Hello guys,
when trying to SSPL (to upgrade ROM), my MTeoR gone black and does not turn on anymore It simply does nothing when I press/hold power button...
What can I try?
Any help/idea would be greatly appreciated!
Update:
I did removed/replaced the battery.
Removing and replacing USB cable also does not trigger any actions from the phone.

I accidentaly dropped my S730 on the ground, from ~2 meters, the power button broke, but the phone was still on!
But the battery lost charge and I was nowhere near a wall outlet.
I can't start the phone!!
Is there any key combination or someway to start the phone WITHOUT using the powerbutton?
Maybe some USB stuff or something?
The phone is chargine fine.
I tried sticking something else in the power "hole" but the phone refuses to start.
Please xda, help me!

I found out a way to start it!
Press both "soft buttons" and insert a USB cable!
Then press everything else than "SEND", because that will manufacture reset the device!
after replacing a dead digitizer LCD screen, now the power button is gone...
is there an alternative way to turn the diamond on?
I have tried hitting the reset button or connecting it to the computer, but nothing worked...
the guy who fixed my phone somehow got it to run yesterday, and he told me that he did it by putting it into flash mode
did he mean bootloader mode? but without the power button, how do I access the bootloader mode?

That won't work if the diamond is turned off-off.
i've tested : connect your diamond on the pc, and pull off the batterie and reconnect her (2 or 3 x) and at a moment the mobile turn on.

My HTC Touch Diamond (in use since 2008) is strangely suffering power down problem. Once using, it suddenly powered off. Now whenever I try to turn it on either of the following happens:
1) Some times, nothing happens even if I press power button, press soft reset button by stylus or even connect it with PC.
2) If I take out battery and again insert the battery and power on, it starts some times. Windows boots & logo appears. Then after a while during boot, it stops & power is shut down.
I have replaced the fully charged battery, and also tried providing external power supply. I have also formatted the internal memory. The problem is still there.
Before giving it to technician, I want to discuss if someone has solution here?

Unplug the battery, connect USB, plug the battery. Repeat as necessary.

i've change to a broken power button to a N1 AMOLE (very old phone). Now the display power up only the first time or when i remove the battery. After i power off the display on the first boot, cannot power on any more.. but i can see the phone interact with the touchscreen because i can unlock and it vibrates, also ADB works.
I've rechecked every cable, but still same problem.. also restore to factory default, currently now there is only BlackRose HBOOT. Anyone had the same problem?
