Had the same issue. I flushed both the cache and data of the Youtube application via "Manage applications"; that fixed it for me.

Yeah I'm getting the same problem

Try to clear your cache data on the youtube app from menu->settings->manage applications->youtube , that fixed
The problem you're getting is a security exception error. Your login for Youtube has expired. Log out and log back in -- or clear your youtube cache -- and the problem will go away.
beautiful thank you!
I have this weird problem that only started occurring today.. If I open up the Market and update an app it will attempt to download & update the app over and over in a continuous loop. The only way I can make it stop is if I kill the Market app.
Figuring that something may have become corrupted I just did a complete reinstall and I'm still seeing the same behavior! I just updated an app and it download & installed 6 times repeatedly before I killed the Market app! So annoying!
Anyone seen anything similar? I'm at a loss at how to fix this, I've already reinstalled everything.
OK I'm beginning to think it may be a server problem, but it would be great if anybody could provide some input.
I posted a logcat on pastebin, it captures me waking my phone up, opening the Market and updating the app RepliGo Reader.
http://pastebin.com/UswHrLKK
I have highlighted a couple lines which I think are of interest, from what I can tell the app installs fine, then CheckinService sends a checkin request and receives the following error:
Got ApiException from async request: Error from backend. Request=com.android.vending.model.GetAssetRequest, Response=INTERNAL_SERVICE_ERROR
It's at this point that D/vending states there is a download pending and attempts to download/install again.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
Do a search, there are atleast 4 threads on this. One here.
Youtube is not loading, i get a black screen and it slides away, help!
Edit: Apps work now that I rebooted
Please help
Does anyone have any ideas?
It was working earlier when I was setting it up
But now it outright fails.
HELPPP
Use Titanium Backup and wipe the Youtube app data.
A reboot will show your new apps in Extras.
Please search before starting a new thread - it took so long for someone to answer because this question has already been answered many, many times in the NookColor forum.
Sorry for adding clutter, I will search this.
Thanks for answering.
Within the last few weeks, the YouTube app has just NOT been working, continuously giving me the "YouTube has stopped working" error.
I have found that uninstalling and reinstalling the YouTube app allows it to work properly until it decides to stop working again.
Even clearing the cache and data does nothing.
It's anyone else having this problem?

Hello,
I too am having this problem. I also notice the same thing with the browsers (Dolphin & Silk) in general. There must be something that is still updating even though Droidwall is running. I still haven't been able to get any firefox version running.
Regards,
Jim
Hi everyone,
First post here. I did a search for this problem but couldnt find anything...
Purchased this phone a couple of weeks ago. So far pretty good, battery life is great but one problem my handset has is that the Album constantly crashes. Every single time I open the album, within 5 seconds it will give the error message, "Unfortunately, Album has stopped". I've restarted the phone, installed all the updates and its getting very frustrating now. I cant even keep the album open long enough to send a picture via whatsapp. I've tried installing QuickPic but for some reason it hasnt 'transferred' all the media that I have and it seems most programs use Album by default.
I've attached a screenshot of the problem (which I somehow managed to upload before the 5 second mark and error came up again).
If anyone can suggest the solution to this I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Thanks for the reply. It says 'All this app's data will be deleted permanently. This includes all files, settings, accounts, databases etc'. Does this mean I will lose all my pictures/videos?
Also there are two 'clear data' options, one for storage and one for cache. Were you referring to one in particular, or both?
Thanks again.
Clear data and clear cache
From here
And no. You will lose no photos or videos which are on your internal storage/sdcard.
Thanks for the suggestion. I did lose a few pictures, but not sure where exactly they were stored.
The crashes stopped for a few hours but has since returned.
