So basically Cyanogen is in trouble now. Thus, are we getting any more update for CM build ?
Acording to his tweets, he is starting work on an Android Open Source project that doesn't contain any google apps.
is he at least going to release a stable version of his last release 4.2 i think? with the new market place?

I've looked and looked and looked so don't blast me for asking this question, where is the download for JacHero 2.6.3. Can't find it anywhere. Read at many websites that it's the smoothest, fastest Hero Build so far....

Yeah i wouldn't believe that website. Hero improves with every update. I see that Jac didn't keep 2.6.3 but he does have 2.7.X so you may want to try that. But if you're looking for good hero builds they're all running pretty smooth. I've tried JAC 2.1 (hasn't updated in a while but it's still good) Drizzy v1.5.5/blurV1 (this what I'm using now and both are running great) MoCaDo (I ran this before drizzy v1.5.5 and It ran pretty smooth too) Again don't go based on what everyone else says.. try the rom's for yourself. You'll be amazed.
Well if you still want it here it is.

(took me 3 minutes to find)
MoDaCo 1.5.1 is very smooth, I have *never* had rosie freeze for a couple of seconds like it does on other ROMs. The website you got the information from is clearly out of date.

My Barebone on Froyo works like magic. And since 2.3 has even better 3D performance, I think it'll work better on the x1 once it has proper drivers and stuff.

Android 2.3 Gingerbread's source code now available
This is a flashable ROM from generated from 911Sniper's Incredible_C_GB_S_VERIZON_WWE_4.01.605.0. This is test build from HTC and may be buggier than a typical release. It includes all applications and original vendor configuration. In other words, it is untouched with the exception of the following:
Rooted with my customized version of Superuser (required until ChainsDD releases a version with my patches).
Busybox installed in /system/xbin.
There are no other changes. Just to be blindingly clear, this is NOT Virtuous; although a future version of Virtuous may be based on this ROM. Anyone building ROMs is welcome to use this as a base.
Disclaimer: This is a one-time release. Unless a problem can be identified with the changes mentioned above (rooting, deodexing, etc), it will not be updated or supported. In other words, use this as-is or find a ROM which uses this release as its' base if you would like support and/or expect to see changes.

Ok I want to use the extended settings but idk if it works with the evo... and is there any i can tell which rom i'm on ? my build # is 108050... since i need to make sure that i have the correct files to flash...
You're probably best off waiting for Andy, the dev of ES, to return as it hasn't been updated for the current release of miui.
Regardless of that though, the releases of ES generally match up with the most recent version of miui. 1.9.30 is the current miui release, so if it existed you would be flashing the 1.9.30 ES release. (the number matches up with the date, i.e. next one will be 1.10.7)
It /should/ work on all devices, but there have been errors with certain phones consistently over a release. Just make sure you have a recovery available at all times.
ok.. .so where can i find the 1.9.30 build? because im on an older build...
Here

Slayer, BmC, and myself have been poking at it since launch. Most of our work has been going on thru emails or irc. The next couple weeks should be interesting. Right now we are fighting a framebuffer issue, once we have that resolved things will start moving faster.
