Screen Rotation Sensitivity

Is there any way to adjust the threshold for when to rotate to landscape?
It is quite annoying to have it switch to landscape on some small rotations...
i would LOVE to know this, too. my damn phone is way too sensitive. it constantly switches when i don't want it to
I would love to limit screen rotation to certain programs.
Makes sense in the browser but nowhere else.
Or show an icon for a couple of seconds after a rotate that will disable rotation in the current program until you close it.
Suggestions on screen auto-rotate
Sensitivity should be adjustable, at its least sensitive setting, the phone would require a full 1g of acceleration PURELY in the direction of the new screen bottom.
Where "PURE" means the acceleration vector lies in the plane of the screen, and the phone is held perfectly orthogonal with g.
It would also be nice to have gesture for manual screen rotate that works in any app without otherwise disrupting the app.

Aspect Ratio and Content resolution

The screen is 1280x800
The content displayed is 99% of the time going to be 1280x720
The content area in between the tablet bar and notifications bar is 1280x720
They did this to allow for a full 720p content area.
In portrait orientation, it's 800x1280 with a content area of 800x1200
Thanks for this information, but surely in portrait mode the bottom few rows of pixels will be taken up by buttons, so really it will be something along the lines of 800x1200, rather than 720x1280?
I would much rather 800x1200 than 720x1280, as few desktop backgrounds floating around the internet have more than 1200 pixels vertically.
I'm fairly certain jptech meant 800x1200 (leaving 40px for notification bar at top and 40px for nav bar at bottom) in portrait.

I think the smart thing to do, which I hope is what Google did. Is to remove the buttons on the bottom when playing video, only bringing them up when you tap the screen.

Actually if you look at the screen shot here: MobileSyrup , you can see that they both disappear when playing video.

They're supposed to disappear.
But that video looks like 2.35:1 so it's not a good judge. I'd like to see a photo of the n7 playing native 720p video.

[ICS] fullscreen video problem

Hi to all
I've a galaxy tab 8.9 with ICS (open austria) just installed with odin, I've see a problem with fullscreen video streaming on some websites, like BBC, Discovery, ecc. If I choise the fullscreen mode on a video in a webpage, some browser go stop to load or others that play the video, the size is not fullscreen. In vertical orientation the size of fullscreen video is ok, but when I rotate the tablet on landscape mode the video has a the same small size to vertical but placed on the left bottom of display and not the size of fullscreen.
Anyone has the same problem? is possible to fix it?

Youtube fullscreen not working

So when I try to watch a YouTube video in fullscreen it works but when I want to have immersive fullscreen it stretches it vertically and does not stretch it horizontal. It just stops vertically.
Got it to work by pinching to zoom. Nevermind.

Picture in picture window size and Google maps

Hi, I've been searching but haven't found any recent threads. Does anyone know if the p20 pro can change the size of the picture in picture (PiP) window? My example is Netflix floating PiP window is a really useful feature but it's just to small, the window does grow larger when you press on it to reveal the expand and cancel button (this size is perfect fyi) but then shrinks back down?
Separately and maybe due to PiP my Google maps app is horribly laggy, anyone have have the issue.
Thanks
