Hi,
I sugest you to go to Kaiser Upgrading section and read any of the Dutty's thread, for example: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=375037
There are algo very good roms outhere, ALEX, UDK, L26, DSC and many others... Just make shure you read everything needed before start the flashing process...
Cheers
THanks for the link, however what is this cube or nocube rom? what does it do?
THIS IS NOT A FLAME...
You are going to have a difficult time getting your questions answered in this forum because you are not posting them in the correct area. Please head over to Dutty's thread, linked for you earlier, and read it front to back. Then if your questions are not answered, post them under that thread.
As a mod would say, Welcome to XDA-Dev, and good luck.
Guidance given. Related posts should be in existing threads.

Hey everybody, I have been looking this forum for quite some time to see what should I do when I get my Tilt. I couldn't find a definite answer so I guess the next best thing is to start a thread.
I'm getting my at&t Tilt this coming Wednesday and here is the list that I want to do when I get my phone:
1.unlock the device
2.remove at&t bloatwares
3.install HTC home screen, touchflo and touchcube(I don't know touchflo and touchcube are separate or not)
I found how to unlock the device, remove bloatwares and installing the home screen, I'm just confused about the touchflo and touchcube.
oh and btw, what is a ROM? sorry I'm a noob.
Thank you very much!!!

Spend the weekend reading these then come back with specific questions and people will be glad to help where these pages could not. Although everything you could possibly want to know is on these pages.
sorry but best thing isnt really to start a new thread but welcome nonetheless..like denco said..make sure u read those links again and if u dont get it read it again...for me when i was like u...those really helped me get a good understanding of rom flashing and other customization tools theres not really a list of what to do when u get the phone cuz a lot of it is personal preferences but if u got anymore q's read those links if not ask
Keep reading and when you do have a specific question, post in an existing thread.
i was wondering if anyone has an up to date list of the best ROMs for the Kaiser. I recently purchased a one (AT&T Tilt) tried to do the Sim unlock thing but ended up paying 40 bucks to do it online... but anyway... I really want to get the ball rolling and mod my phone.... any comments are appreciated just as long as they are relevant to the title of the thread.
Wrong section mate, try heading over to the ROM section......
Ya one of the mods will probably move this thread and maybe yell at you, or maybe both!
hopefully they close this thread instead of moving it.
This is a matter of personal preference.
You need to read-up on the barious Roms and decide which one best fits your specific needs.

Been using Manup's 2.1 for several days and after a few tweaks it is rocking. Anyway, I finally got around to trying to add my Yahoo via IMAP as I have always done and "TLS when available" is now no longer one of the options. Basically you have none, SSL, SSL/cert, TLS, and TLS/cert. Anyone else seeing this or have a Email.apk that does offer it and works on 2.1?
wrong section dude
questions belong in QnA, even when rom related

So you say, but it hasn't always been that way, and it is this BS logic that keeps killing threads around here and why some are looking at other forums for answers. Very FEW look here to answer actual custom ROM questions (vs. things you could search for) and this just dooms these threads. It's a stupid reactionary response to all the newbie questions over there. Oh well, I will go ask elsewhere.
Can someone please direct me to a base ATT ROM stripped of all bloatware (if one exists).... It would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!
Thanks
I second this request as well, even though i have used the crud remover, i still have icons left over...
A nice clean At&t rom would do well
No offense, but maybe you should look around a bit..
