Final Touch-IT v3.0 NORWEGIAN - 3 versions in one package for p4350

Finally Im releasing my norwegian build for Herald P4350
This is not a Kaiser port, but based on the official release from HTC's wm6.
I tried to port the dump from my Norwegian TYTN2, but It would not work, I think that must be because it was ported from a recunstructed dump and not from a official build from a RUU version. But If I get my hands on a Kaiser RUU (official) I will build a new rom for Norwegian P4350.

I dont have the p4350 anymore, so I could not test the roms with touchflo and no cube.

READ IT.
If you dont, you will spend even more time infront of your computer flashing the official ruu before trying again, why waste time, use 1 min to read and understand.

Disclaimer:
I take NO responsebility if you brick your device, if you do search the forums before you come flaming me/us here at XDA.
IF you brick your phone (Brick=the phone can be used as a building brick, or maybe a paperweight? Because you cant start it up.) Its no others fault but your own.
Mainly the reason for bricking a phone is:
1. Not reading the instructions good enough
2. Not following the instructions.
3. Not having a RUU that can unbrick the phone (the official installer with the official rom for your specific phone, with your phones default language. In.ex if yu have a german phone by default, you need a german RUU, if not you will get invalid vendor error)
4. Not reading the instructions good enough..again
5. Not following the instructions...again
If you dont understand after reading CAREFULLY, then dont bother flash your device with this or any other rom.

How to flash your new Touch-IT rom to your beloved Experia
NOTE:
If you want to revert back to SE rom, try use the SE updateservice to recover your stock rom.
1. You MUST have Hard-SPL on your Xperia
2. Download the Touch-IT rom
3. Unpack with winzip/winrar
4. Connect your Xperia with PC (Activesync, or enter Bootloader) Be sure you are connected..
5. Click the ROMUpdateUtility, follow the onscreen instructions.
6. DO NOT DISCONNECT THE DEVICE DURING FLASH PROCESS
6.1 Its always recommended to do a HARD-RESET after flashing a new Rom
7. Let the process finish with customization, do the setup and enjoy.

nah, manila dont rotate yet But I have been trying to locate a way to fix that.
but ofcourse, rotation on the other apps works great

ok safari so goodie..
I upped the cache and filter sizes and some of my own stuff, and it's really flying now.
Album updates almost immediately and the zoom works well.

I was a bit concerened after the initial customisation and soft reset the top bar wasn't responding. Power cycled and all works fine!

runs very good. my only problem is that i cant scrool down through pictures or files with my finger anymore. only works with the scrollbar?! is there a way to enable fingerscrolling again?

Im getting some lockups on activesync now, will check and see whats causing it.
it's the screen that's becoming unresponsive, keyboard and red key works to stop it.

I can confirm the ActiveSync issue. It works, but it locks input. You can get around it, using the keyboard, but a fix would be nice...

It's normal, nothing to worry.

False positve with the xda developers custom ruu.... as pointed out previously.

Is there any other mirror? except rapidshare and megaupload.

Does the social networking work in this version to upload to youtube from the albums?

After about 3 weeks of testing your German-ROM here some Bugs I found:
- GoogleMaps closes when zooming
- When activating from standby sometimes the taskbar says "Messaging" and you first have to press the X to see Unlockscreen and Manila
- On the "Systemstatus" the icons have graphical mistakes (see attached pic)
- Weather-tab sometimes shows "my location" instead of town name
- RAM Usage is very high, approx 70% after one hour, over 50% after softreset
- Push sites on Internet-tab don't work
I guess most of the issues are bugs from WiMo6.5 and not your ROM...

Yesterday I have installed the German version of this Rom on my MDA Vario V. Google Maps and YouTube works without any problems, but the grafical error on the notification manager does exist on my device, too.
Is there any way, to get the new notification manager from the official WM 6.5 Rom back? Or can I deactivate the notification manager?
On my device there a two other bugs:
- When I play music with the manila music tab and switch the device off, the music will stop playing.
- The battery information which shows the runtime of the device after the last full charging doesn't work, it shows always 0 minutes.
I think, the two following bugs come from WM 6.5:
- When I do a soft reset, it can happen, that the device freezes at the moment, when I have to enter the PIN.
- Sometimes the start menu doesn't open
Positive:
I think, the Rom don't need so much energy as the original HTC Rom. Is this possible?

Do you have any idea, how to colorize the icons for missed, dialed & incomming calls in the "Anrufliste"?
The graphical "noise" in the status manager window disappeared in my ( your ROM magically but a new problem appeared: when I connect via BT to the car´s hands free unit ( orig. BMW ) the phone responds with a delay from 12 - 25 seconds, which makes it unusable in the car - but only for the first 15 - 20 minutes.
Any idea, how to fix it ?

yes i can tell you why
remove usb and try again hehehehe
you can connect it only from wifi and gprs
if you want to connect it via pc /usb
you must go to device center and change settings from internet to data (i think..) i do not remember the right names
and back
every time you must change from one to the other... otherwise internet from usb does not work..

i wouldn't connect from usb...i'm connected via usb to shot the screenschot!
That message shows when my phone tries to connect via gprs/umts.
It doesn't happens always but only three/four time a day.
What can i do?

One way to set up hotmail is to download windows live and install. Set up from there.

Many antivirus does that but dont know why, it's a false alarm the RUU is clean.

Just flashed your Rom ,so far so good,except certain minor glitches
1)The Calender is in Greek,so is the opera 10
2)Is is possible to put the start button in the Bottom instead of the top
Minor issues , can live with them ,so maybe you can make these changes in your next version.
Will inform you if I find any thing serious.

Please ignore my previous complaint except for the start buttons ,went to settings >regional settings and changed it from Greek to UK (English) and Soft Re Set the device.Every thing is OK now.

This is a really good ROM, bit of a noob, just got rid of the Orange ROM and this is a great upgrade! Only one small issue, it might only be me but the weather on the touch flo home screen doesn't seem to work.

Well i am trying the rom the last 13 hours, but the are many bugs that i have to solve (visual bug in htc phone canvas, problem with opening email to view and other minor things).

1 - when time is am The am not apper in home screen
2 - weather in home screen not apper " no weather data available"

I think that the am doesn't appear because the time is in 24hr format and I managed to fix the weather problem with Manila Home Weather Updater (not my work), you can get it here.

After using this ROM for about a week i'm still loving it! I've found another issue, sometimes the phone will just freeze up , doesn't happen too often but if you fix it i'd be very grateful!
