it all depends on what material was used to make the shell/casing
the technology itself is pretty cheap

I cannot agree any more. The Bluetooth seems of good quality.

I don't think it is. Looks like someone drilled some replacement diamonds into a bluetooth. Those are .001s of unidentified quality. personally, I think its just a ruse. Now some cellphones that are all expensive those have real jeweler settings. i don't know whats going on here.
I'm on the market looking for the World's Most Expensive Bluetooth Receivererererer!

those diamonds are 10 for a .10 carat weight.

Diamonds on it? No wonder it's the most expensive. But if you have one, I bet you will never use it. That can be taken as collection, but never as bluetooth so it actually can't be called "Bluetooth"....

Best Skins Ever!

The name says it all! I have been using these little beauties for about a year now and nothing has ever worked better. I was using a rubber cover before and I couldn't ever get the darn thing out of my pocket, or in the charging cradle. Best Skins Ever allow me to use the phone as intended without compromising the new look. Luv It!

dont flame people... this thread is not worthless, however there is another thread a detailed one which shows install of bestskins ever with pictures. I fully agree that they are the best skins ever, my macbook, my magic, my dream and blackberry are all skinnned and they offer very good protection from scratches and scuffs.

Aftermarket car accessory. What is it

I've seen this in cars but don't know what it is. Do you?

The thing on the left of the shifter
I believe it just plays from usb stick with music inside it.
not really sure though, never seen before. but saw similar device to this with the mentioned functionality above.
Looks like a hands free device to me. Something like the Parrot MKi9100 (though it's not that).

That makes sense. You see that device mostly in rental cars here in US. I've been looking into getting a new car and saw it on a lot of vehicles as I've been looking at used rental cars.
This phone holder that goes into the cd slot. http://www.amazon.com/Mountek-nGroove-Universal-Phones-Devices/dp/B004G1L52Q/ref=sr_1_17?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1410889980&sr=1-17&keywords=phone+holder

Desktop stand charger

I looked at all the desktop stand/chargers for my LG G Watch R and didn't really like the look of any of them. They were all too expensive or involved the expense of a 3D printer, which I don't have.
I used to work in a jewellers and remembered the display stands we used so I found this display stand on eBay. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=121432238405&alt=web
I used a bit of velcro to stick the charger to it.

And it functions as a very minimal and attractive desktop stand and charger. Cost £2.
Nice idea, I went with a 3D printed one http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:713559 I got it printed for free but it shouldn't cost more than a few bucks https://www.3dhubs.com/ is useful to find the best price.
The stand is also on sale on eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Orange-3...291196?hash=item44226c2e3c:g:YQQAAOSwovFbQ7c2

I wonder when life proof brand will make for our poco..
I'm looking for something more like lifeproof or otterbox or love mei, as in a 24/7 case not a baggie to put it in at the beach, though I appreciate the enthusiasm
Yes. .. PLEASE...
Who's up for making a petition to show LifeProof that there's a demand for this kind of case?
Maybe even a couple hundred of signatures will be enough to get their attention
I'm in
Not exactly what you want, but it'll get the job done and at €3.90 it's so cheap it's nearly free
(It's an AliExpress link - not a RickRoll!)
Actually, there are loads of other ones on Ali express for €1 or less
The one linked above is a generic one with pocophone mentioned in the listing among lists of other phones.

What are these little speakers called?

Trying to find some surplus ones for use in small laptops. These are Motorola phones.

I thought the image went in the first post but this is a valid link to it on Imgur.
I think the metal bar is the speaker cone and it's mounted on something rubber/plastic that flexes. There could be a voice coil type thing in there or it could be piezo- electric like those annoying little beepers.
Those look like blocked. Are you sure are not fake?
I don't think so. Most cell phones seem to have them, some have tiny holes in them.
I suppose I could try a stethoscope on them, or make something like it with a microphone and headphones. By a weird fluke I have a real medical stethoscope in the other room. Mechanics use them too.
