend to agree with alray that it seems like a hardware problem.
The last picture though I have seen this before with some firmware issues so probably worth flashing a firmware package or better still if possible an ruu.

would be helpful in this case.

But there is somthing weird about that.. Everytime i get into bootloader by chance,everything gets correct even when im in recovery mode and do flashing.there is nothing un normal.but after a restart,the problem came back..
