If you have not tried the market fix yet try it. Go to the market and look for eris market fix, it make take some time after you do it but it should start working. Then you can have all your apps back, if this does not work for you send me a pm and i will get them for you.
this will help you find if you have full market or not, To test: search for 'us bank' in the market, if only 2 apps show up, your not getting the full market.

Aloysius is a Hero based ROM and should be reporting you as a Sprint user to the Market. You can't find those apps because Verizon doesn't offer them to non-Verizon customers.
That said; jcase's Market Fix should cause you to be reported as a MotoDroid, a Verizon phone, which should allow you to get those apps.

I had created updates for two of these apps. They're flashable through Recovery;
Verizon Visual Voicemail
My Verizon
I made them for ZenEXP-Eris users who couldn't see Verizon apps. However, I've fixed the market since then and now they can see the Verizon tab and all Verizon apps.
Anyone who needs these two apps installed is more than welcome to download them above.

This might not even work but...
I'm an Evo 3D owner, girlfriend just got a LG Revolution. I noticed the stock email app seems to push email rather than pull every hour or whatever (correct me if I'm wrong, i don't get to play with hers). Anyway... I have been using Seven (beta push email) but they stopped support for android to develop for manufacturers and such. The biggest issue I'm having with it now is it sends international sms' to validate your account and there are some other bugs... I want to switch.
Could anyone pull and post the apk for the stock email app for me to try and see how it works? The Evo 3D's stock email doesn't push and the other apps i've tried on the market don't work how i'd like. And again, I don't get to play with my girlfriend's Revo so I can't get it from her.

Nah, I mean for yahoo, my website's email, and exchange. I like to keep 1 app for mail and I'm not comfortable forwarding things to gmail and using labels.

I checked the link where the stock apps are and thanks. I'm using a de-odexed rom and apps are odexed. Anyone have 1 that is deodexed? If not, no worries. I'll live. I just don't know enough how to deodex it myself yet. Thanks for all the help.

First of all, thanks for the help.
Secondly, for anyone else with the same idea as me... it didn't work. Won't install normally, pushing it "worked" but it just force closes. I'm not gonna ask for anyone to troubleshoot this since its 2 completely different systems/phones. But was worth trying. Just wanted to share.

I've tried a lot if apps this one has a great interface. easy to navigate and runs smoothly. Dev is always coming out with updates and it's just awesome

Can someone copy the Att address book apk and post it? I uninstalled with ti backup and did not back it up. Now my contacts wont work.

Second if someone can tell me how to find and share the apk file, I'll be more than happy to. I have the myappsharer app and that seems to be the one app that it won't let me share.

search market for "contapps" has a logo of a penguin...
i love this contact app and when you go to manage a contact it doesnt divert you to the installed contact app manager!!!
hey chrismcgraw... could you do me a favor and make a backup and post a copy of the "get 3d games" app link.. i heard it gives you 7 free games and i already deleted it cause i thaought it was bloatware... lol

Thanks for the file...its the correct one, with the correct name, despite getting it in the right place, something is still missing. I tried an alternate Contacts.apk to no avail either.
Maybe if someone can post a list of the files found in /system/app I can pin-point what's missing...isn't there an odex file that goes with it?
I installed go contacts from the market and now my contacts show up in there so I'm back in business yeah buddy

Did the same thing, install Go Contacts EX, its better trust me...it's not actually Chinese like it appears.

i do the same thing and regretting...Here's an idea:backup the contacts apk&odex in p920 by using system app remover to restore the backup in p925?
Has anyone been able to get the AT&T Address Book re-installed? I've tried both of the .apk files that were in this thread but no dice. "Application failed to install." Currently using a replacement contact app but that isn't really ideal. Any ideas?
System apps are always hard to reinstall on official rom...I called AT&T and they helped me with 2 hours and no result...the only thing we can do is waiting for the new rom or return it(if you buy it within 30 days and this is what i want to do)
This is how you do, install root explorer , copy the At&t....apk to system, (app) folder then restart.

Could someone please post the latest visual voicemail. I cant pull it from a backup in titanium and would like to avoid downloading an entire ROM. I'm on GE Nocturnal which doesnt have it. Thanks

That link is no longer working. I flashed my sister's HTC one for her but she's been going crazy about the VVM not being on it and won't stop badgering me about it. Any chance you could reupload this? She's currently on the Viper 3.1.? rom.

Appreciate the link....the second one anyway^^ Have been searching these forums up and down and tried about 5 .apk's but could never get it working properly so it was not me being lazy just frustrated^^ Giving this a go, thanks again!

yeah i've been using it for a while but i hate all the settings i have to change with the press 1 to answer and avoiding it hijacking my text messages. but then again if i'd quit decking around with vm i wouldn't have that issue. then again thats half the fun isnt it lol.
I agree I don't understand why anybody uses voicemail anymore just use Google Voice it's a lot easier and you can check your s*** on the computer too
