Does CABINSTALL support WM5?

You don't have to use Cabinstl on Wm5,this Os have its own install manager.

You mean I could install CAB files on Storage Card anywhere, for example:
Install SPB Weather 1.5
\\Storage Card\Tools\SPB Weather ?

cooking A new Rom

Hello & good morning Every body.
I need a lot of answers to Cook a WM6.1 rom. here are my questions :-
1- How can I convert Cab files into OEM ?

2- How can I modify them to relocate the short cuts to different folders ?

3- How can I delete the Help files from it?
-------------------------------------------
4- what are the tools I need in cooking a rom ?
-------------------------------------------
5- How can I add the OEM packages in the rom ?
-------------------------------------------
6- How can I delele the programs or files that I don't need from the rom ?
-------------------------------------------
7- Do I have to modify the registery and how can I do that ?
-------------------------------------------
8- I read that the net compact framework 3.5 is better than the 2.0, so how can I replace the 2.0 by the 3.5 ?

9- I like the Spb mobile shell and the other Diamond skins for the windows applications like the dialer, the calculaters , contacts and the Windows media player. So how can I merge this application to start as the today screen and how can I replace the windows skins with the diamond skins ? what are their pathways?

10- How can I replace the File explorer with the resco Explorer ?

11- How can I create new folders in the start menu ?

i am interested to learn about rom cooking, have used the kitchen 4 for dumping.
need help to figure out what are the necessary files in dump folder and what are addons, how to put more addon (availabe as cab files) and how to delete unwanted programs before rebuilding the nk file
any detail help with some simple example will really help

i made a hebrew language for manila2d qvga version
just copy the files to windows folder and restart the device.

iv'e downloaded the manila cab file but i can't find the 'windows' folder on my device.. i don't know why .. i tried to find it in the windows mobile center and via the search program on the omnia also... even when i tried to extract the content of the folder it's don't show me in the 'windows' folder in the 'main memory' category tab... plz help me i can't wait to install this software

You have to go through your phones file explorer (Not through your PC), then you will find Windows under My Device.

i'm having topaz with rom 2.1.1.3 eng
i took the file yhat u said and copy them to
windows but its dosent working for me
when i copied them i having a masage that they r allready
instald and if i want to replase them
if u having a soulution it will be helpfull

Please Help With Some Issues

Hello I have some trouble with this I use the energy rom from abril 18th thsi what I got:
First I did This " Just open Total Commander and navigate to windows/start menu. Then cut and paste the links you want to move to the folder of your choice." to organize the icon but now all folder is very slow there is anyway I can fix this??
Second there is any cab to fix the battery cause don't last to much?
Third How I can increase volumen speaker any cab or something????? thanx

I try to devolope a litle plugin for titanium to replace JMLLauncher, all my work fine for the moment but i'm lost with JML Panex, don't understand everything.... never mind for the moment but i juste whant to know if it's possible to make the possibility to create a button or link or everything else to navigate between pages, jump between pages like JMLLauncher but without exe, just with Mortscript, JML Panex... ?
