Read the MIDlet Bible; I've tested *all* the current games. (In addition, I also recommend the new Simcity title.)
I wanted to know how to put games and snes roms on my phone, is there anyone who can help me? thank you
google [email protected] or pocketsnes (for pda) there are several roms floating online as well
i did, that [email protected] doesnt run well.
1. where did they put the exit button?
2. there are pieces missing on screen.
does any one know if its possible to use the g sensor to control the direction when playing on an emulutor, is such a tweak possible?
It would be nice playing Bomberman, or packman using the g sensor

Ive already tried many versions of pocketgba but none of them work. which one works? I thought none of them work yet.regards

You haven't bothered reading the sitcky threads and at least taking a quick look at the Wiki, have you? Emulators have a separate category there... http://wiki.xda-developers.com/inde...s - for both games and productivity platforms
latest version of pocketgba works on my diamond, at first it didnt work because i would get errors during button mapping, i figured that gsen was messing it up, so i put pocketgba in the exclusion list of gsen and i took the option off that allows hardware acceleration, as the pocket gba only supports that intel one supplied in dell axims and maybe other pocket pc's, it works fine now, although the framerate is very low and most games are not playable,
if we could some how tweak pocketgba to allow the use of gsen to control movement, it would free up some of the hardkeys to map other stuff, as the diomand lacks alot of hardkeys.
i can't even get pocketgba to run without an error...
installing the cab results in an error and unsuccessful installation
unzipping and copy the folder over provides an error as well...
i'm currently using dutty's v3.6b ROM
tried with gsen off and still no go...
anyone know what the problem is or have successful results running PocketGBA on their HTC Diamond?
i've been running PocketGBA on my Touch Pro since i got it... no problem at all....
i map my direction buttons to the d-pad.. never map to keyboard as it's troublesome to slide out and play...
tried Gcontroller and Gpad... to use G-sensor to control character by tilting.. but no success...
In my diamond works more or less well..

How did you get PocketGBA to work?
i have some problems running pocketGBA, im using a lg-incite, qvga, when it runs the screen is messed up, u see the icons but there are a lot of lines running through it. what should i do? thank you
um i have a sprint htc touch pro so i was wondering what did you use to make the gba emulator work i really need ur help

I dont know why, but i cant get any emu to work, theres never a chance to get the keys on the touchscreen and any setting at all... does anybody know an emu that works on th diamond...
there are so much games on the net, but no chance to play them...

Here i'm running this one on my diamond (snes emulator) just copy the folder to your phone, run the .exe and load the game. its best if you landscape the picture and use arrows with the touch Y,X,A,B rather than touch gamepad (screen's too small)

Using Gen+ here. Really good genesis emulator (sega megadrive). the 3 buttons (A,B,C) are on the right on the screen and it's working perfectly...

Since we're talking about emulators I want to ask: has anybody seen a GBA emu for WM which supports savetype 128k (feature of GBA). I've tried a few programs but they only support 64k savetype.

Well, I have read threads about making PocketSNES works on X1, but not for the NES, Genesis and Gameboy.
I know that I have to get the tgetfile and wvgafix for most of the emulators - but would you guys please also suggest the best emulators available for X1?

Thanks Angelusz and Rudegar for your information - but the point is that X1 will not run many emulators by its default.
I have tried PocketNES, NESCE, GENSPP and some more and it just wont run off the machine and crashed. Those guides are very useful, but not X1 specific in some sense.

Morphgear just crash away on the Chinese R2A X1, with or without wvgafix. I think it might be a good time for me to think of rather I should flash it to English versions instead.

Using FinalBurn for NeoGeo and PocketSNES for SNES. But cos I've gotta use WVGAFIX to get it working, it doesn't fill up the entire screen.

Is there any Gameboy emulator, that support X1 hardware acceleration? I already found out that 2700G option on PocketGBA dont work on X1 and without any acceleration games have around 3fps with audio on and 5fps with audio off on PocketGBA.
Also is there any emulator that takes control of buttons instead of just mapping them? Camera and volume buttons would be great for L/R on gameboy, but problem is that camera app and volume control is poping out when you press these buttons.
