Hey everyone,
I have been a member here for a little over a year and the wealth of info on this forum is incredible. I would like to give all you MotoCliq owners the opportunity to also have a forum similar to XDA for all your MotoAndroid needs.
So me and a few of the others from here put together MotoAndroid.info
Come on my and discuss the MotoAndroid Devices
To all XDA Developers, feel free to come by and promote your Android apps, and discuss roms, and dev for the Moto Cliq, Dex and Droid.
(Hopefully this will help you guys keep this forum HTC based)
Thanks

Hi everybody,
Let me introduce myself. I'm M_T_M , your new forum mod for the HTC Wallaby.
I've been on xda-developers for over a year now. Mostly visiting the devices I own and supporting other forums with the experince I've gathered on this great site. Maybe some of you have seen me lately in the forums helping a little.
Now, I'm happy and honored to be appointed to the HTC Wallaby forums to provide mod assistance to all of you in the best way I can to this great community.
I'm here to help you and I expect the same from all of you .
If you experience any other way of approach from members, feel free to contact me through PM, or report the post by using the "!" button in the post.
Additionally, I want to let you know that I'll be doing some forum maintenance (cleaning threads addressing an already discussed topic or an off topic, moving threads or posts to proper sections) for making it easier to all of you get the information you are seeking and keeping the forum clean.
Cheers
thanks my friends
Hey guys,
I have been an observer on this forum since last 3 years. It has helped me a lot to get me through various issues of multiple phones I've used. And I sincerely thank the entire community for the same.
I own a HTC HD7 now. A WP7. Though there's not much into it right now as everyone awaits the Mango update, it's still getting popular day by day.
We do have a Windows Phone 7 sub-forum here on XDA, but it's mainly developer oriented. Hence, I feel there's a need to make a more consumer oriented forum for the same and that's just what I did.
This is a new forum I launched, exclusively for WP7 users.
I was hoping if any Windows Phone users here will be interested in getting me started with the forums and basic contents to not make it look so empty and hence, attract new visitors.
Do take a note that this is a non-commercial forum and I made this solely for help & support purposes.
And there is no intention to drive people away from this forum. XDA will always be the same huge XDA
So, you may straight away go there and post few helpful things for our new WP7 users. Or get in touch with me via PM or email if you have any suggestions.
Hoping to get positive feedbacks.
Regards,
Jugal
Sorry, no recruiting. Taken from Rule #11:
Encouraging members to participate in forum activities on other phone related sites is prohibited.

Hey everyone,
Been a member here for quite some time, but haven't been nearly as active here as other places, no reason, just caught on more at other places early on, and Would like to give back to the great XDA community and try to help out where I can.
I will be posting the Droid Concepts series of Android ROMs here shortly, along with working on rooting the Motorola Droid 3. If you have any questions about me just post below I'd be happy to help out anyone who needs it, or to answer some general questions.
What motivates developers on XDA to develop? I've always wondered this when following ROM's and asking for help.
I've seen a vast array of developers here on XDA, granted I only really stick to the sections for my phone at the time, but all developers I've encountered in each section are all, dedicated, master's of their trade.
Devs? What motivates you to build a ROM for a/your phone. Is it your career and you use XDA as a platform to hone your skills? Is it that you want ROM development to be your career and hope that you are head hunted for your awesome ROM? How do you deal with all n00b comments? *cough* Hacre *cough*.
Another question within a question. Have you as a dev or contributor ever been offered or hopefully, accepted a job offered to you as a result of your time here at XDA? (I don't think this question is against the rules, let me know and I'll edit.)
Anyways, I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say thanks devs, keep it up.
hi
nice to see people are having fun and it's nice to be here to see the world come together
Welcome to XDA. Please take a moment to read the XDA Forum Rules.
XDA is one of the largest and fastest growing sites for Android developers in the world, and you'll find a lot of very useful information here. If you want help with your specific device, use the "Manufacturers" link at the top to look for your OEM. You can also search the model of your device to find the appropriate forum.
